Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) how perceptions of students about the variety of instructional media, (2) the effect of variations in the use of instructional media on student interest accounting department at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. The method used is survey with a student sample of the accounting department at SMK Negeri 3 Bandung. Analysis of the data used is the analysis of the data verification through calculation of average (mean) score for solving the first problem. As for solving the problem are both used a simple linear regression analysis. Results of research on the variations of the use of learning media can be summed variety of instructional media usage "Very Good" and indicators of a questionnaire on perceptions it is best to use video media. Based on regression analysis indicated by the coefficient of determination R Square, it can be stated that this hypothesis can be accepted. This means that there are significant variations in the use of instructional media on student interest. If you have students who are likely to have the characteristics of a passive, teachers should use the media interesting and varied learning related to the subject matter to be delivered.Keywords: Variation Use of Media Education and Student Learning Interests

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning facilities and the role of teachers on online learning outcomes in odd semester economic subjects in class X BDP SMK Pasundan 4 Bandung. The method used in this research is a survey. The subjects in this study used a sample of 56 students. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression calculation and coefficient of determination with the help of SPSS 25.0 for Windows. From the results of research using descriptive analysis, it is obtained that the average score recapitulation of respondents regarding learning facilities is in the "undecided" category, indicated by an average weight of 3.11 with a percentage of 62.40%. This indicates that most of the students are hesitant about learning facilities according to the average respondent. Meanwhile, regarding online learning outcomes, students are in the "Strongly Agree" category, indicated by an average weight of 4.50 with a percentage of 89.20%. This indicates that most students strongly agree that students' online learning outcomes increase according to the average respondent. Based on the classical assumption test through the normality test that has been carried out, it is obtained a significant value of 0.200> 0.05, it can be concluded that the residual value is normally distributed. In the hypothesis test, multiple linear regression coefficients (Y= 1.638 – 0.513X1 + 0.577X2 + 0.347) which means that if learning facilities (variable X1) and the role of teachers (variable X2) increase, it will cause a tendency to increase student online learning outcomes (variable X2). Y) of 1.09. The contribution of the influence given by the learning facilities variable to students' online learning outcomes is 34.5% and the teacher's role variable to students' online learning outcomes is 35.8%, the percentage is calculated based on the results of the calculation of the coefficient of determination is 70.3%, while the rest amounted to 29.7% influenced by external factors that were not examined by the researcher, and the conclusion was acceptable. As the end of the research, the author conveys suggestions for schools for learning facilities and teachers to use adequate learning facilities in the ongoing teaching and learning process, specifically on learning facilities and the role of teachers in general so as to improve student online learning outcomes.

Abstract

Etika profesi guru merupakan bagian penting dalam membantu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Dengan guru yang menerapkan etika profesi dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar harus menjadi tempat yang nyaman bagi peserta didik dalam menimba ilmu, di dalam nya bukan hanya mentrasfer ilmu yang dimiliki guru pada peserta didik, melainkan membimbing dan menjadi teladan bagi peserta didik dalam menjadi pribadi yang memiliki karakter yang baik. KH. Hasyim Asy’ari telah membuat suatu konsep pendidikan yang dapat membantu seorang guru bisa dikatakan professional dengan melakukan nya dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan belajar mengajar, yang harus dilakukan guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar yaitu : berdoa, membangkitkan semangat siswa, memberi motivasi, keihkasan dalam mengajar, antusias dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar, kejujuran, keadian, wibawa/kharisma, kasih sayang kepada murid, metode yang dipilih, perhatian kepada siswa,pengarahan dalam talenta, pelatihan minat bakat, kepribadian yang baik dan evaluasi dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan paradigm kualitatif, penelitian ini dilakukan pada alumni pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2016 FKIP Universitas Siliwangi. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa pada kategori minat belajar tinggi dan minat belajar rendah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode komparasi dengan analisis data menggunakan uji t (one sampel t-tes) dengan uji hipotesis ANOVA. Populasi yang digunakan siswa juruan akuntansi SMK Medikacom dengaan sampel kelas XI AK A dan B. Penelitian ini dibagi dalam dua kelompok siswa, yaitu kelompok siswa dalam kategori minat belajar tinggi dan siswa dalam kategori minat belajar rendah. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, ditemukan hasil bahwasanya terdapat perbedaan kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa dalam kategori minat belajar tinggi dan siswa dalam kategori minat belajar rendah. Pembelajaran yang dilakukan guru harus dapat memperhatiakan tingkat minat belajar siswanya karna itu akan mempengaruhi proses dan hasil belajar, termasuk kemampuan berfikir salah satunya berfikir kreatif. Kata kunci: Berfikir kreatif, Hasil belajar, Minat belajar.

Abstract

The objectives of the final report of this research are (1) to determine the understanding of students and lecturers in the Merdeka Learning policy program at the Merdeka Campus at the Economic Education Study Program, FKIP, Pasundan University; (2) to find out the involvement of students and lecturers in the Independent Learning Policy Program at the Independent Campus at the Economics Education Study Program, FKIP, Pasundan University. The implementation method in the research program on the implementation of the Independent Learning Policy-Independent Campus (MBKM) is in the form of a population survey (total sampling) involving students, and lecturers at the Pasundan University economic education study program. The survey results show that in general students understand the independent campus learning policy program in the economic education study program FKIP Pasundan University, this is indicated by the average student answers about each question item in the survey showing a response according to the answer indicators provided. Some of the author's suggestions are input as a form of concern for the study program in implementing the MBKM program so that it can be even better, of course the consistency of all human resources involved is very necessary in optimizing the implementation of this MBKM activity.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu upaya investasi SDM di era globalisasi IPTEK, pendidikan menjelma sebagai kebutuhan, dalam proses pemenuhan pendidikan dan teknologi tersebut menuntut seorang guru memiliki kompetensi yang sesuai dengan standart yang telah ditetapkan. Tujuan tersebut akan tercapai apabila manajemen organisasi sekolah memilih tenaga didik yang berpengalaman, selain itu juga memberikan fasilitas pelatihan dan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi tenaga didiknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial, simultan dan dominan antara pelatihan, pengembangan dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi guru di SMAN 1 Bandung. Hasil Uji F pada penelitian ini menunjukkan 30.919 > 2.99, yang artinya secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan yang kuat antara variabel Pelatihan, Pengembangan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap Kompetensi. Secara parsial hanya variabel Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja yang berpengaruh terhadap Kompetensi, Hasil pada penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Pengalaman Kerja memiliki pengaruh dominan terhadap Kompetensi Kerja. Dampak penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi perhatian bagi setiap sekolah guna meningkatkan kompetensi guru dengan cara sesuai hasil penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the research of Hayes (2014) and the opinion of financial planning expert Emilie Goldman regarding financial satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine the factors that affect the level of financial satisfaction. The research subjects were all students of accounting education at the PGRI University of West Sumatra. Student's financial satisfaction was measured by a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is inductive analysis using the classical assumption test in the form of normality test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, and multicollinearity test. The research hypotheses were tested using the simultaneous effect test (F test) and partial test (t test). The results showed that financial literacy, and financial behavior, had a significant effect on financial satisfaction in accounting education students at the PGRI University of West Sumatra. The implication of this research is that adequate financial literacy is needed to increase financial satisfaction of accounting education students at PGRI West Sumatra University. As well as adequate training in order to improve the financial behavior of accounting education students at PGRI West Sumatra University.

Abstract

The problem that often arises in relation to entrepreneurship is product marketing which is a very important aspect of running a business. Good product marketing skills can help to expand market share, increase sales, and improve brand image. 21st century learning is known as the 4Cs (critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity) as four skills that are important and needed for 21st century education, especially in the learning planning process. This study raises the issue of efforts to use social media with the help of the Problem Based Learning model to improve product marketing learning outcomes in Craft and Entrepreneurship subjects. The research was conducted at Bumi Siliwangi High School Bandung - West Java in class XI IPS 1 and 2 as many as 36 people in each class. The implementation of this study used two classes where the IPS 1 class would apply Problem Based Learning and was said to be the experimental class and the IPS 2 class would apply lectures and was said to be the control class. Data collection instruments in the form of evaluation test sheets and observation sheets. Data analysis was carried out by analyzing learning outcomes which produced scores and average values. The results showed that there were differences in learning outcomes, teacher and student activities, the teacher's ability to manage learning, and good student responses to the application of the Problem Based Learning model with social media which was more varied than the non-experimental class.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of applying the mind mapping method to learning outcomes in accounting. The research method used is the experimental method. Data collection techniques from this study included participant observation and learning achievement tests. The population in this study were class X students of the Accounting Study Program at Setia Bhakti Vocational High School, Bandung, totaling 54 students with a sample of all students. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in learning outcomes between the experimental group and learning that applies Mind Mapping and the control group with learning without applying Mind Mapping to accounting learning outcomes. The difference obtained is proven by testing the t-test hypothesis with the results tcount > ttable, where tcount is 2.134 and table is 1.68195. The implication of the results of this study is that teachers should apply the Mind Mapping learning method in teaching and learning activities in class, because the learning outcomes of Accounting applying Mind Mapping are better than without applying Mind Mapping.

Abstract

This research is motivated by changes in organizational culture, high work pressure, shifts in individual values, and attention to the workplace which are common causes of decreased affective commitment. By paying attention to these factors and implementing appropriate steps, organizations can increase employee affective commitment. This study uses a quantitative perspective with the factorial method for problem solving, taking into account the interaction of each factor in the variables used. Research participants used FKIP Pasundan University graduates who worked for at least two years unless they were self-employed. The results showed that affective commitment can occur due to the interaction between workplace mindfulness and individual factors, this reflects the level of satisfaction, loyalty, and emotional attachment that employees feel towards their organization. Circumstances where employees are satisfied with their work and the organization provides sufficient attention will create stronger emotional bonds and higher commitment to the organization.
