Abstract

Kesinambungan dalam perkembangan seni, khususnya seni rupa Indonesia-Hindu mencapai tradisi baru pada zaman kekuasaan para raja yang memeluk agama Islam, di mana perkembangan seni rupa Islam di Indonesia berpusat di istana para raja. Di pusat seni budaya inilah kesenian dibina dan dikembangkan berdasarkan tradisi kesenian lama dengan nilai-nilai baru yang bernafaskan Islam. Unsur simbolik dan estetika dalam bangunan Islam di Indonesia, merupakan pencerminan dari nafas kebudayaan di suatu daerah. Besar atau kecilnya peranan budaya lokal, berbobot atau tidaknya karya seni rupa pra-Islam, itulah yang mewarnai bentuk kesenian Islam termasuk perwujudan arsitekturnya. Dalam konsepsi Islam, segala ciptaan seni yang memi­liki nilai-nilai keindahan harus dihubungkan dengan kekayaan dan kebesaran Allah Swt. Dengan demikian, seni dalam Islam mempunyai kedudukan hukum (syar’i) tertentu yang diatur oleh ajaran-ajaran agama Islam, baik yang terdapat dalam Al Qur’an, Hadist, maupun pendapat-pendapat para ulama dari berbagai mazhab dalam Islam.   ----------------Continuity in the development of art, especially Hindu art Indonesia reached a new tradition at the time of the power of the king who converted to Islam, in which the development of Islamic art in Indonesia based on the palace of the king. In this cultural arts center arts fostered and developed based on a long artistic tradition with new values that Islam breath. Symbolic and aesthetic elements in the building of Islam in Indonesia, is a reflection of culture in a region of breath. Big or small the role of local culture, weighing whether or not the work of pre-Islamic art, thats what color the Islamic art forms including architecture realization. The concept of Islam, i.e. every creature possessed of art values have to be connected with a wealth of beauty and greatness of Allah Swt. Thus, in Islamic art has a legal status (syari) are governed by certain religious teachings of Islam, both contained in the Quran, Hadith, and the opinions of the ulama.

Abstract

Philosophical validity showed of the Principles of Good Governance (AUPB) as A review to Presidential impeachment, is a principle of AUPB that contains ethical normative values used as the foundation of good governance, clean and respectable, moreover to complement the shortcomings and ambiguities in law. Technically, the application of AUPB by the judges of the Constitutional Court (MK-RI) can be approached through induction and deduction legal reasoning. The method of implementing AUPB by the judges of the Constitutional Court (MK-RI) is accomplished by deductive at first, meaning that the special rules is focused more to the certain field of law, then these are deducted based on its basic rules and deducted again into the rules of substantive, and deducted again into the rules of cases. After that, it starts to applicate the rules of case based on the concrete case by the judge, because of the nature of the judges of the Constitutional Court (MK-RI) is kholifah filardi as the representative of God on earth to uphold the law and justice. While theoretically AUPB is valid, the judge ius curia Novit as a verdict maker to perform legal discovery (rechtsvinding). Empirically AUPB is valid, it can be seen from the cases of impeachment against the President of the United States William Jefferson Clinton, on suspicion of "abominably act" (misdemeanors). Additionally, AUPB empirically has been tested through jurisprudence since Amtenarenwet 1929 officially applied on March 1, 1933. Centrale Raad van Beroep, in his verdict on June 22, 1933, and the jurisprudence verdict of Hoge Raad on November 13, 1936, and the jurisprudence verdict of Hoge Raad 1919. While the normative validity is based on the leading legal doctrine, that AUPB is positioned as the unwritten laws that must be obeyed by the government, and AUPB considered as a part of positive law. Moreover, in Indonesia AUPB incarnates in various legislations even though his name is remained as principal.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground: Peak expiratory flow influenced by several things, such as anxiety, a psychological factor that is becoming a major comorbidities of COPD and affect the occurrence of exacerbations, increase respiration rate, duration expiratory time, and hyperinflation. This study aimed to determine the effect of combination pursed lip breathing and guided imagery music to increase  value of peak expiratory flow in patients with COPD. Methods: The study was quasi-experimental design with pretest posttest with control group approach, respondents of this study is 46 patients with COPD with sampling technique, simple random sampling. Results: Pursed lip breathing increase peak expiratory flow values by the significant of p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). The combination of pursed lip breathing and guided imagery music increase peak expiratory flow values by the significant of p value = 0.000 (p <0.05). COPD patients who received a combination of pursed lip breathing and guided imagery music increased peak expiratory flow value higher than the pursed lip breathing without combination with significant of p value = 0.000 (p <0.05).Conclusion:The combination of pursed lip breathing and guided imagery music proved to have an effect on increasing the value of peak expiratory flow higher than pursed lip breathing without combination.

Abstract

Flexible, rigid, and paving block pavements can be used as alternative roads because the soil conditions on the Pantai Utara Flores road are rocky soil with a relatively high CBR so that the most important role in withstand load is subgrade. The purpose of the Comparison of Construction and Costs for Flexible, Rigid, and Paving Block Pavement Structures on Jalan Pantai Utara Flores is to know which one most effective and efficient when viewed from the traffic load  with each  pavement using the Bina Marga method, AASHTO , and Direktorat Jendral Bina Marga. Jalan Pantai Utara Flores is access to Komodo Labuan Bajo airport which is a Class I road, rocky land with a relatively high CBR, rainfall of Labuan Bajo is relatively low, LHR in Labuan Bajo is relatively small, besides Labuan Bajo is a tourist area that should be supported  by road access that has driving comfort so the suitable pavement structure for Jalan Pantai Utara Flores is flexible pavement. Meanwhile, based on the recapitulation of the analysis results, the cost of flexible pavement is Rp. 28,793,604,705,600, the cost of a rigid pavement  is Rp. 34,218,430,585,828 and  the cost of paving block pavement  is Rp. 17,410,645,080,000 so it can be seen that the paving block pavement is most economical, but the paving block pavement structure has a very uncomfortable driving comfort besides that the paving block pavement structure cannot be passed by vehicles at high speed so that the paving block pavement structure is more suitable for controlling speed of vehicles such as roads in crowded urban areas and residential roads.

Abstract

A based on the concept of the convenience of the West Flood Canal (KBB) river in Semarang City which is divided into five zones, so in 2019 work on the construction of the KBB Motion Weir was held. To optimize the operation of the Mobile Weir, it is necessary to analyze and simulate the operational pattern of the KBB Mobile Weir. The aim is to obtain procedures and patterns in the operation of mobile dams and the right and efficient opening and closing times during the rainy season and during sediment flashing. In this study, hydraulic analysis was used with the help of the HEC-RAS 4.1.0 program. to track flooding in the river channel using mathematical modeling in several scenarios. From this analysis, it can be seen how far the procedures and operational patterns of the West Flood Canal Movement Weir (KBB) are in accordance with several planned scenarios. The results of the study found that the simulation of the opening of 1 (one) door/span using Qmax 220.71 m3/second, as scenario I in the Standby/Ready condition. Simulation of opening 1 (one) door/span using Qmax 339.81 m3/second, according to scenario II during Standby II/Standby conditions. And scenario III for Saga III/Beware) requires 4 (four) door openings/span.

Abstract

Based on the calculation of Non-Revenue Water/Un-billed Water (NRW/ATR), it is known that the value of NRW (Non-Revenue Water/Unbilled Water) in the Meter Area (DMA) District of Perum Bumi Kepongpongan Indah, Cirebon Regency with 204 SR subscribers, in February 2020 was relatively high, at 50.92%. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of water loss by looking for causes arising from water leaks, knowing the location of water loss both physically and non-physically, and knowing how to control Non-Revenue Water (NRW) water loss. The methodology used is to collect secondary data and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from the Cirebon City Water Supply Corporation, including images of the DMA distribution network and monthly customer water usage data taken from February to April 2020. Primary data was obtained by means of surveys and direct field observations by testing the steptest in one test. DMA. The result of controlling and decreasing NRW/ATR is that it can reduce the value of NRW/ATR from 50.92% in June 2020 down to 46% based on (WB 0) and in August 2020 down to 25% based on the results of simultaneous readings (WB 1). Pressure also needs to be considered, because pressure that is too high can also increase water loss. So that the Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) is installed which can reduce excess pressure, from the PRV installation reducing the water loss rate from 25% in August 2020 to 20% in February 2021.

Abstract

Indonesia yang merupakan negara kepulauan dengan curah hujan tinggi juga masih terdapat permasalahan pemenuhan akses air bersih yang belum menjangkau seluruh masyarakat. Pemerintah Republik Indonesia telah berupaya memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih melalui program-program air bersih dan sanitasi baik perdesaan maupun perkotaan dalam hal ini pemerintah membentuk badan usaha milik daerah sebagai operator pelayanan air bersih. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum adalah Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD) yang dibentuk oleh masing-masing kabupaten/kota yang tersebar di Indonesia. Ketersediaan sistem air minum sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi regional, serta peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat dan lingkungan. Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk memberikan simulasi jaringan pipa distribusi guna mengoptimalkan sistem penyediaan air minum. Metodologi penelitian yang dapat disajikan pada proses penelitian ini meliputi data perencanaan yang berkaitan dengan jumah penduduk, data keruangan wilayah, serta pengelolaan air bersih dalam hal ini Perumda Air Minum Tirta Jati yang ditunjuk sebagai operator pelayanan air bersih di Kabupaten Cirebon. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program Epanet akan memprediksi arah dan debit aliran di tiap pipa, zona layanan Mundu yang meliputi 5 Kecamatan dengan jumlah penduduk sebesar 196,651jiwa. Proyeksi jumlah pertumbuhan Sambungan Rumah (SR) sebesar 6,555 dan hidran umum (HU) sebesar 1,091 unit. Total kebutuhan air domestik dan non domestik sebesar 117.99 l/dt dengan tingkat kebocoran sebesar 20%, Analisa jaringan ditribusi dengan program Epanet 2.0 memerlukan data elevasi sistem pengaliran, jumlah penduduk yang akan dilayanani dan peta jaringan pipa, sehingga pada simulasi yang dilakukan untuk sistem penyediaan air minum Zona Mundu pada tahun 2033 dari total kebutuhan domestik dan non domestik sebesar 693.87 l/dt dengan sisitem perpompaan.
