Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is whether there is an effect of the type of jigsaw cooperative learning model on the ability of orthodox style shotgun learning outcomes in grade VII students of SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak?This research uses an experimental method. The form of research used by researchers is Pre-Experimental Design. The research design used was One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. As for the population in this study were all VII grade students of SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak in the 2018/2019 school year, a total of 93 people. In this study researchers used a sampling technique is a purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study was students of class VII A with a total of 30 people.The significant pretest and posttest values are greater than 0.187 are declared normal.The value of sig 31.00> 0.683 is obtained, then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the cooperative learning model of jigsaw type in shot put on the ability of learning outcomes of orthodox style shot put on grade VII students of SMP Negeri 12 Pontianak. Keywords :Cooperative learning, jigsaw, orthodox style bullet resistance learning                  outcomes

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional terhadap hasil belajar lari sprint peserta didik kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 5 Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen murni (true experimental). Lokasi Penelitian di halaman Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 5 Pontianak. Peneliti mengumpulkan data dari 40 sample siswa putra kelas X. Berdasarkan hasil analisa menggunakan program SPSS16 diperoleh Nilai signifikan dari kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen sebesar 0,403. Karena nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05 (sig > 0,05), artinya hipotesis diterima, berarti terdapat pengaruh pendekatan permainan tradisional terhadap kemampuan hasil belajar lari sprint pada peserta didik kelas X SMAN 5 Pontianak.   Kata kunci: Permainan Tradisional, Lari Sprint.   Abstract: This study aimed to determine the effect of traditional games to the learning outcomes of learners sprint class X School SMA Negeri 5 Pontianak. The method used in this study was purely experimental (true experimental). Location Research at National High School page 5 Pontianak. Researchers collected data from a sample of 40 male students class X. Based on the analysis results using SPSS16 program gained significant value from the control group and the experimental group amounted to 0.403. Because of the significant value greater than 0.05 (sig> 0.05), meaning that the hypothesis is accepted, it means that there is the influence of the traditional game approach towards learning outcomes sprinting ability in learners grade X SMAN 5 Pontianak.   Keywords: Traditional Games, Running Sprint.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi kepribadian dan kompetensi sosial guru pendidikan jasmani SMA Negeri di kota Pontianak. Tujuan pelaksanaan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kompetensi Kepribadian dan Kompetensi Sosial yang dimiliki guru pendidikan jasmani  SMA Negeri se-Kota Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan penelitian ini menggunakan dekriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Deskriptif persentase digunakan untuk menjelaskan data hasil penelitian. Sampel yang diteliti adalah guru pendidikan jasmani yang mengajar di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri di Kota Pontianak sebanyak 10 orang. Hasil peneliti kompetensi sosial dan kepribadian menunjukan, bahwa guru Pendidikan Jasmani Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri yang ada di kota Pontianak tergolong pada tiga klasifikasi yaitu guru yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi sebanyak 5 orang atau sebesar 50% sedangkan jumlah guru kategori tinggi sebanyak 4 orang atau sebesar 40%. Guru yang termasuk dalam kategori sedang sebanyak 1 orang sebesar 10%. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi kepribadian, Kompetensi sosial, guru Abstract :This study aimed to describe personal competence and social competence of teachers of physical education high schools in the city of Pontianak. The purpose of the research was to determine the competence of Personality and Social Competence owned State High School physical education teacher as the city of Pontianak. The method used to describe this research using quantitative descriptive type of survey research. Descriptive percentage is used to describe the research data. The samples studied are physical education teachers who teach at the National High School in the city of Pontianak as many as 10 people. The researchers' work of social competence and personality show, that the teacher of Physical Education Senior High School in the city of Pontianak classified in three classifications that teachers are included in the category of very high by 5 or by 50% while the number of teachers high category as many as four people or 40%. Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan hasil belajar dribble bola basket dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PROGRAM pada siswa kelas XI IPA 3 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 3 Singkawang. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriftif persentase. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah mengambil seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA 3 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 3 Singkawang yang berjumlah 34 siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan persentase dari hasil belajar siswa kelas XI IPA 3 Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 3 Singkawang dengan menggunakan model pembelajran PROGRAM terdapat tingkat hasil belajar siswa yaitu siklus I tingkat hasil belajar siswa sebesar 70,20% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas yaitu 14 dan yang tidak tuntas 20, Sedangkan untuk persentasi siklus II, yaitu 83,67% dengan jumlah siswa yang tuntas yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA3 sebanyak 34 siswa. dengan peningkatan sebesar 13,47%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran PROGRAM dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran dribble bola basket pada siswa kelas XI IPA3 Sekolah Menengah Atas 3 Singkawang.   Kata Kunci: Hasil belajar dribble bola basket, model pembelajaran PROGRAM.   Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine whether there is an increased learning outcomes dribble basketballs using PROGRAM learning model in class XI IPA 3 Senior High School 3 Singkawang. The method used in this research is descriptive method with the kind of research is a classroom action research (PTK). Data was analyzed using descriptive analysis percentage. The research subjects in this study were taking the whole class XI IPA 3 Senior High School 3 Singkawang totaling 34 students. Based on the calculation of the percentage of student learning outcomes XI IPA 3 Senior High School 3 Singkawang using PROGRAM pembelajran models there are high levels of student learning outcomes is the first cycle level student learning outcomes for 70.20% the number of students who completed at 14 and an incomplete 20 As for the percentage of the second cycle, ie 83.67% the number of students who completed that all students in grade XI IPA3 as many as 34 students. with an increase of 13.47%. So it can be concluded learning by using PROGRAM learning model can improve student learning outcomes in learning basketball dribble in class XI High School IPA3 3 Singkawang.   Key Word: Learning outcomes dribble a basket ball learning model PROGRAM

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the increase of learning outcomes passing on the volley ball through the approach of playing by using balloon media in students class IV SD Negeri 08 Roba Sairi Landak District January 2018. The method used is descriptive method, with Class Action Research form. Research subjects were 28 students consisting of 12 female learners and 16 boys. Data collection techniques used are tests, documentation, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed by descriptive analysis and using the mean and percentage formulas. From the results of research conducted can be concluded that the approach to play by using balloon media can improve learning outcomes passing on the volleyball. This is indicated by the acquisition of data on student learning outcomes in the first cycle with the lowest score of 46, the highest score 91, the average value 69 with less category, and 54% of classical completeness. In the implementation of cycle II obtained the data with the lowest value 62, the highest score 97, the average value 80 with excellent category, and 89% classical completeness. The result of passing learning on the students has fulfilled the success indicator that is at least the classical completeness reaches 80% with the KKM penjasorkes in class IV Negeri 08 Roba Sairi Landak District 2017/2018 academic year is 70.Keywords : Learning Outcomes Passing Up Volley Ball, Play Approach, and Balloon Media.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is, is there an influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy of soccer (service) in the soccer takraw game on extracurricular participants in SMP Negeri 20 Pontianak?. The method in this study uses the method of experimental form Pre-Experimental with One-Group Pretest-posttest design. The population was 20 extracurricular students of SMP N 20 Pontianak and a sample of 20 students. The instrument used was a soccer ability test sheet. Data analysis uses t-test analysis (influence test). Based on the calculation of the data obtained by the ability to start (service) with an average pretest result of 11.7 and posttest of 14.3. Then the t-test is calculated to get the tcount in the imagery exercise method is 3.707 and the ttable is 1.729 with a significance level of 5%, which means tcount> ttable. With a percentage increase of 22%. Based on the above calculation, it can be said that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of imagery training methods on the accuracy of football (service). Keywords : Imagery Training Method, Accuracy Of Soccer.

Abstract

AbstractThe method used is an experimental method to study the form of true experimental design. The population in this study is a class XI were 9 classes. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique, totaling 33 people as classroom control while totaling 33 people as a class experiment. Data was analyzed using computerized systems as well as analysis by using t-test.Based on t-test results on the class dick and experimental value 0,000 p value <0.05 then Ho is rejected (Ha acceptable) means that there is a significant improvement between the before and after treatment, in which the mean value of the difference in the experimental class (17.9) greater than the control group (8.8).Keywords: Inquiry, Basic Techniques, Lay Up.

Abstract

Abstrak: Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana modifikasi media pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani  di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak oleh sebab itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana memodifikasi media pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan jasmani di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak.Metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan penelitian ini menggunakan dekriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian survei. Deskriptif persentase digunakan untuk menjelaskan data hasil penelitian dengan sampel yang diteliti adalah guru Pendidikan Jasmani  Di Sekolah Menengah Pertama  Kecamatan Menyuke Kabupaten Landak sebanyak 11 orang berasal dari 10 sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari 11 guru pendidikan jasmani di kecamatan Menyuke guru yang melakukan modifikasi lebih banyak,  dan hanya dua sekolah yang tidak melakukan modifikasi.   Kata kunci : modifikasi, media pembelajara, pendidikan jasmani.  Abstrac: The research problems are how to modify the physical education instructional media in Junior High School Porcupine District Subdistrict Menyuke therefore this study aims to determine the extent of modifying instructional media conducted by physical education teacher at Junior High School District Subdistrict Menyuke Landak.Metode research used to describe this research uses descriptive quantitative survey research type . Descriptive percentage is used to describe the research data with the sample under study is a teacher of Physical Education in Junior High School Porcupine District Subdistrict Menyuke as many as 11 people from 10 schools . The results showed that of 11 physical education teachers in the district Menyuke teachers do more modifications , and only two schools that do not make modifications . Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah penelitian adalah bagaimana upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar passing melalui pembelajaran berkelompok di SMPN 12 Pontianak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar passing melalui pembelajaran berkelompok di SMPN 12 Pontianak. Metode penelitian adalah metode deskriftif dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase ketuntasan. Hasil penelitian yaitu untuk prasiklus nilai terendah 44.83, nilai tertinggi 72.34, hasil rata-rata 60.34. Untuk siklus 1 nilai terendah 59.26, nilai tertinggi 85.19 hasil rata-rata 72.41. Untuk siklus 2 nilai terendah 62.96, nilai tertinggi 88.89, hasil rata-rata 76.04. Hasil ketuntasan peserta didik  pada prasiklus adalah 0%, siklus 1 adalah 34.38% dengan 11 peserta didik  dan siklus 2 adalah 53.14% dengan 17 Peserta Didik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka terdapat hasil belajar passing kaki bagian dalam melalui pembelajaran berkelompok pada peserta didik di SMPN 12 Pontianak. Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Berkelompok, Passing Sepak Bola.   Abstract: The research problem is how efforts to improve learning outcomes passing through group learning in SMPN 12 Pontianak. The research objective to determine efforts to improve learning outcomes passing through group learning in SMPN 12 Pontianak. The research method is descriptive method with the form of classroom action research (PTK). Subjects numbered 32 people. Data were analyzed using the percentage of completeness. Results of this study was to prasiklus lowest value 44.83, the highest value of 72.34, an average yield of 60.34. For cycle 1 the lowest value 59.26, the highest value of 85.19 an average yield of 72.41. For the second cycle of the lowest value 62.96, the highest value of 88.89, an average yield of 76.04. Results completeness learners on prasiklus is 0%, 1 cycle is 34.38% with 11 learners and cycle 2 was 53.14% with 17 Students. Based on the research results are the learning outcomes in the leg passing through group learning on the learner in SMPN 12 Pontianak.  Keywords: Learning Flocking, Passing Football

Abstract

Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui  efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi terhadap  pembelajaran dribble bola basket siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif, dengan bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas. Populasi diambil dari rombongan belajar kelas VII, dengan jumlah 276. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian berjumlah 31 siswa.   Instrumen pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Data instrumen diperoleh melalui:1).tes unjuk kerja. 2).Observasi digunakan untuk aktivitas siswa dan guru. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukan bahwa ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 22,6% pada Pre test menjadi 74,2% pada siklus 1 dan 100 % pada siklus 2 , hal ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi terhadap ketuntasan belajar tercapai diatas kriteria yang disyaratkan.Sedangkan Motivasi belajar siswa dari 47,2% menjadi 82,84%. Berdasarkan data tersebut Menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan pembelajaran dribble bola basket melalui penerapan media pembelajaran yang dimodifikasi pada siswa kelas VII G SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya.   Kata Kunci :, Efektivitas Belajar, Dribble bola basket Abstract:.The purpose of this study is to determine the effectivennes of the use of instructional media that modified to dribble a basketball instructional at the juniorhigh   school  student of  the  class VII G at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya. The method used in this study is a descriptive reseach method in form of classroom action research. The  population is taken from  students of grade VII with the total number of 276 students. There are 31 students as the sample of the study. The observation sheet is used as the instrument for collecting data. The data is gathered from 1) Performent test, 2) observation to the see teacher and students activity. Based on the data analysis shows   that  the  mastery  learning  improve  from   22,7%  in  pre  test  to  74,2% in cycle 1, and 100% i cycle 2. Tis result indicates that the application of the modified learning media can achieve the mastery learning above the criteria standart. Meanwhile, students motivation improve from 47,2% to 82,8%. Based on the data, it shows that there is omprovement on student learning of dribblebasketball by the application of the modified learning media at students of SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya   Keywords: Learning effectivennes,dribble basketball
