Inflammation is a response from the body to injury or infection, flavonoids contained in African leaves (Gymnanthemum Amygdalinum Del.) And palm oil leaves (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) have anti-inflammatory effects. This study aims to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of a combination of ethanol extracts of Gymnanthemum Amygdalinum Del. And Elaeis Guineensis Jacq. on white rat foot edema which is induced by carrageenan 1% subplantar, and effective dosage as anti-inflammatory. The extract was made by maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent. The antiinflammatory effect test was divided into 5 treatment groups. The first group (negative control) was given 0.5% CMC Na suspension, the group (positive control) was given diclofenac Na suspension 2.25 mg / kg bw, and the suspension group was a combination of African leaf extract (Gymnanthemum Amygdalinum Del.) And palm oil leaves ( Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Dose 200 + 62.5 mg / kg bw, 400 + 125 mg / kg bw, and 800 + 250 mg / kg bw. Inflammation volume measurements were measured using a pletismometer for 180 minutes at 30 minute intervals after 1% carrageenan was induced. The results showed that negative controls had significant differences with other treatment groups which did not show anti-inflammatory effects. In conclusion, the suspension of a combination of ethanol extract of African leaves and palm oil leaves has an effective anti-inflammatory effect at a dose of 800 + 250 mg / kg bw.

Some of them are side effects caused by the high cost of synthetic drugs that are not friendly to people with low economy, so knowledge about the use of medicinal plants is very important to have. knowledge about the toga (Intersection black rhizome) and the use of plants in the environment around the house that have medicinal properties are also lacking. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to provide education about the toga plant (Intersection black rhizome) and its health benefits in the form of: counseling to This counseling is carried out to increase the knowledge and skills of the Sidodadi village community in the use of toga (black ginger rhizome) for health, this activity is carried out by delivering material to the community and then conducting a rapid test so that the counseling takes place properly. both because of the covid 19 condition and the Q&A discussion in order to make the public understand and know the importance of the toga plant (Intersection black rhizome) for public health. An examination was also carried out before and after the testing of herbal medicines from the toga plant (Intersection black rhizome) this outreach program went well and the people of the village of Sidodadi were very enthusiastic in discussions or questions and answers. Medicinal plants planted in the yard can not only be consumed as an alternative choice for family medicine but can also be a source of additional income. In addition, these medicinal plants can also be a decoration that is pleasing to the eye when arranged beautifully. Family medicinal plants (TOGA) are essentially a plot of land in the yard used for medicinal plants in order to meet the family's need for medicines. about the use of toga as a family treatment seen from the increase in the average pretest score.

The most improved thing to do with burns is to provide local therapy with the intention of recovering as quickly as possible. The reason for this PKM is to get data on the kelor leaf application (moringa oleifera lam). Flavonoid and leaf leaf tannin play a role in treating burns.

The solution offered to overcome this problem is to provide education about African leaf plants (varnonia magdolyna del) and their health benefits in the form of: this activity is carried out by delivering material to the community then a question and answer session is held to ensure that the community understands the material provided.
