Abstract

This research is based on implementing the Hope Family Program (HFP) as an alternative policy in reducing poverty in Indonesia, including Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, Central Kuantan District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. This study's problem formulations and objectives are: 1) how is the influence of HFP in overcoming poverty in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village, 2) the extent of the influence of the HFP program in overcoming poverty in Seberang Taluk Hilir Village. The population and samples of this study was 50 households who received direct assistance. This research is using Qualitative method with non-experimental.Data collection was carried out through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses an interactive model through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The results showed a very big influence with the HFP program for the survival of the beneficiary, a change in consumption patterns and the ability to meet their daily needs. The achievement of the HFP program objectives for household recipients of assistance, especially in terms of education and health are getting better. Strengthened by management and supervision by household facilitators so that beneficiary communities can manage cash assistance properly.There needs to be a government policy to improve service quality, especially the number of HFP facilitators who are still lacking, so that the role of the assistants is still not maximal in serving and supervising the implementation of the HFP program in the village of Seberang Taluk Hilir

Abstract

The community service activities carried out are Community Economic Empowerment of MSME Entrepreneurs in Limbungan Village, Rumbai Pesisir District, Pekanbaru City. This activity integrated with the implementation of the Student Community Service Program of 2020. The role of the community service team is business management training (financial management, taxation), strategy of business development, and accompaniment for the 19 MSME entrepreneurs in this area that participated. The aims of this community service activity are to improve understanding and implementation of MSME management in a professional, efficient, and effective way, with the result that can manifest independence and well-being of the community to optimize the existing potential. It is also expected that this training will provide an added value for the community development of MSME entrepreneurs’s business. This training can change community behavior into more creative and improve community income in this area. The training methods are a combination between lectures and accompaniment, where participants will obtain material manual books about finance and taxation of MSME. It can be seen that the participants have more understanding about bookkeeping and finance of MSME, taxation, and online marketing after participating in the integrated community service and student community service program of LPPM UNRI.

Abstract

This study was conducted in Pelalawan Province, Riau Province. This study aims to partially and simultaneously determine the impacts of Human Development Index, unemployment and economic growth in Pelalawan Province. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of annual quantitative figures from 2006 to 2020. Data normality test methods, autocorrelation tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis tests, and coefficients of determination were used in this study. Data are processed in Eviews 9. As a result, we found the following. 1) Human Development Index has no significant impact on poverty rate in Regency Pelalawan, while Unemployment and Economic Growth has significant impact on poverty rate in Regency Pelalawan. 2) At the same time, the Human Development, Unemployment and Economic Growth Index has a significant impact on the poverty rate in Pelalawan Province.

Abstract

Stunting menjadi permasalahan yang mendesak untuk diselesaikan karena berdampak pada kualitas sumber daya manusia Indonesia di masa depan. Sumber daya manusia adalah faktor utama penentu kesuksesan sebuah negara. jurnal ini bertujuan untuk sosialisasi sosialisasi pencegahan stunting di Desa Tasik Serai. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan subjektif . sumber data yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah dengan observasi, wawancara dan data kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,   di   hulu   (level   kebijakan)   telah ada kebijakan kesehatan desa yang dilahirkan sebagai upaya pencegahan stunting, namun pada kenyataannya angka penurunan stunting masih jauh dari yang ditargetkan. Di desa masih terdapat banyak masyarakat yang belum memiliki penguasaan pengetahuan yang memadai terkait stunting itu sendiri, baik dampaknya, faktor penyebabnya, hingga cara penanggulangannya. Kebijakan penanggulangan stunting terkesan masih berada pada isu stunting seolah masih terdengar asing. Oleh karena itu, masih sangat diperlukan sosialisasi secara massif terkait stunting, dampak yang ditimbulkan, urgensi penanggulangannya, dan upaya penanggulangan stunting pada tataran akar rumput, sebagai bentuk upaya preventif individual tanpa bergantung pada program pemerintah saja, sebab penanggulangan stunting adalah masalah mendesak yang mesti ditangani oleh semua pihak dengan segera tanpa menunggu apapun.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine how the residents of Lubuk Terap, located in the Bandar Petalangan District of Pelalawan Regency, have used village funds to improve the village's infrastructure. Primary information was used for this study. Both quantitative and qualitative approaches were used to analyze the data in this study. Lubuk Terap is located in the Bandar Petalangan District of the Pelalawan Regency in Indonesia, and the analysis reveals that the village's simultaneous use of village funds has a significant impact on infrastructure development in the village. The R2 value, which represents the proportion of variance explained by the model, is 0.265, or 26.5%. This means that adjustments to how the village spends its money account for 26.5% of the observed changes in the development infrastructure of Lubuk Terap. Lubuk Terap village's development infrastructure has changed due to a combination of factors, only 26.5% of which are accounted for by the variables used in this analysis.
