Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana mi-nat masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anak mereka pada MI Ma’arif Grabag 1 Magelang, (2) Bagaimana pengelolaan MI Ma’arif Grabag 1 Magelang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat menyekolah-kan anak mereka, serta (3) Bagaimana model peningkatan minat masyarakat menyekolahkan anak mereka pada MI Ma’arif Grabag 1 Magelang, adapun hasilnya adalah: Pertama, minat masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anak mer-eka pada MI Ma’arif Grabag 1 Magelang tergolong tinggi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya orang tua wali yang ikut mendaftar-kan putera-puterinya ke madrasah tersebut. Kedua, pengelolaan MI Ma’arif Grabag 1 Magelang meliputi program unggulan dan pem-biasaan yang berlaku di MI Ma’arif Grabag 1. Ketiga, model peningkatan minat masyarakat menyekolahkan anak mereka pada MI Ma’arif Grabag 1 Magelang adalah dengan memiliki program-program unggulan, membiasakan akhlak mulia, alumni banyak diterima di lembaga favorit, memiliki prestasi akademik dan prestasi non akademik yang unggul serta menjalin kerja sama yang intens dengan berbagai pihak.

Abstract

 This study aimed to explore the education innovation management with quality-oriented inMadrasah Ibtidaiyah Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta that illustrated the importance of education in accordance with the learner learning developments and demands for innovation. Quality-oriented education innovation is an idea, practice, object, as well as new method in the field of education to achieve educational goals and solve educational problems. The aforementioned idea, practice, and new method are things that have been already established, run, and practiced in daily based management processes within the framework of improving the quality of education. By using the qualitative approach with case study, this researchrevealedvarieties or types of innovation that have been practiced in MI Wahid Hasyim Yogyakarta including (1) curriculum, (2) human resources, and (3) learning innovation. Therefore, it can be summed up that if education is a means to build human being with good personality, it must be ready to respond the change of time itself, so that innovation in the field of education is a must.حاول هذا البحث دراسة إدارة الإبتداعات التربوية بهدف الجودة في المدرسة الإبتدائية واحد هاشم يوغياكرتا التي تصوّر أهمية التربية المناسبة بمراحلها ومتطلّبات الإبتداعات. والإبتداعات التربوية بهدف الجودة هي الآراء والتطبيقات والموضوعات والطرق الجديدة في مجال التربية للوصول إلى أهداف التربية وحلّ المشاكل التربوية. هذه الآراء والتطبيقات والطرق هي المعمولة في يوميات العملية الإدارية في ضوء ترقية جودة التربية.  وصل هذا البحث – بالمدخل النوعي – إلى النتيجة هي وجود تنوّع الابتداعات المطبّق في المدرسة الإبتدائية واحد هاشم يوغياكرتا ويحتوى على : 1)  الابتداعات في المنهج الدراسي، 2) الابتداعات في الموارد البشريّة، 3) والابتداعات في التعليم. بهذا يمكن أن يُؤكّد إذا كانت التربية وسيلة لتكوين الشخصية البارزة المتفوّقة، فإن التربية لابدّ أن تكون مرنة ومستعدة لاستجابات أنواع التجدّدات والتغيّرات في هذا العصر حتى تكون الابتداعات في عالم التربية أمر لابد منه.

Abstract

This study aims to know (1) are there differences in teacher competence PAI MTs between the certified and that has not been certified (2) Are there differences in teacher competence PAI MTs sassociated with working period (3) Are there differences in student learning outcomes PAI MTs are educated by teachers who are certifid and not certified teachers, (4) Are there differences in student learning outcomes PAI MTs in terms of working lives of teachers, and (5) How is teacher competency profile PAI MTs which include pedagogical competence, personality, professional, and sosial. This research approach is quantative using causal comparative merhod. As a result, (1) There is a difference between teacher competence PAI-certified MTs and that has not been certified in the district of pontianak, (2) There is a difference in PAI MTs teacher competence in terms of teachers’ working lives (3) There is a difference in student learning outcomes PAI MTs are trained by certified teachers and teachers who have not certified, (4) There is a difference in learning outcomes of participants trained MTs PAI related to teachers’ working lives (5) Profile PAI MTs teacher compotence which include pedagogical competence, personalty, professional, and sosial in the district of pontianak as a whole meet the good category
