Abstract

Learning skills are one of the most urgent things in the learning process. Without adequate learning skills, a person will have difficulty in following the ongoing learning process. This study aims to determine the difference in low-achieving student achievement skills with high achieving students in the Study Program of Islamic Counseling Faculty Tarbiyah Teacher Training UIN North Sumatra Medan. The type of research used is comparation. The sample of research is 120 people taken by purposive random sampling technique. Instrument used is questionnaire, data analysis is done with data description, hypothesis test with t-test. The results showed that: 1) Students' high achievement skills belong to good category. Each sub variable that is proposed in this research is in good category that is learning skill, questioning skill, recording skill, concentration skill, reading skill, skill of preparation and completion of task. 2) Low achievement student skills are in good category. Judging from each sub-variables are learning skill, questioning skill, recording skill, concentration skill, skill of preparation and completion of task are in good category, and reading skill and question skill are in enough category. 3) There is a significant difference between high achieving student learning skill and low achievement student learning skill. This means that high achieving students have good learning skills compared to low achieving students' learning skills.Keyword: Implication, Learning Skill, Student Achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about How to Understand the Principle of Confidentiality of BK Teachers, How to Implement the Principle of Confidentiality in Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madinatussalam Sei Rotan, What Factors Support and Inhibit Implementation of the Principle of Confidentiality in Private Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madinatussalam Sei Rotan. This research uses qualitative research design with case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documents. Data analysis using Milles and Huberman data analysis model are: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. And check the validity of data in this study using the criteria of creadibility confidence that is: Longer attachment, diligence observations in research, and triangulation testing. The findings show that: (1) An understanding of the principle of secrecy of BK Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madinatussalam Sei Rotan teachers, including: (a) Maintaining trust and maintaining confidentiality. (b) Commit to ensuring the confidentiality of all the problems faced by the students. (2) Application of the principle of confidentiality in Madrasat Madanatussalam Sei Rotan Madrasah, it can be seen that the application of the principle of confidentiality in madrasas includes: (a) Asking for willingness, (b) Providing direction, (c) Making approaches, (d) Making agreements, (e) Motivating, (f) Providing solutions. (3) Factors that support the application of secrecy principles in Madrasah Tsanawiyah Madinatussalam Sei Rotan, including cooperation between the teachers and students, make arrangements, secret custody. While the inhibiting factors of application of the principle of secrecy include: (a) Lack of infrastructure supporting the activities of BK.Keywords: Secrecy Principle

Abstract

The background of this study is to find out the role of BK teachers in increasing the motivation to learn students of natural disaster victims in MTsN Karo District. Karo, this was known through observation of interviews with BK teachers. Students who are victims of natural disasters appear to be anxious at the time of eruption of a mountain, causing the student to not focus during the learning process. Information services can be implemented by BK teachers in helping to increase the motivation to learn students ofnatural disaster victims. Peran Guru Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa Korban Bencana Alam Gunung Sinabung Di Mtsn Negeri Karo Kabupaten Karo This research aims to find out how the role of BK teachers in improving student motivation to learn victims of natural disasters in MTsN Karo District. Karo This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive research approach that produces adescription in the form of written or oral words from the behavior of the participants and also research subjects that can be observed from social situations. After doing the research, it was found that the role of the BK teacher in increasing the motivation to learn students of natural disaster victims in MTsN Karo District. Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah 1) kondisi kepercayaan diri siswa, 2) Pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok, serta hasil pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dalam menumbuhkan rasa rasa percaya diri siswa. Sebagai subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa dan guru BK dengan menggunakan instrumen pengumpulan data berupa observasi dan wawancara. Data yang telah terkumpil dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) bahwa kondisi kepercayaan diri siswa tergolong cukup tinggi namun masih ada beberapa siswa yang tingkat kepercayaan dirinya rendah. Siswa yang memiliki rasa percaya diri rendah ditandai dengan pendiam dan pemalu serta ragu-ragu dan tidak tidak berani mendaftarkan diri mengikuti ekstrakurikuler, 2) elaksanaan layanan bimbingan kelompok dilaksanakan minimal sebulan sekali dan secara isidental tujuannya adalah siswa dapat mengoptimalkan kemampuan yang dimiliki serta 3) Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok yang dilakukan guru pembimbing untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dan dapat menghilangkan sifat pemalu memberikan perubahan dalam diri siswa sehingga mampu mengoptimalkan potensi yang dimiliki. Abstract

Positive behavior is expected to appear in every student activity at school and outside the school. BK lecturers are expected to work together with lecturers of study and all steakholders to shape positive student behavior such as using internet positively. This research uses Quasi experiment type research. The population of the study were students of BKI FITK UIN Sumatera Utara Medan 142, a sample of 32 people. Data collection techniques are questionnaires, data analysis techniques are data descriptions and hypothesis testing. Data analysis was done with the help of SPSS. The results showed: 1) There was a significant difference of understanding scores on students' understanding of using internet positively on experimental group students between test pree with post test. The difference occurred with the increase of the score of all respondents as many as 20 people. Total score increase of 210 with an average increase of 10.50. 2) There was no significant difference in understanding scores about students' understanding using internet positively on control group students between pree test and post test. From 21 respondents only 7 people who experienced an increase. Total increase of 32.50 with an average of 4.64. 3) There is a significant influence of information services on the understanding of students' understanding of using the internet positively on students BKI FITK Students UIN Sumatera Utara Medan Lesson Year 2017/2018 with Asyim sig. 0,000 <0.05.Keywords: Information service, internet use positively
