Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the contribution of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) basic skills to student social media utilization activities. Quantitative research was determined as a method with regression analysis. A total of 144 students selected randomly participated in this research. The research instrument used a five-scale questionnaire, consisting of 32 items of ICT skill instruments and 20 items for social media utilization instruments. The results showed a high level of ICT students' basic skills and social media use activities. There is a contribution of basic ICT skills to student social media utilization activities. The higher of the basic skill of ICT causes the higher the level of activity utilization of their social media. Research recommendations suggest efforts to improve students' basic ICT skills.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran menggunaan media puzzle dan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa materi perkembangan teknologi produksi, komunikasi dan transportasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, tindakan, observasi/pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada peningkatan pembelajaran menggunakan media puzzle, hal ini terlihat pada observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 3,16, pada siklus II sebesar 3,48, dan aktivitas pembelajaran guru pada siklus I sebesar 43,33% sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 52,61%, dan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai rata-rata kelas yang mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 21,5 dari siklus I ke siklus II. Pada siklus I nilai rata-rata siswa diperoleh sebanyak 67,50 dan siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 12 siswa dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 60,00% sedangkan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata mencapai 89,00 dan siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 17 siswa dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai 85,00%. Hasil penelitian menunjukan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS materi perkembangan teknologi produksi, komunikasi dan transportasi dengan menggunakan media puzzle. Dengan demikian media puzzle dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar serta aktivitas siswa dan guru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran mind mapping dan hasil belajar pada kompetensi dasar permasalahan sosial di daerahnya. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata penerapan model pembelajaran mind mapping pada aktivitas pembelajaran guru memperoleh skor 2,5 pada siklus I dan 3,61 pada siklus II; dan aktivitas belajar siswa memperoleh nilai rata-rata 2,5 pada siklus I dan 3, 09 pada siklus II. Hasil bela jar siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran mind mapping siklus I nilai rata-rata mencapai 65,83 dengan persentase ketuntasan 56,66%, dan pada siklus II nilai rata-rata mencapai 74,66 dengan persentase ketuntasan 90%, terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I dibandingkan siklus II sebesar 8, 83 dengan persentase 33,34% Dengan demikian dapat dinyatakan bahwa penggunaan model mind mapping dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang terjadi di MI Al-Khairiyah Pipitan adalah masih rendahnya hasil belajar siswa.Hal ini disebabkan karena rendahnya minat dan motivasi belajar siswa, kurangnya aktivitas siswa dan guru sebab pembelajaran di kelas masih terpusat pada guru. Salah satu solusi masalah ini adalah penerapan media big book.Hasil pada pembelajaran di kelas I Makkah MI Al-Khairiyah Pipitan bahwa presentase ketuntasan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I (40.54%), Siklus II (75.7%). Persentase ketuntasanaktivitas guru siklus I (76.4%), Siklus II (97%). Persentase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada pra siklus (46%), siklus I (70%), Siklus II (83.78%).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1) Perencanaan pemasaran pendidikan 2) Pelaksanaan pemasaran pendidikan 3) Pengendalian pemasaran pendidikan 4) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan 5) solusi mengatasi hambatan implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan (6) citra sekolah sebelum implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan (7) peningkatan citra sekolah setelah implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Studi kasus dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman observasi, pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah proses implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan, faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat, solusi dalam mengatasi hambatan, citra sekolah sebelum implementasi manajemen pemasaran dan citra sekolah setelah implementasi manajemen pemasaran pendidikan. Kata kunci: Manajemen, Pemasaran pendidikan, Citra Sekolah. ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out 1) Educational marketing planning 2) Implementation of education marketing 3) Control of education marketing 4) Supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of education marketing management 5) solutions to overcome obstacles in the implementation of marketingmanagement (6) school image before the implementation of education marketing management.7)improvement of school image after the implementation of education marketing management. The results of this study are the process of implementing education marketing management, supporting factors and inhibiting factors, solutions to overcome obstacles, the image of the school before the implementation of marketing management and the image of the school after the implementation of education marketing management.Keyword: Management, education marketing, school image.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to know the contribution of principal supervision, job climate, and curriculum understanding to teacher performance. The research method is a survey with correlational approach. The research sample is 200 teachers. Sampling technique are with area sampling, proportional sampling, and random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire and multiplechoice tests. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The study reveals that there are positive and significant correlation between: 1) principal supervision to teacher performance, improvement of principal supervision will be followed by improvement to teacher performance; 2) working climate to teacher performance, improvement of working climate will be followed by improvement to teacher performance; 3) curriculum understanding with teacher performance, improvement of curriculum understanding will be followed by improvement to teacher performance; and 4) principal supervision, working climate, and curriculum understanding to teacher performance, improvement of principal supervision, working climate and curriculum understanding will be followed by improvement to teacher performance. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui kontribusi supervisi kepala madrasah, iklim kerja, dan pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 orang guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan area sampling, proporsional sampling, dan random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan tes pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara: 1) supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan supervisi kepala madrasah akan diikuti dengan peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru; 2) iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan iklim kerja akan diikuti oleh peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru; 3) pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan pemahaman kurikulum akan diikuti dengan peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4) supervisi kepala madrasah, iklim kerja, dan pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan supervisi kepala madrasah, iklim kerja, dan pemahaman kurikulum akan diikuti dengan peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze theories of organizational culture, compensation, and spiritual leadership and how they affect performance based on preliminary studies. The method used in this study is literature study. Relevant data is searched through books and scientific journals of international and national repute published on Google Scholar. The steps of data analysis consist of editing, organizing, and making conclusions. The results of the study reveal that there is a significant impact of organizational culture, compensation, and spiritual leadership on performance. However, research on madrasas as religious educational institutions has not yet been carried out. The study recommendations suggest that further research be carried out regarding the variables studied.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze class management, interest in learning, and the influence of class management on students' learning interests at SMP Maulana Hasanuddin Cilegon. The research method uses a survey. A total of 30 students were sampled in this study. The data collection technique used is the saturated sampling technique—data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using simple regression. The results of the study can conclude that the level of class management of 67.26% is in the medium category, interest in learning of 66.36% is in the medium category, and there is a significant effect (0.857 > 0.374) between the variables of class management on interest in learning at a significant level 5%. Thus, this finding strengthens the previous results, and further research needs to be done regarding other variables that affect students' interest in learning.

Abstract

Among the many factors that determine the quality of education are work motivation and teacher performance. Because the teacher is the implementer of education that is very necessary. However, it is not uncommon to find teachers who lack passion in carrying out their duties, both in terms of planning lessons, implementing learning, and evaluating learning, which of course will have an impact on the success of the goals to be achieved. Work motivation and good teacher performance will certainly encourage the achievement of quality education. This study aims to determine; (1) The direct effect of work motivation on improving the quality of education, (2) The direct effect of teacher performance on improving the quality of education, (3) The direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance, (4) Indirect effect of work motivation through teacher performance on improving the quality of education. The research method used is quantitative research with correlational survey research techniques. The analytical technique used in this research is Path Analysis. While the object of this research is the entire board of teachers at private Madrasah Tsanawiyah in Ciruas District, Serang Regency. The sample of this study were 67 teachers. The results of this study prove that: (1) there is a significant direct effect of work motivation on improving the quality of education as indicated by the path coefficient number (p31) of 0.949 (2) there is a significant direct effect of teacher performance on improving the quality of education as indicated by the number path coefficient (p32) of 0.550 (3) there is a significant direct effect of work motivation on teacher performance as indicated by the path coefficient value (p21) of 0.812 (4) there is a significant indirect effect of work motivation and teacher performance on improving the quality of education. That is, the contribution of work motivation affects the quality of education by 19.95% while the rest is 80.05%. This means that the higher the work motivation and the increase in teacher performance, the higher the quality of education will be.
