The objective of this study is to know the contribution of principal supervision, job climate, and curriculum understanding to teacher performance. The research method is a survey with correlational approach. The research sample is 200 teachers. Sampling technique are with area sampling, proportional sampling, and random sampling. The research instrument was a questionnaire and multiplechoice tests. Data analysis using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The study reveals that there are positive and significant correlation between: 1) principal supervision to teacher performance, improvement of principal supervision will be followed by improvement to teacher performance; 2) working climate to teacher performance, improvement of working climate will be followed by improvement to teacher performance; 3) curriculum understanding with teacher performance, improvement of curriculum understanding will be followed by improvement to teacher performance; and 4) principal supervision, working climate, and curriculum understanding to teacher performance, improvement of principal supervision, working climate and curriculum understanding will be followed by improvement to teacher performance. ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk mengetahui kontribusi supervisi kepala madrasah, iklim kerja, dan pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dengan pendekatan korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 orang guru. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan area sampling, proporsional sampling, dan random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket dan tes pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara: 1) supervisi kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan supervisi kepala madrasah akan diikuti dengan peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru; 2) iklim kerja terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan iklim kerja akan diikuti oleh peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru; 3) pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan pemahaman kurikulum akan diikuti dengan peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru; dan 4) supervisi kepala madrasah, iklim kerja, dan pemahaman kurikulum terhadap kinerja guru, peningkatan supervisi kepala madrasah, iklim kerja, dan pemahaman kurikulum akan diikuti dengan peningkatan terhadap kinerja guru.
