The aim of this study is to investigate and examine the effect of leadership style on employee productivity, identify and examine the effect of organizational climate on employee productivity, to identify and examine the effect of the work ethic on employee productivity, in order to know and examine the variables that have the most impact level dominant on employee productivity PT. HP Metals Indonesia part Powder Coating.Â This research is an explanatory research or study the explanation, the research describes causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing. The numbers of sample in this study are 98 respondents. The independent variables consist of: Leadership styles (X1), Organizational Climate (X2), Work Ethics (X3). The dependent variable in this study is Productivity employee (Y). While, the technique of analysis using multiple linear regression analysisÂ Based on the analysis in this study showed that the variables of leadership style, organizational climate, work ethic on employee productivity responded well by employees. Aspects of leadership style that followed targeted Climate employee srated the organization has also been rated as good, especially on the cooperation between employees and management, while at the work ethic of employee srated very high, especially on adherence to regulations, adherence to labor standards and work ethics. And employee productivity is also very positive response from almost all three elements, namely timeliness, quality of work and quantity of work.

The study aims to 1.) analyzing the Influence of the Income Level to Consumption Level In Post Graduate Students Universitas Negeri Surabaya, 2.) analyzing the Influence of the Economics Knowledge to Consumption Level In Post Graduate Students Universitas Negeri Surabaya, 3.) analyzing the Influence of the Income Level and the Economics Knowledge of Consumption Level In Post Graduate Students Universitas Negeri Surabaya. The population in this study were Post Graduate Students Universitas Negeri Surabaya, using proportional random sampling technique sampling. Methods of analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the level of income has partially significant effect on the level of student consumption Post Graduate Students Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Economics Knowledge negatively affect consumption levels Post Graduate Students Universitas Negeri Surabaya. AbstrakPelatihan dan pendampingan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam penyusunan atau pembuatan artikel jurnal ilmiah yang dapat membantu memercepat proses peningkatan karir guru secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dan sebagai wujud keprofisionalan guru. Peserta yang terlibat merupakan guru MGMP IPS SMP Kabupaten Lamongan. Pelaksanaan telah dilakukan dengan pemaparan materi, demonstrasi, diskusi dan pendampingan dalam praktek penyusunan artikel jurnal ilmiah. Dari hasil angket yang disebarkan saat akhir kegiatan peserta memiliki respon yang baik dan antusias terhadap pelatihan pembuatan karya ilmiah. Kesimpulannya menujukkan bahwa pelatihan penulisan artikel jurnal ilmiah yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pengabdian pada masyarakat memberikan dampak langsung pada pengetahuan peserta terkait dengan artikel jurnal ilmiah dan keinginan peserta dalam pembuatan artikel jurnal ilmiah.Â Kata-kata Kunci: Artikel Jurnal Ilmiah, guru, MGMP, IPSÂ AbstractThis training and mentoring to improve teachers ability in the preparation or manufacture of scientific journal articles that can help speed up the process of teacher career improvement directly or indirectly and as a form of teacher professional. Participants involved are teachers of social science junior high school Lamongan District. Implementation that has been done with material exposure, demonstration, discussion and accompaniment in the practice of preparation of scientific journal articles. From the results of the questionnaire distributed at this time the activities have a good response and enthusiastic about the training of scientific papers. The conclusion shows a training of scientific journal articles carried out by the team of dedication to the community give a direct impact on knowledge interconnected with scientific journal articles and the desire in the making of scientific journal articles.Keywords: training, scientific journal articles, teachers, social science.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengetahuan tentang bank syariah dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat menabung siswa pada bank syariah di kelas XI IPS MAN 2 Kota Malang.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh, dimana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel, yaitu sebanyak 62 orang siswa.Dalam penelitian ini analisis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan tentang bank syariah dan literasi keuangan terhadap minat menabung di bank syariah dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan tentang bank syariah berpengaruh terhadap minat menabung siswa pada bank syariah di kelas XI IPS MAN 2 Kota Malang.

Abstract- The aim of this study is to compare entrepreneurship lessons on student entrepreneurship attitudes between the Economic Education Department, Faculty of Economics, State University of Surabaya (UNESA), Indonesia and Faculty of Management and Economics, University of Education Sultan Idris (UPSI), Malaysia. This quantitative study used a comparative study method of entrepreneurship lesson activities in UNESA Indonesia and UPSI Malaysia. Differences in entrepreneurship learning between UNESA and UPSI students were measured by learning atmosphere, interest in entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship attitude. The difference in learning atmosphere was due to the differences in culture and curriculum between countries, where entrepreneur lesson of UPSI students was taught early on in the course of study, while new UNESA students are taught in the fifth semester. There was a difference in entrepreneurial learning in the Department of Economic Education of the Faculty of Economics of Surabaya with the Faculty of Management and Economics of University of Education Sultan Idris, Malaysia. This research provides a vision for the academic community in determining the proper learning design to foster the character and attitude for entrepreneurship in the students.

Mahasiswa sudah memiliki literasi ekonomi yang cukup dan tentunya mendapat keilmuan kewirausahaan secara terstruktur. Minat berwirausaha mahasiswa yang rendah ditunjukkan dari tingkat keaktifan mahasiswa dalam mengikuti kegiatan praktek maupun seminar kewirausahaan yang diselenggarakan oleh berbagai pihak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang bertujuan untuk menghitung besarnya pengaruh dari literasi ekonomi dan pendidikan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dan pemilihan responden yang dipakai merupakan metode simple random sampling. sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 180 responden dengan taraf kesalahan 5%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan literasi ekonomi dan pendidikan kewirausahaan secara parsial (t) maupun secara simultan (F) berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha pada mahasiswa jurusan pendidikan ekonomi angkatan 2015. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis asosiatif. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini yakni simple random sampling. Total sebanyak 270 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) adakah pengaruh positif signifikan status sosial ekonomi orang tua terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < probabilitas 0.05. (2) adakah pengaruh positif signifikan prestasi akademik mahasiswa terhadap minat melanjutkan studi S2 dan tingkat signifikansinya sebesar 0,000 < probabilitas 0.05. Abstrak Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan antara efikasi diri dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Kedamean, untuk mengetahui hubungan antara gaya belajar dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Kedamean, dan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara lingkungan teman sebaya dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Kedamean. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 94 peserta didik. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasi product moment. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksplanatori dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan penelitian terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Kedamean, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara gaya belajar dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Kedamean, dan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara lingkungan teman sebaya dengan prestasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN 1 Kedamean. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Gaya Belajar, Lingkungan Teman Sebaya, Prestasi Belajar.
