Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk  mengetahui  ada  atau  tidaknya  pengaruh  gaji, disiplin kerja dan  budaya  organisasi berpengaruh  secara  simultan terhadap  kinerja karyawan. Serta untuk  mengetahui manakah diantara,  gaji, disiplin kerja dan  budaya  organisasi secara parsial berpengaruh  dominan  terhadap  kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian  ini pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan 2 cara pertama penelitian langsung yang meliputi observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Kedua penelitian kepustakaan yaitu dengan cara membaca literatur-literatur, mengumpulkan bahan-bahan berupa teori-teori, serta konsep-konsep yang mendukung penelitian ini. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan  program  SPSS  25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan gaji, disiplin kerja dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Fastfood Indonesia, Tbk Balikpapan dan ada hubungan yang signifikan secara parsial, bahwa variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the co-19 pandemic on the tourism industry, especially tourism and entertainment revenue as well as the performance of tourism employees in Jakarta. The research method used is a quantitative research method with composite reliability analysis, cronbach's alpha, average variance extracted, t test and r square using Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM). The population in this study were all tourism employees in Jakarta using simple random sampling data obtained amounted to 93. There is a significant influence of the covid-19 pandemic on the performance of tourism employees in Jakarta. The longer the covid-19 pandemic, the more influence on the decline in the performance of tourism employees. The most dominant of covid-19 pandemic indicator is the inherent risk of covid-19 transmission compared to other indicators such as massive testing, equipment availability and health protocols. The most dominant of employee performance indicator is task performance by way of work from home and work from office when compared to other indicators such as adaptive performance or contextual performance. Temporary closure of tourist attractions and entertainment has a negative impact on the decline in tourism employee performance such as employee reductions, salary deduction and incentives and layoffs. There is a significant influence of the co-19 pandemic on the revenue of tourist attractions in Jakarta. The longer of covid-19 pendemic, the more influence on income decreases tourist attractions. The most dominant indicator of tourist and entertainment revenue is the amount of original regional revenue from the tourism and entertainment tax sector. There is a significant influence of tourist attraction revenue on the performance of tourism employees in Jakarta. Revenue of tourist attractions decreases, then the effect on the decline in the performance of tourism employees. Keywords: covid-19 pandemic, revenue of tourism places and tourism employee performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pandemik covid-19 pada industri pariwisata, khususnya pendapatan tempat wisata dan hiburan serta kinerja karyawan pariwisata di Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis composite reliability, cronbach’s alpha, average variance extracted, uji t dan r square menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) Structural Equation Model (SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pariwisata di Jakarta dengan menggunakan simple random sampling diperoleh data berjumlah 93. Pengaruh yang signifikan pandemik pandemik covid-19 terhadap kinerja karyawan pariwsata di Jakarta. Semakin lama pandemik covid-19, maka semakin berpengaruh pada penurunan kinerja karyawan pariwisata. Indikator pandemik covid-19 yang paling dominan adalah resiko inheren penularan covid-19 dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya seperti massive testing, equipment availability dan protokol kesehatan. Indikator kinerja karyawan yang paling dominan adalah kinerja tugas atau task performance dengan cara work from home and work from office apabila dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya seperti kinerja adaptif atau adaptive performance and kinerja kontektual atau contextual performance. Penutupan sementara tempat wisata dan hiburan berdampak negatif pada penurunan kinerja karyawan pariwisata seperti pengurangan karyawan, pemotongan gaji dan insentif serta pemutusan hubungan kerja (PHK). Pengaruh pandemik covid-19 terhadap pendapatan tempat wisata di Jakarta. Semakin lama pendemik covid-19, maka semakin berpengaruh pada penurunan pendapatan pendapatan tempat wisata. Indikator pendapatan tempat wisata dan hiburan yang paling dominan adalah jumlah penerimaan asli daerah dari sektor pajak wisata dan hiburan. Pengaruh pendapatan tempat wisata terhadap karyawan pariwsata di Jakarta. Pendapatan tempat wisata semakin menurun, maka berpengaruh pada penurunan kinerja karyawan pariwisata. Abstract

There is the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on foreign and domestic tourist visits in Indonesia. The longer the COVID 19 pandemic, the more foreign and domestic tourists are postponing their visit to Indonesia due to the increasing number of Indonesians infected with COVID 19, the quality of personal protective equipment is not yet according to World Health Organization standards, incomplete hospital facilities in several cities in Indonesia, the limited number of doctors who treat the COVID 19 pandemic and the anti-COVID-19 vaccine has not been found. The decline in foreign and domestic tourism was also due to the temporary prohibition of foreign tourists from entering Indonesia and restrictions on domestic tourists from traveling to several cities and provinces in Indonesia, restrictions on the modes of air and sea transportation. There is the influence of the Covid-19 pandemic on hotel occupancy rates in Indonesia. The longer the COVID 19 pandemic, the lower the occupancy rate of star hotels in Indonesia is due to restrictions on activities in public places or facilities, restrictions on transportation modes, hotel room prices, hotel service quality, and hotel facilities. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Foreign and Domestic Tourists Visits, Hotel Room Occupancy Rates. Abstrak Terdapat pengaruh pandemik covid-19 terhadap kunjungan turis asing dan domestik di Indonesia. Semakin lama pandemic covid 19, maka semakin banyak turis asing dan domestik yang menunda kunjungannya ke Indonesia disebabkan karena semakin meningkatnya penduduk Indonesia yang terinfeksi covid 19, kualitas alat pelindung diri belum sesuai standar World Health Organization, belum lengkapnya fasilitas rumah sakit di beberapa kota di Indonesia, keterbatasan jumlah dokter yang menangani pandemic covid 19 dan vaksin anti covid-19 belum diketemukan. Penurunan turus asing dan domestik juga disebabkan karena pelarangan sementara turis asing masuk ke Indonesia dan pembatasan turis domestik berpergi ke beberapa kota dan provinsi di Indonesia, pembatasan moda transportasi udara dan laut. Terdapat pengaruh pandemik pandemik covid-19 terhadap tingkat hunian hotel di Indonesia. Semakin lama pandemik covid 19 berlangsung, maka semakin menurun tingkat hunian hotel bintang di Indonesia disebabkan karena pembatasan kegiatan di tempat atau fasilitas umum, pembatasan moda transportasi, harga kamar hotel, kualitas pelayanan hotel dan fasilitas hotel. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists in terms of safety, security, health and hygiene in the Tourism Village, Indonesia. The study population was all foreign and domestic tourists who visited Tourism Villages, Indonesia from January to December 2019 and the sample used was cluster random sampling, with a total of 91 respondents. Quantitative research methods were used in this study with construct validity and reliability analysis, composite reliability, cronbach's alpha, average variance extracted, path coefficient and R square. There is an effect of health and hygiene on the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. The better the health and hygiene, the greater the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. Accessibility to drinking water and sanitation is the main indicator of health and hygiene when compared with other indicators such as: availability of the number of doctors and nurses, hospital bed facilities and risk of disease. There is an effect of safety and security on the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. The better safety and security, the greater the satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists. The accessibility of tourist destinations is the main indicator of safety and security compared to other indicators such as: friendly and kind employees, tourist village places to protect goods belonging to foreign and domestic tourists, clarity of safety and security signs and directions, walks during the day safer than at night. Keywords: Health and Hygiene, Safety and Security, Tourism Villages Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara ditinjau dari keselamatan, keamanan, kesehatan dan hygiene di Desa Wisata, Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara yang berkunjung ke Desa-Desa Wisata, Indonesia bulan Januari hingga Desember 2019 dan sample yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling diperoleh responden berjumlah 91. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan analisis construct validity and reliability, composite reliability, cronbach’s alpha, average variance extracted, path coefficient and R square. Ada pengaruh kesehatan dan hygiene terhadap kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Semakin baik kesehatan dan hygiene, maka semakin meningkat kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Aksesabilitas ke air minum dan sanitasi merupakan indikator utama kesehatan dan hygiene apabila dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya seperti: ketersediaan jumlah dokter dan perawat, fasilitas tempat tidur rumah sakit dan resiko terkena penyakit. Ada pengaruh keselamatan dan keamanan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Semakin baik keselamatan dan kesamanan, maka semakin meningkat kepuasan wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara. Aksesabilitas tujuan wisata merupakan indikator utama keselamatan dan keamanan dibandingkan dengan indikator lainnya seperti: karyawan yang bersahabat dan baik, tempat desa wisata melindungi barang-barang milik wisatawan mancanegara dan nusantara, kejelasan rambu-rambu dan arahan keselamatan dan keamanan, jalan-jalan di siang hari lebih aman dibandingkan malam hari. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of service quality, price and satisfaction of foreign and domestic tourists in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. The population consisted of foreign and domestic tourists visiting Tanjung Lesung, while the sample used was accidental sampling, with a total of 140 respondents. The quantitative research method used in this study was the analysis of validity, reliability, t test, F test and R square tests with SPSS software. Service quality has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. Tourist attractiveness as the main indicator of service quality compared to other indicators such as destination facilities and accessibility to tourist destinations. Price has a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. Hotel room prices are the main indicator compared to other indicators such as food and beverages prices, sports equipment rental prices and professional fees for tour guides. Service quality and price together have a significant effect on tourist satisfaction in the Special Economic Zone of Tanjung Lesung, Pandeglang Municipality, Banten Province. The natural scenery of the white sand beach resort with a background of sea waves and the Child of Mount Krakatau is the main indicator of tourist satisfaction compared to other indicators such as several tourist visits, security and safety as well as cleanliness and hygiene.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how much influence the marketing mix strategy has on sales volume during the Covid-19 pandemic on culinary MSMEs located in the North Bekasi area. The population is all culinary MSMEs in the North Bekasi area amounting to 1060 actors and sampling methods in the cluster sampling area of North Bekasi amounted to 104 MSMEs. The author uses quantitative methods using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) and data analysis used with the Lisrel 8.70 software program. For primary data obtained through likert scale with validity, reliability and GOFI test. From the results of the study obtained the conclusion that the quality of products, prices and location has no effect on sales volume, only promotional variables that positively affect the sales volume of culinary MSMEs with micro criteria in North Bekasi

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan, fasilitas dan kebersihan terhadap kepuasan tamu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu, untuk mengetahui pengaruh fasilitas terhadap kepuasan tamu dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebersihan terhadap kepuasan tamu selama pandemi Covid 19 di Messaging Agency Kalimantan Timur di Jakarta. . Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software LISREL 8.7 yang menguji validitas, reliabilitas, uji model pengukuran, uji kesesuaian model struktural (solusi standar) dan uji model struktural (T-Value). Dalam penelitian tesis ini, Analisis SEM dengan Lisrel dilakukan mulai dari tahap prates dan penelitian inti berupa kuesioner dengan skala likert dan dilanjutkan pada tahap pengolahan data populasi inti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan tamu, tidak ada pengaruh antara fasilitas terhadap kepuasan tamu, ada pengaruh antara kebersihan dan kepuasan tamu.

Abstract

every society, whether it is simple or conplex, we always find some systems of classification . The basic type of classification is dichotomous partition, i .e . all things in the human and natural world are split into two groups, such as moieties, binary opposition of good and evil in Java or yin-yang in China . Concomittant with the basic classification, in some societies we might still find other classification of triadic categories, of four-sections, of five-classes, of seven -groups, and of nine-divisions . The preliminary purpose of classification is to simplify all things in the human environment.
