Abstract

The writing of this article is motivated by the demands of a quality educational institution that can create quality human resources. Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri, the only Madrassa Aliyah with the largest number of learners in Bawean Island is required for its role to realize that expectation. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data is taken through observation, interview and documentation. Respondents consisted of madrasah head, deputy head of madrasah, head of administration, head of library and some teachers. The result of the research shows that the strategy to improve the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Hasan Jufri is to improve the quality of teachers, increase academic and non academic achievement, increase the achievement of National Examination score and the achievement of School Exam as well as the improvement of infrastructure facilities. Supporting factors in improving the quality of education are qualified teachers of education S1 and some S2 in accordance with subjects that diampu, madrasah have education programs and clear division of tasks, infrastructure, climate and a conducive environment and great support from Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Hasan Jufri. Inhibiting factors are still low student learning motivation, employee resource has not maximal, low level of teacher discipline and fund availability still less. Efforts made in improving the quality of education are intensifying guidance and counseling activities, creating an exciting learning atmosphere, rewarding outstanding students, involving relevant staff in training activities, and applying an electrical attendance system for teachers and employees.

Abstract

The most basic right given by Allah SWT to mankind that is attached to him is a basic right. In the of Islamic teachings, the al-Qur'an and As-Sunnah focuses on the rights of neglected people. Intruth, with the presence of Islam one of the objectives is to lift the dignity of mankind and provide teaching with friendly teachings. Previously in the time before Islam came, people were treated unnaturally and employed arbitrarily without paying attention to aspects of human values. Therefore, this paper to explore the nature of Human Rights Islamic perspective with its principles and maqashid al-shari'ah.

Abstract

Teacher performance is an important thing that must be the attention of teachers and related parties, the good or bad of a teacher's performance will have an impact on the learning outcomes achieved by students. In this case, the teacher's performance must continue to be improved through supporting factors such as complete infrastructure so as to motivate teachers to be enthusiastic in carrying out learning and a conducive work environment so that teachers feel safe and comfortable in carrying out their duties. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing how the influence of school infrastructure and work environment on teacher performance. This study uses quantitative methods with the help of the IBM SPSS version 25 application, tested the validity and reliability of the research instrument, this research data uses primary data obtained from respondents. Respondents in this study were 74 respondents using random sampling method which took the entire population to be used as samples and data collection in this study using a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the variables of school infrastructure (X1) and work environment (X2) have an influence on teacher performance (Y).

Abstract

Teachers are required to take advantage of various learning technologies available in today's classrooms. For this reason, various efforts are needed in the learning process. One of these efforts is the use of Google sites-based learning media which aims to facilitate the teaching and learning process for teachers. Because of the importance of increasing teacher competence and skills in utilizing instructional media to the fullest, it is necessary to have training in the creation and use of Google sites-based learning media for the teacher council. The aim of the training is to broaden horizons and strengthen teacher competency skills in creating and using Google sites as learning media. This training was held on February 16, 2023 at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik which was attended by 15 teachers and was carried out in two stages, namely first delivering material on the concepts and benefits of Google sites as learning media, and the second stage directly practicing creating and operating Google sites as a learning media. instructional Media. This training was carried out using a combination of material presentation methods, hands-on practice and direct debriefing. The results of this training activity, the training participants who were all teachers at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik were able to understand the concepts and benefits of Google sites as well as being able to create and use websites based on Google sites as learning media.

Abstract

Effective learning is learning that can successfully achieve a learning goal from students in accordance with what is expected by educators or teachers. An effective learning model is a learning model that includes four dimensions, namely: (1) Quality or quality of a learning, (2) adequate and relevant level of learning, (3) reward or reward or the provision of gifts from students to students, and (4) time, efficient classroom management also affects learning effectiveness. While effective assessment is a process to determine the achievement of students towards learning that has been carried out thoroughly. The assessment cycle can run effectively if the assessment is carried out continuously, through day-to-day assessment and periodic assessment. Day-to-day assessment can be done as an insert in the learning process; observation, discussion, Q&A and analyzing student work. While this periodic assessment is an assessment that is carried out periodically.

Abstract

This paper is the result of a field study conducted at one of the educational institutions on the island of Bawean, namely Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Falah Tambilung. The focus studied in this research is on how to implement the development of an international standard madrasa curriculum (MBI). This study aims to determine the implementation of international standard madrasa curriculum development. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method, while the data collection techniques used are observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, data conclusion. Checking the validity of the data used is source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the MBI curriculum development is carried out by a). Reviewing the curriculum by inviting lecturers and kiai from Java to review learning at MBI, b). Shaping the character of students starting from the beginning of school entry, and c) Focusing on deepening the subjects used for college entrance selection.

Abstract

The problem studied in this study is the implementation of student management in improving student learning services at MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk, Tambak District. This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of student management in MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk, Tambak District, (2) Describe the efforts made by madrasas to improve student learning services at MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk Tambak District, and (3) Describe the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of student management in improving student learning services at MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk. This study used qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Implementation of student management in MTs. Miftahul Huda Kepuhteluk is carried out through management function activities, namely planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling. (2) Efforts made by schools to improve student learning services, namely teachers have used the lecture method, question and answer method, practice method. (3) The supporting factors are from the point of view of teachers who already have a bachelor's degree, while the inhibiting factors come from students who have low IQ.

Abstract

text-align: justify;The purpose of this study is to find out how the management of facilities and infrastructure at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik and the management of facilities at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik. This is qualitative research using analytic scriptive method, and this research was obtained based on the results of observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include descriptive interpretation, data validity testing, expanding participation, and auditing. The results of this study are that at the planning stage of facilities and infrastructure it is carried out by considering several things and adjusting to funds, Procurement of facilities and infrastructure is carried out according to the planning of facilities and infrastructure, use and maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out according to student needs, inventory is carried out according to the provisions of the data every year , and write-off of goods is carried out conditionally based on the condition of the goods. Abstract

Student management can be a vehicle for raising school standards and performance. In order for students to succeed in an institution, there must be effective management of students with the aim of controlling students from the time they first enroll in school until they graduate. This study aims to determine the management of students which includes planning, coaching, evaluation, and transfer of students at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study used a phenomenon-oriented and qualitative approach, data collection was carried out by means of observation and interviews, documentation was then analyzed, and checked the validity of the data, was then presented. The results of this study are first that the management of students at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik has been carried out optimally, and the two main supporting factors are the support of all educators and education staff and collaboration with student guardians, while the main obstacle is the limited facilities and the lack of funds for supervising extracurricular activities of participants educate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of computer laboratory management at UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik starting from planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating computer laboratories, all of which will be explored in this research. The object of research is the head of the laboratory, the head of the school, and teachers. A qualitative descriptive methodology was used for this study. Data were collected by means of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation then followed by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that so far UPT SMP Negeri 19 Gresik has been able to manage their computer laboratory effectively, however, there is still potential that needs to be improved, especially in the planning and implementation of computer laboratory management.
