The study was analytic survey research with a cross sectional approach. The sample in the study was 36 employees of the Sei Suka Public Health Center, and using non probability sampling with total sampling techniques and 36 patients at the Sei Suka Public Health Center with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was univariate, bivariate with Spearman Rank correlation test and multivariate with multiple linear regression test at 95% confidence level, α = 5%. The results of the study showed that the planning phase activities were good, the implementation phase was not good and the reporting phase was not good. Service quality was still low. There was a relationship between the planning, implementation and reporting stages of monitoring evaluation with service quality. The implementation phase of monitoring evaluation was the most related variable to service quality in Sei Suka Public Health Center, Batu Bara District in 2019.The planning phase must be carried out by involving stakeholder and the health professionals involved. Abstract

Pregnancy is a period that starts from conception until the birth of the fetus (Widatiningsih 2017). Meanwhile, according to Dahro (2012) pregnancy is defined as a period where there are dramatic changes in both physiological, psychological and adaptation in women. Pregnancy and the puerperium can sometimes lead to psychosis. Anxiety is a state of unpleasant affective feelings accompanied by physical sensations that alert people to impending dangers. Based on the study of Gourount, et al with 133 study subjects pregnant women with gestational age 9-37 weeks showed that anxiety occurs 50% in the first trimester, 71.4% in the second trimester and 80% in the third trimester. Yoga is a combination of body, mind and mental exercises that really help pregnant women flex their joints and calm the mind, especially in the third trimester. Yoga yoga exercises have five aspects, namely physical yoga practice, breathing (pranayama), positions (mudra), meditation and deep relaxation which can be used to get benefits during pregnancy that can help smooth pregnancy and childbirth naturally and healthy (Rusmita, El , 2015). Prenatal yoga has a positive effect on pregnant women, namely reducing stress, anxiety, pain during pregnancy, discomfort and reducing labor pain. Sindhu also stated that one of the benefits of practicing yoga for pregnancy is that it reduces anxiety and mentally prepares the mother for childbirth. According to research by Kyle Davis, et al, which involved 46 pregnant women with symptoms of anxiety, showed that prenatal yoga was a feasible and acceptable intervention for pregnant women who had symptoms of anxiety and depression. Participants also expressed high satisfaction and there were no adverse results (Kemens RI, 2016).

Mother's readiness before delivery should be a priority for mothers and health workers in pregnancy services, because it can lead to excessive maternal worry in the face of childbirth. This study is an explanatory research. The population in this study were pregnant women in the third trimester with a sample of 60 respondents. The results obtained p value = 0.001 <0.05, which means that there is a significant relationship between the level of maternal anxiety and readiness for delivery. Suggestions according to the results of the study are that it is considered necessary to provide education for pregnant women to reduce the level of maternal anxiety before childbirth. Abstract

Cervical cancer can be prevented using early detection. One method of early detection that is suitable for developing countries like Indonesia is to use the Acetic Acid Visual Inspection (IVA) method. Cervical cancer can actually be prevented using primary prevention such as increasing or intensifying outreach activities in the community by adopting a healthy lifestyle, avoiding risk factors for getting cancer. Immunization uses the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine and follows early recognition of cervical cancer by carrying out pap smears or visual pain using acetic acid (Vetricia Zach, 2018). Currently the scope of cervical cancer detection in Indonesia through pap smears and IVA is still very low low, approximately 5%, whereas the coverage of early detection is effective in inhibiting morbidity and mortality due to cervical cancer, which is 85% (Saslow, et al, 2015). IVA is a screening test for cervical cancer using 3-5% acetic acid in an inspector and can be reviewed exclusively (WHO, 2018). according to the results of the diagnostic test, IVA examination had a sensitivity of 84%, a specificity of 89%, a positive predictive value of 87%, a negative predictive value of 88. for a Pap smear examination, a sensitivity of 55%, a specificity of 90%, a positive predictive value of 84%, a negative predictive value of 69 %, from what will happen earlier, it can be concluded that the IVA examination is faster, it gives high sensitivity results (Septadina, 2015). IVA is a simple and inexpensive screening method so that cervical cancer can be detected early (Rasjidi, 2015).

Abstract

Anemia is one of the most common global health problems, spreadwide and it affects 56 million women in the world, and two thirds of them are in Asia. In the world, there is 34% of pregnant women with anemia where 75% are in developing countries. In Indonesia, 63.5% of pregnant women with anemia and around 62.3% are iron deficiency anemia. Based on the data found in Pancur Batu Health Center, Pancur Batu Subdistrict, Deli Serdang District, there were 314 pregnant women with anemia in 2017. The purpose of the research was to analyze the factors that influence anemia in pregnant women in Pancur Batu Health Center, Deli Serdang District in 2018. This research was observational analytic with crosectional design. The sample consisted of all anemia pregnant women who came to have a pregnancy check up while conducting the research as many as 65 people. Data were analyzed by using chi square test and multiple logistic regressions. From the results of multivariate analysis, birth distance p = 0.006 PR was obtained; 13,259; 95% CI (2,108-83,385), Fe tablet consumption p = 0,007 PR; 16,969 95% CI (2,137-134,762), folate intake p = 0,011; PR 19,219 95% CI (1,991-185,526). From the results of multivariate analysis, the most dominant variable influencing the incidence of anemia in pregnant women is folate intake p = p = 0.011; PR 19,219 95% CI (1,991-185,526) it means that pregnant women who lack folate intake estimate the risk of 19 times suffering from anemia compared to pregnant women who get good folate intake. It is recommended that puskesmas officers conduct counseling for pregnant women about consumption or the level of nutritional intake of pregnant women related to the intake of folate, protein, fat and kabohidrat. Pukesmas officers are expected to increase public knowledge through health counseling and family counseling related to age appropriate for pregnancy, regulate birth spacing and improve community health status especially pregnant women because pregnant women need more nutritional intake because it can help government programs to reduce maternal mortality.
