Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of job insecurity toward job turnover intentions with job satisfaction and organizational commitment as intervening variable The samples in this study are employees who worked at the television industry in Jakarta. Sampling method used was convenience sampling. Tests used in this study are validity testing, reliability testing, the classic assumption testing, simple regression and path analysis testing. Results of the first hypothesis toward showed that there was significant influence of job insecurity towards job turnover intentions. Result of this study showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction were not intervening variable in the relations between job insecurity and job turnover intention. Abstract

Issues about auditor independence is the main cause of enactment of auditor switching regulations. Auditor switching could occured mandatorily because of regulations requiring or voluntarily. Various questions arise when there are several company implemented voluntary auditor switching. This research was aimed to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of management changes, audit opinion of the previous year, financial distress, public accountant firm’s size, company’s size towards voluntary auditor switching. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2012-2014. Selection of the sample is determined based on purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research are 53 companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the year 2012-2014.The data used in this study are secondary data, the annual financial statements audited by an independent auditor. Data analysis method used is logistic regression, as the dependent variable is non-metric and the independent variables are mixture of metric and non-metric. The results of this research are management changes, financial distress, company’s size have no positive effect towards voluntary auditor switching, and audit opinion of the previous year, public accountant firm’s size have no negative effect towards voluntary auditor switching. Abstract

The goal of this research is to examine the effect of Profitability which proxied by Return on Asset, Leverage which proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio, Cash Flow to Debt Ratio which proxied by Operating Cash Flow to Debt Ratio, Liquidity which proxied by Current Ratio, and Growth which proxied by Market to Book Ratio both partially and simultaneously towards Bond Rating. The objects of this study are financial institution which issuing bonds and rated by PT PEFINDO for 2013-2015, and listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2014. Total sample in this research is 20 companies that selected by purposive sampling. The data used in this research is financial statement as secondary data and list of bond rating by PT PEFINDO and analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result of this research indicates that Profitability, Leverage, Cash Flow to Debt Ratio, Liquidity, and Growth simultaneously have a significant effect towards Bond Rating. Liquidity which proxied by Current Ratio had a significant effect to bond rating. Profitability which proxied by Return on Asset, Leverage which proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio and Cash Flow to Debt Ratio which proxied by Operating Cash Flow to Debt Ratio, and Growth which proxied by Market to Book Ratio had no significant effect towards bond rating. Abstract

Profit growth was important information for investors and company itself to make the right decisions. The objective of this research is to examine empirical evidence about solvability ratio, activity ratio, liquidity ratio, and book tax differences towards profit growth. The objects in this research are retail and manufacturing companies listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2015. The data used in this research was secondary data collected from financial statements at Indonesian Stock Exchange. The samples were selected using purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression. The results of this research showed that book tax differences proxied by permanent differences has significant effect towards profit growth. Then solvability ratio proxied by debt to total asset and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect towards profit gowth. Activity ratio proxied by inventory turnover, liquidity ratio proxied by current ratio, and book tax differences proxied by temporary differences have no significant effect towards profit growth.Keywords: Activity Ratio, Book Tax Differences, Liquidity Ratio, Profit Growth, Solvability Ratio
