Abstract

Nd-CeO2 nanoparticles have been synthesized with a simple heating method. The microstructure and morphologyof material were characterized by a Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), and the conductivity of the material wasmeasured by an AC Impedance Spectroscopy. At room temperature we obtain a sample prepared at 9% at/at. Ndhave the highest conductivity of 1.47 x 10-4. Scm-1. This conductivity surpass the value reported by Anefleous for Nd-CeO2 (NDC) material prepared by different method. Sample has been 49 nm crystals size obtained from FWHM .Thisresult proves that a simple heating method is the promising for synthesizing electrolyte materials for SOFCapplication.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze about conceptual understanding and misconceptions on material Newtonian Gravity of students physics education Sriwijaya University. Data collected by  using test NGCI (Newtonian Gravity Concept Inventory), CRI (Certainty of Response Index), and Interview to discribed types of conceptual understanding students’. Analysis methods  data used Descriptive qualitative technique. Based on the analysis CRI, this research find 28,51 % student understand the concept, 4,68 % understand the concept but not sure , 27,9% misconception, and 25,62 % not understand the concept. The most misconception occurs in sub concept the relations of mass to the gravitational force that is 49,65 %. This research can be used for basic research increase student conceptual understanding

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang konperehensip mengenai kepemimpinan kepala sekolah  dalam meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber datanya terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, Staf Tata Usaha. Prosedur pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan melakukan member chek, kecukupan referensi, dan melakukan triangulasi. Hasil kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Gambaran disiplin kerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang sudah baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari kehadiran guru di sekolah sudah sesuai dengan jadwal tugas dan waktu yang ditentukan (2) Upaya kepala sekolah dalam mempengaruhi guru untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru di SMA Negeri  2 Sungai Ambawang sudah baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari sikap kepemimpinan seorang kepala sekolah dalam mempengaruhi guru dengan menanamkan kebiasaan-kebiasan yang positif, (3) Upaya kepala sekolah dalam memotivasi guru untuk meningkatkan disiplin kerja guru di SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Ambawang sudah baik.   Kata Kunci : Disiplin Kerja, Kepemimpinan, Kepala Sekolah.  Abstract: This study aimed to obtain information konperehensip on school leadership in improving labor discipline teachers at SMAN 2 River Ambawang. This research is qualitative descriptive. Source data is comprised of the principal, teachers , staff of Administration. Data collection procedures performed by observation , and in-depth structured interviews, and documentation. Checking the validity of the findings made ​​by the member check , the adequacy of reference, and triangulate. The results of the following conclusions : (1) A description of work discipline teachers at SMAN 2 Ambawang River is good, it can be seen from the presence of teachers in the school are in accordance with the schedule of tasks and time specified (2) Efforts principals in influencing teachers to improve work discipline teachers at SMAN 2 Ambawang River has been good, This can be seen from the attitude of the leadership of a school principal in influencing teachers to instill positive habits-habits (3) Measures to principal in motivating teachers to improve work discipline teachers at SMAN 2 Ambawang River has been good. Abstract

The electrospinning method has been used successfully to make polyvinylpyrrolidone nanofiber containing Anredera cordifolia leaves (BLE). The research methods used were qualitative and pure experiment method. Polyvinilpirolidone nanofibers containing BLE were prepared with three mass variations of the polyvinylpyrrolidone (% w/w), namely 12%, 10%, and 8% w/w, respectively. The results of the macroscopic photo show that the fiber structure looks white for PVP nanofibers and yellow for PVP/BLE nanofibers. The fiber morphology was analyzed using SEM and the results showed that PVP and all PVP/BLE nanofibers were like a continuous strand of crossbars with a diameter of 590 – 1190 nm. The decrease in the concentration of the PVP polymer led to a reduction in the diameter of the resulting nanofibers. The coefficients of variance (ε), of the PVP, BLE1, BLE2, and BLE3 nanofibers were 0.06, 0.09, 0.11, and 1.22, respectively. The physicochemical structure of the nanofibers was evaluated using XRD and FTIR. The chemical analysis (FTIR) showed that there was a molecular interaction between Anredera cordifolia leaves extract and polyvinylpyrrolidone in the form of hydrogen bonds.
