Abstract

The conflict between President Sukarno and Masyumi Party showed an increase from one period to the next. The intensity of the conflict is increasingly hard since the release of President Conception , and reach its peak during the guided democracy. Almost every statement and policy of Sukarno are always opposed by Masyumi. Vice versa, Sukarno judge the criticism as a form of defiance and resistance. The existence of a negative assessment of each party, and not ending conflict between the two sides, then worsen the relationship between Sukarno Masjumi. Masyumi assess Sukarno ignore the principles of democracy, and Sukarno judged that Masyumi is the enemy of guided democracy. The battle between Masyumi which is based on the attitudes and actions of constitutional democracy should end with Sukarnos policies and decisions to disband the Masyumi on behalf of democracy. Abstract

Abstract. This research was aimed to increase of students understanding about Islamic culture concept. Problem of research can formulated: (1) how think pairshare models of learning can improve students understanding about Islamic culture concept?, and (2) how‟s the models got positive respon from the students?. This research was classroom action research. Subject of research are the students of program of study history education. The research have two cycles. Every cycle have four phase, i.e: planning, actuating, observation, and reflection. The data collected through interview, observation, and documentation. Data analyses used Milles and Huberman interactive models. From the research, it can be concluded that there are understanding increase of Islamic culture concept. In first cycle, three group of students has opinion of Islamic culture as a culture was characterized by religion (Islam) archeological remains. Meanwhile two groups still seen the concept as a culture who has made by moslem society. In second cycle, five group of students have opinion of Islamic culture as a culture was characterized by Islam archeologicalremains. Secondly, there is more activity of students in teaching learning process which used the models of learning. The students enthusiastic to accompanied every stage of teaching learning process. Based from the findings of research, it can be suggested that: (1) variation of models of learning need to be used in teaching learning process, (2) this research only used in one topic and subject matter, so that it necessary be used in different topic and subject matter for content the similar problem. Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah belum pernah dilakukan. Seorang guru mengetahui bahwa dirinya diharapkan dapat berkomunikasi dengan teman seprofesi tentang berbagai persoalan dan pemecahan yang dihadapinya secara timbal balik melalui artikel ilmiah yang ditulisnya dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal. Dengan demikian guru dituntut untuk bisa memperbaiki kualitas profesionalnya agar memiliki kompetensi seperti yang diharapkan. Permasalahan yang dicari pemecahannya adalah memacu kreativitas guru untuk menulis karya ilmiah sebagai aktualisasi bentuk evaluasi, inovasi dan solusi meningkatkan kualitas sebagai pendidik, berbekal pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Tujuannya adalah memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan menumbuhkan kreativitas guru, yang tertuang dalam karya ilmiah hasil penelitian tindakan kelas atau hasil pemikiran/ konseptual yang siap dipublikasikan dalam upaya meningkatkan profesionalismenya. Pelatihan bagi para guru SD di Kota Semarang dilakukan dengan kegiatan Partisipasi Riset Aksi (PRA) dalam bentuk pelatihan dan pendampingan. Kegiatan pelatihan menggunakan metode yang meliputi kegiatan ceramah, diskusi dan praktek atau pemaparan hasil. Pengabdian masyarakat ini berhasil memberdayakan guru-guru SD yang berada di Kota Semarang. Mereka tergabung dalam KKG. Keberhasilan dilihat dari penyerapan hasil pelatihan mencapai sekitar 80% yaitu 30 dari 35 dari peserta hadir dalam pelatihan, dapat merancang penulisan karya ilmiah Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 35 orang, terdiri dari guru SD. Oleh karenanya pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah hasil penelitian dan atau konseptual sangat bervariasi. Pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi para guru SD ini diharapkan dapat mendukung profesionalitas sebagai pendidik.

Abstract

Abstract

Masyumi Party (Partai Majelis Syuro Muslimin Indonesia) was a major Islamic political party inIndonesia. It was originally established by the occupying Japanese in 1943 in an attempt to control Islam inIndonesia. In 1952, Nahdlatul Ulama seceded from Masyumi and create the new party, based on traditionalsociety. The party came second in the 1955 election with 20.9% of the popular vote. During the period ofliberal democracy era, Masyumi members had seats in parliament and the party supplied prime ministerssuch as Muhammad Natsir and Burhanuddin Harahap. The group’s leaders campaigned for an Islamicstate in the 1950’s not out of a real conviction, but mainly from fear of being outflanked by the largerand more aggressive Masyumi. Under the dictatorships, the group withdrew from partisan politics, butwith the restoration of democracy it formed a new party, National Awakening, open to all religions andcommitted to a secular state. In 1958, some Masyumi members joined the PRRI rebellion against Sukarno.Two years later in 1960, Sukarno banned Masyumi and Socialist Party, and sent Masyumi leaders to jail.Keywords: Masyumi Party, opposes, democracy, government

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the controversy over the Cultivation system (cultuurstelsel) implementation in the Dutch East Indies (1830–1870). This research was carried out using the historical method. The stages consist of heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. This research relies on secondary sources that come from books and articles. This research data was collected using a document review technique. The researchers previously classified specific themes, namely the background of the Cultivation system policy, the Cultivation system policy in several previous works, and the end of the system policy. The results of this study show that research on Cultivation systems in Java is divided into three phases. The first phase started in the 1850s or 1860s and lasted until the early 1920s. While in the second phase began in the 1920s until the end of Dutch rule in Indonesia. Then in the third phase, starting from independence to the present. There was a paradigm shift regarding the Cultivation system in all stages. At first, it was more likely that the system was considered evil, then shifted to the judgment that it was good for the Dutch and bad for the indigenous population. Furthermore, the view indicates that the system benefited some people but was terrible for others. The controversial side of the policy persists to this day, and continuous research is needed to reveal the merits and demerits of the system.Keywords: Controversy, Impact, Cultivation, IndonesiaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan sisi kontroversi dari pelaksanaan kebijakan Tanam Paksa di Hindia Belanda (1830-1870). Penelitian ini dikerjakan menggunakan metode sejarah. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Penelitian ini mengandalkan sumber sekunder yang berasal dari buku dan artikel. Data itu dikumpulkan dengan teknik penelaahan dokumen, dengan sebelumnya peneliti melakukan klasifikasi terhadap tema-tema khusus, yaitu; latar belakang kebijakan Tanam Paksa, kebijakan Tanam Paksa di beberapa karya terdahulu, dan masa akhir kebijakan Tanam Paksa. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa Penelitian mengenai Tanam Paksa di Jawa dibagi ke dalam tiga fase. Fase pertama dimulai sejak tahun 1850 atau 1860-an sampai permulaan 1920-an. Sementara pada fase kedua, yang dimulai sejak tahun 1920-an sampai masa akhir kekuasaan Belanda di Indonesia. Kemudian pada fase ketiga, yang dimulai sejak kemerdekaan hingga saat ini. Pada ketiga fase itu terjadi pergeseran paradigma mengenai Tanam Paksa, di awal lebih cenderung bahwa sistem itu jahat, kemudian beralih menjadi sistem itu baik untuk Belanda dan jahat untuk penduduk pribumi. Selanjutnya berkembang pandangan yang mengindikasikan bahwa sistem itu menguntungkan bagi segolongan penduduk, namun jahat bagi golongan penduduk lainnya. Sisi kontroversi dari kebijakan itu masih berlangsung hingga hari ini dan dibutuhkan penelitian terus menerus untuk mengungkapkan baik dan buruknya sistem tersebut.Keywords: kontroversi, dampak, Tanam Paksa, Indonesia
