Abstract

Human Resource is one of the production factors which should be managed in proper way to create a maximum performance of the organization. At least in the era of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), the management planning of human resource including how to empowering, improving the competence and quality, should be steered into the achievement of opportunity searching ability which possibly affecting the development acceleration that also become important necessity. The real condition of employment which activate the speed of organization could be categorized in 3 groups, ? rst, “a supper keeper” human resource is the group of employee who produce the excellent working above the average and at the same time inspire the other employees to create the same thing for the organization; second, “a keeper” human resource is the group of employee who are only able to ful? ll exactly like the organization want; and third, a mis? t human resource is the group of employee who are performing lower performance than the organization target. The right management model for all groups will be able to bring the sustainability in operational process of organization. One of the best way is investment allocation policy that focusing on the ? rst category. This will give the positive impact to employee to bring the excellent working atmosphere to the organization. Moreover, the reward policy that appropriate to each performance of the employee also the right solution, surely through the forum that is agreed by all parties in organization.

Abstract

PNPM Mandiri since it launched until now can be considered the most preferred program in the development process. Gender equality, empowerment of the poor and increased community participation is one of the added value in this program. One of the superior programs of the PNPM Mandiri is Program of Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) . As one of the government programs, the SPP Program is supposed to be evaluated to determine whether these programs have a positive impact on the welfare of the community or not . The purpose of this study was to determine the level of effectiveness of the SPP program in the District of Sukawati, in terms of the stages of planning, implementation and sustainability program. This study also aims to determine the impact of the SPP Program on the level of income and the rate of flow of the household working hours SPP members, as well as to determine the public perception and PNPM’s actors, especially in the SPP program in the District of Sukawati. The method used to determine the level of effectiveness of the SPP program is descriptive method of analysis techniques which adopt the method of measurement of Community Satisfaction Index (HPI) Service Unit of Government Agencies. To determine the impact of the SPP Program on the level of income and the rate of flow of household work hours SPP members, conducted Paired-Sample T test. As for knowing people's perceptions and PNPM’s actors conducted by descriptive statistic with questionnaire and structured interviews. The data used in this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to members of the SPP as the object of this study. The results showed that the level of effectiveness of the implementation of the SPP program in the District of Sukawati quite effective, with a value of 77.80 percent. SPP program is also a significant impact on revenue growth and an outpouring of household work hours SPP members. Besides, the public and the perpetrators of these activities provide a very positive appreciation for this program. The conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that the PNPM program is a breakthrough that is fairly successful in the eyes of society. It is therefore recommended that the sustainability of this program be maintained and guaranteed by the government, and the SPP groups already formed continue to be fostered in order to remain productive and able to contribute positively to the welfare of society in general.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important and strategic role for the economic growth of the country, both developing and developed countries. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of simultaneous and partial use of e-commerce, the customers and venture capital to the income of SMEs in Denpasar City. Data used primary data. The samples used are 86 SMEs in Denpasar City. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result show that simultaneously the variable of e-commerce usage, the customers and the business capital had a significant effect on the income of SMEs in Denpasar City. Partially the use of e-commerce, the customers and business capital have a positive and significant impact on the income of SMEs in the city of Denpasar.

Abstract

An effort to accelerate economic development, industrialization is one of the government strategy that aims to improve peoples’s lives. The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine the factors that affect employment and business efficiency in the furniture industry in the city of Denpasar. The sampling technique used is proportional cluster random sampling. Samples in this research were 116 respondents and uses path analysis techniques. Based on that conclusion, capital, and technology positive and significant impact on employment of industrial furniture.Variable capital, technology and labor absorption positive and significant impact on the efficiency of industrial enterprises of furniture in Denpasar. Where as indirect variables which affect the efficiency of business capital and technology affects business efficiency indirectly through employment, so employment is intervening variables that mediate the variable capital and technology to business efficiency.

Abstract

Labor Supply in weaving industry at Klungkung District had fluctuation caused by any factors, suchs as competition, similar products manufactured, until there is no more new generation.  The wages offered in this industry relatively high, but the owner of the weaving industry still shortage of weavers and new generation. The wages offered in this industry is relatively high, but businesses weaving industry have not craftsmen and future generations. The purpose of this study are to analyze the influence of age, education level and rationality on the probability of female labor in performing the labor supply remains in the weaving industry. Tthis study use logistic regression analysi method. The results this study are the employment of older and higher rationality have higher probability to do the labor supply of remain in the weaving industry. The level of education has no effect on labor supply of women, then workers who have higher levels of education have a lower probability to perform labor supply remains in the weaving industry.

Abstract

Provinsi Bali merupakan salah satu wilayah dengan sektor pertanian yang cukup besar berperan0dalam penyediaan0bahan pangan dan0perolehan devisa melalui ekspor hasil0pertanian. Salah satu yang termasuk subsektor pertanian adalah perkebunan, jenis perkebunan yang termasuk perkebunan rakyat adalah kopi, terdapat dua jenis kopi yang paling banyak di Bali yaitu robusta dan arabika namun saat ini permintaan akan kopi robusta lebih besar khususnya di Kecamatan Pupuan, Kabupaten Tabanan. Memaksimalkan faktor- faktor produksi yang ada diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah dan juga meningkatkan taraf hidup petani kopi robusta di kecamatan Pupuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk0menganalisis0faktor-faktor0yang mempengaruhi pendapatan petani kopi robusta. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Pupuan, populasi penelitian ini adalah petani kopi robusta dari empat desa memiliki jumlah petani terbanyak dengan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 97 orang. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan proporsionate stratified0random sampling.0Teknik0analisis0data yang0digunakan0adalah0regresi0linier berganda. Berdasarkan0hasil analisis0menunjukan bahwa produktivitas, harga dan luas lahan secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan petani kopi di Kecamatan Pupuan Kabupaten Tabanan. Kata Kunci : perkebunan, kopi robusta, pendapatan petani

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and determine the direct effect of capital, wages and technology on employment, the direct effect of capital, wages, technology and employment on work productivity, the indirect effect of capital, wages and technology to work productivity through absorption labor. This research was conducted in Badung with employers respondents wooden sculptures which includes the District 6 is Abiansemal, Kuta, Kuta Utara, South Kuta, Mengwi and evening. Object of the study include capital, wages and technology. The sampling technique used is Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling. Samples of this research were 111 respondents. The data collected by observation, interviews and questionnaires. Data processed uses path analysis techniques to analyze the effect of the direct path between the variables with other variables and test Sobel analyze the effect of indirectly through intervening variables.. The results showed capital, wages and technology and significant positive effect on employment wooden sculptures.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of the tourist destinations already known and famous in the world. Seen from the geographical size, Indonesia is the state having agraris natural resources abundant with the diversity of the potential of the regions. Economic activities in Indonesia not in spite of export activities of the agricultural sector in particular commodity is potato crops. The data used in this research is of secondary data time series obtained from Uncomtrade 1993-2013 year, Central of Statistic (BPS), and Indonesia Bank. This study using a quantitative approach that is shaped associative. The purpose of this study is to know the influence in unison and partial influence the production of potatoes, inflation, and the exchange rate to potatoes export, and to know the influence of most of the three dominant variable free to potatoes export Indonesia 1993-2013 period. The analysis shows simultaneously the influence of the production of potatoes, inflation, and the exchange rate significant to potatoes export. In partial, the influence of the production of potatoes and the exchange rate influential positive and significant, while inflation is not significant to potatoes export Indonesia 1993-2013 period. The most dominant variable influential free potato exports to Indonesia is the production of potato 1993-2013 period. Keywords: potato export, the production of potatoes, inflation, the exchange rate

Abstract

This study discusses the economic growth and inter-district disparities in Buleleng regency in 2007-2011. Purpose of this study was to (i) determine the pattern of economic growth per district in Buleleng (ii) knew inequality inter district in Buleleng regency (iii) test hypotheses Kuznets about U interved in Buleleng. Analytical techniques used are typologies Klassen, Williamson an person correlation indeks. Klassen typology results only divided into two quadrant. Williamson indeks calculation rate is quite small and of the analysis has been done  on the interved U Kuznets hypothesis doesn’t apply in the Buleleng regency during the observation period. This study is expected to be able to entar for the local government district of Buleleng.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and determine 1) The direct effect of capital, wages and technology on employment, 2) The direct effect of capital, wages, technology and employment on productivity, 3) The indirect effect of capital, the level of wages and technology on productivity through employment. This research was conducted in Denpasar with printing industry employers respondents covering 4 consisting of Denpasar District of North, West Denpasar, Denpasar Denpasar South and East. Object in this research include the capital, wages and technology. The sampling technique used is Proporsionate Stratified Random Sampling. Data collection methods used in this study include observation, interviews and in-depth interviews. Data analysis technique used is path analysis, path analysis and Sobel test to analyze the indirect influence through an intervening variable. The results showed capital, wages and technology and significant positive effect on employment sablon industry
