Perkembangan teknologi dan pertumbuhan penggunaan internet di Indonesia mempunyai kontribusipositif, terutama dalam kawasan pemanfaatan media internet untuk pembelajaran. Penelitian kuasieksperimen ini menggunakan dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen yang diberi pembelajaran dengane-learning moodle dan kelompok kontrol diberi pembelajaran dengan penyampaian materi melaluipresentasi guru menggunakan lama secara klasikal. Populasi dalam pengabdian dan penelitian ini adalahpeserta didik TKA dan TPA di Kecamatan Kasihan. Rencana yang akan digunakan nanti berupa teknikpengumpulan data menggunakan metode tes dengan pemberian tes tertulis dan metode non tes denganpemberian angket. Data pengabdian dan penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil tes tertulis dan angket yangdiberikan sebelum (pre) dan sesudah (post) pembelajaran pada masing-masing kelompok sampel yangberlangsung sebanyak 12 kali pertemuan. Harapannya nanti dapat memperoleh hasilpengabdian/penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan dari pemanfaatan e-learningmoodle terhadap motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran TKA dan TPA di TKA-TPA KecamatanKasihan serta pengaruh e-learning moodle melalui motivasi terhadap hasil belajar TKA dan TPA yangsignifikan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar. Pada akhirnya diharapkan hasil uji hipotesismemberikan kesimpulan bahwa ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan pada pemanfaatan e-learningmoodle terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar santri pada mata pelajaran TKA dan TPA di TKA-TPAKecamatan Kasihan.

Quality of life is important to be recognized and Indonesia, as a developing country, has experienced the increment in the geriatric population from year to year. With this increment, the problems in the geriatric population and the number of the nursing home occupancy are also increasing simultaneously. One of the problems commonly affecting the geriatric population is sleep deprivation. The aim of this study is to find a relationship between the sleep pattern and the quality of life in the elderly in nursing home. This was an observational study with cross sectional design and purposive sampling method. There were 55 respondents in this study. The coefficient contingency was conducted to analyze the correlation between variables. There was no correlation between the sleep pattern and the geriatric quality of life in nursing home (p=0,582). There was also no correlation between the duration of sleep deprivation and the geriatric quality of life in nursing home (p=0,629). The physical aspect has the strongest correlation with the sleep pattern among the geriatric population in nursing home (r=0,359). The conclusion from this study is that even though there was no correlation between the sleep pattern and the duration of sleep deprivation with the geriatric quality of life in nursing home, the physical aspect among the elderly in nursing home should be considered as an important matter

ANALISA PENGARUH SUDUT KELUAR SUDU TERHADAP PUTARAN TURBIN PELTON Slamet Riyadi; Mustaqim .; Ahmad Farid

Turbin Pelton merupakan salah satu jenis turbin air yang cocok untuk daerah yang mempunyai tinggi jatuh (head) yang tinggi. Berdasarkan debit air dan head yang tinggi pada sumber mata air inilah maka di buat sebuah turbin air jenis pelton dimana untuk memperoleh putaran dan daya yang maksimal, maka perlu dibuat perencanaan turbin pelton dengan variasi sudut keluar sudu Î²2 yang berbeda. Pengujian awal dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua nosel dengan variasi sudut keluar sudu Î²2 10o, 20o , 30o , 40o dan 50o dengan ketinggian air jatuh (head) 16 meter. Pada pengujian ini debit air yang masuk dan keluar nosel konstan dengan kemiringan jatuhan air 85o. Untuk proses pengambilan data dilakukan untuk setiap variasi sudut keluar sudu Î²1 sebanyak tiga kali dengan variasi sudut masuk sudu Î²2 10o, 20o , 30o , 40o , dan 50o . Dari hasil pengujian dan analisa perhitungan pada sudut keluar sudu Î²2 10o, 20o , 30o , 40o , 50o diperoleh putaran 555 rpm , 526 rpm , 479 rpm , 427 rpm , 357 rpm dan daya 192 Watt, 178 Watt, 155 Watt, 130 Watt, 100 Watt. Dengan demikian semakin besar sudut keluar sudu Î²2 yang digunakan maka semakin kecil putaran dan daya yang akan diperoleh Kata kunci : Turbin Air Pelton, Sudut Keluar Sudu, Putaran Turbin.

Proses pengembangan aplikasi yang belum tertata dan terdokumentasi dengan baik dan hanya memperhatikan kebutuhan sesaat memungkinkan penerapan sistem informasi yang saling tumpang tindih. Kondisi tersebut membuat sistem informasi tidak dapat dimanfaatkan sesuai yang diharapkan yaitu efesiensi dan efektifitas dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan rumah sakit. Jika ada dokumentasi elemen-elemen organisasi yang mencakup arsitektur bisnis, sistem informasi, dan teknologinya, tentu akan mudah melihat kaitan-kaitan antar elemennya. Pendokumentasian elemen-elemen organisasi dapat dilakukan dengan pengembangan Enterprise Architecture (EA). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun model enterprise architecture yang dapat digunakan untuk mempermudah proses pengembangan arsitektur Sistem Informasi Pelayanan di RSUD dr. Murjani. Hasil dari penelitian ini, blueprint enterprise architecture pelayanan RSUD Murjani, diharapkan dapat menggambarkan elemen-elemen arsitektur organisasi yang saling berkaitan antar elemen-elemen tersebut, sehingga menjadi salah satu sumber pengambilan keputusan organisasi yang terus mengalami perubahan.Application development process that has not been organized and well documented and only pay attention to the need for a moment allow the application of information systems overlap. These conditions make the system information can not be utilized as expected that the efficiency and effectiveness in meeting the needs of the hospital. If there is documentation of elements of the organization that includes business architecture, information systems, and technology, it would be easy to see the linkages between elements. Documenting the elements of the organization can be done with the development of Enterprise Architecture (EA). The purpose of this research is to build a model of enterprise architecture that can be used to simplify the process of architectural development of Services Information Systems of dr. Murjani hospital. The results of this research, enterprise architecture blueprint Murjani hospital services, is expected to describe the architectural elements are inter-related organizations between these elements, thus becoming one of the sources of organizational decision making that continues to change.

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap komitmen organisasi, menganalisis kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Indo Chem Semesta. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan sampel jenuh (sensus) dengan responden karyawan PT. PT. Indo Chem Semesta sebanyak 150 orang. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan transformasional dan sistem reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Indo Chem Semesta. Kata kunci: kepemimpinan transformasional, sistem reward, komitmen organisasi, kinerja karyawan Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership and reward systems on organizational commitment, analyzing the transformational leadership and Reward System to employee performance, analyze the influence of organizational commitment to employee performance at PT. Indo Chem Universe. This research used path analysis. The sampling technique used saturated samples (census) to the respondents (150 employees of PT. PT. Indo Chem). The study showed that transformational leadership and reward system had a positive and significant impact on organizational commitment, transformational leadership and reward systems had positive and significant impact on employee performance, organizational commitment had a positive significant effect on the employees perfomance of PT. Micro-Hydro Power Plants (PLTMH) have been built in some countries in Indonesia as alternative ways to generate electricity for any regions which have no electricity from PLN. Electric energy generated by PLTMH are commonly used for loads such as electric motors, lamps, heaters, etc. This consumpsion will result in some power components appear, these are active power, reactive power and harmonics so the efficiency will be poor and finally the amount of power that used by the people will be smaller. In this research a device called current compensator is installed in parallel connection to the system to recovery reactive and harmonic power component. This compensator will inject current components that force the generator only supply active power compenent. This condition will increase the efficiency. The core of a current compensator is power converter that is implemented by high speed static switches. They are controlled automatically to adapt the real condition. Analysis and laboratory experimental works are done to validate.

Impact-echo method is widely used for non-destructive testing on concrete evaluation. One of the procedures of this method is determining P-wave speed by measuring travel time of P-wave ( between two transducers. For this purpose, a microcontroller-based portable instrument is developed. This research proposes a PIC microcontroller routine using interrupt-on-change and timer0 features. On concrete, impact waves reach the first accelerometer and will interrupt the main routine and start the timer0. When the waves reach the second accelerometer, the timer0 will be stopped. The value of the timer represents the travel time of P-wave. Therefore, the P-wave speed can be calculated. The routine is verified using controlled signal generated by internal PIC. Background: Andropause is a changes that occurs due to males because of reduction of testosterone levels. These changes is not only in the physical aspect, but also the psychological aspect. This study aims to determine the relationship between andropause with anxiety in males.Method: This research is a analytical observational research with the approach of cross sectional. The sample was taken using purposive random sampling after being selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of research and the sample could not be selected when the result of L-MMPI ? 10. The subject filled in (1) curriculum vitae form and informed consent, (2) L-MMPI questionnaire to find out the respondents truthfulness in filling in questionnaire, (3) ADAM questionnaire as an early screening andropause and (4) T-MAS questionnaire to find out the anxiety score. 60 subject of research were obtained as the data and analyzed using with Chi Square and Coefisien Contingency (C).Result: The data analysis, with ? = 0,05, shows p = 0,06 which means p > 0,05 and C = 0,324 or 32,4%.Conclusion: This study revealed that there is no significant correlation between andropause and anxiety in males (p > 0,05).Keywords: Andopause, Anxiety

Background: The incidence number of psychological stress before UAN and SNMPTN in XII grade of high school students is quite high. This is so adverse because psychological stress itself could affect students health. For example, psychological stress could be a cause of whitish or fluor albus in female students. If this is ignored, it would be dangerous. For those reasons, this research was done to reveal the relation between psychological stress before UAN and SNMPTN to fluor albus incidence in female high school study course participants. Methods: The method of this research was analytical observation with cross sectional approach. The subject was female high school students grade XII and participants of study course in Surakarta. Author used purposive sampling as sampling technique and to gather the data author usedLie-Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (L-MMPI) questionnaires, anxiety facing UAN and SNMPTN questionnaires, DASS42 questionnaires, and fluor albus incidence questionnaires. Data were collected from 60 samples and was analyzed by Chi Square (X2) test and Coefficient Continquency (CC. Results: From this research, author obtained X2 score value(5,406) is bigger than X2 tablevalue (3,841) with signification rate (?) = 0,05 and independence degree (df) = 1. As for the p value obtained (0,02) is smaller than the significance level which is already defined previously (0,05). Those were shown that H0 was rejected. Data analysis was continue to Coefisien Continquency (CC) test which then obtained the value of CC = 0,287. It means that the relation is weak. Conclusion: There was a weak relation statistically between psychological stress before national examination (UAN) and national university entrance examination (SNMPTN) to fluor albus incidence in female high school study course participants. Background: Acne is one of the most common skin problems especially on teenagers. Acne is resulted from chronic inflammation on sebaceous gland. Acne can be caused by some factors, one of them is the increase of sebaceous gland production which can be caused by over nutrition / obesity. This research aims to see the relation between nutritional status and acne on female teenagers age 15 17 years old in Surakarta. Methods: This is an observational analytic research with cross sectional approach. The research was done in 5 high schools in Surakarta, which are SMA Negeri 1, SMA Negeri 7, SMA Muhammadiyah 3, SMA Batik 1, and SMA Islam Diponegoro. Sample used are 15 17 years old female student, not on menstruation / 1 week before menstruation period, have not use cosmetics for the past 1 week, not on acne treatment, and not on antibiotic or steroid. The sampling method used was purposive random sampling after inclusive and exclusive selection based on research criteria. Dependent variable is acne, and independent variable is nutritional status. Research subject completed (1) informed consent, (2) acne questionnaire, (3) bio data and food recall questionnaire, (4) height and weight measurement. As much as 196 data were collected and analyzed using Chi-Squared followed by Odds Ratio (OR) finding. Result: Result shown p = 0,001 (p < 0,05) from data analysis with significance number ? = 0,05 and OR value = 6,923. Conclusion: Statistically, there is a significant relation between nutrition status and acne on female teenagers age 15 17 years old in Surakarta. Keywords: acne, nutritional status
