Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine and analyze the effects of organizational culture, academic supervision, and facilities and infrastructure on teacher pedagogical competence in public junior secondary schools in Banjar Agung Subdistrict, Tulang Bawang District, Lampung, either individually or simultaneously. This study was a descriptive study. Data were collected using questionnaire and documentation. The collected data were then analyzed using path analysis and hypothesis testing. Results of this study are: (1) organizational culture had a direct effect on teacher pedagogical competence; (2) Academic supervision had a direct effect on pedagogical competence of teachers in the schools; (3) facilities and infrastructure had a direct effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers in the schools; (4) cultural organizations, academic supervision, and facilities and infrastructure simultaneously had a direct and significant effect on the pedagogical competence of teachers in the schools.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi, supervisi akademik, dan sarana dan prasarana pada kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah menengah pertama umum di Banjar Agung Kecamatan, Kabupaten Tulang Bawang, Lampung, baik secara individu maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur dan pengujian hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) budaya organisasi memiliki efek langsung pada kompetensi pedagogik guru; (2) pengawasan akademik memiliki efek langsung pada kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah-sekolah; (3) sarana dan prasarana memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah-sekolah; (4) organisasi budaya, supervisi akademik, dan sarana dan prasarana secara bersamaan memiliki efek langsung dan signifikan terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru di sekolah-sekolah.Kata kunci: budaya organisasi, kompetensi pedagogic, supervisi akademik, sarana prasarana
