Abstract

This study aims to: (1) To find out and analyze the influence of cultural, social, personal and psychological factors simultaneously (together) on the decision to purchase a house in Taman Dataran Indah Housing in Makassar City (2) To find out and analyze the influence of cultural factors , social, personal and psychological partially (individually) to the decision to purchase a house in Taman Dataran Indah Housing in Makassar City. (3) To find out and analyze which variable is the most dominant influence on the decision to purchase a house in Dataran Indah Park Housing in Makassar City. The results of this study indicate (1) The analysis shows that the independent / independent variable (X) simultaneously influences cultural, social, personal and psychological factors significantly on the decision to purchase a home in Taman Dataran Indah Housing in Makassar City by 93.7% while the remaining 6.3% is influenced by other variables not included in this study (2) The four independent / independent variables (X) have a significant partial effect on housing purchase decisions at Dataran Indah Park Housing in Makassar City with the following summary: (a ) Cultural factor variable (X1) with tcount 10,089> ttable 2,000 (b) Social factor variable (X2) with tcount 3,638> ttable 2,000 (c) Personal factor variable (X3) with tcount value 3,020> ttable 2,000 (d) Variable psychological factors (X4) with a tcount of 5.680> ttable 2,000 (3) Among cultural, social, personal and psychological factors, the cultural factor (X1) is the most dominant factor influencing the decision to purchase a house in Taman Dataran Indah Housing in Makassar City.

Abstract

This study was intended to determine the effect of attitudes, norms, control and interest in student decisions in choosing study programs at Higher Education, this study was conducted at STIMLASH JAYA Makassar by taking 69 students as research samples. The results of this study prove that partially proven if attitudes, norms and interests affect student decisions while control has no effect on student decisions. This study also proves simultaneously the attitudes, norms, controls and interests influence the student's decision in choosing a study program at Higher Education.

Abstract

The research intends to understand the impact of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) as well as work supervision on the performance of operational employees (study at PT. Johnline Baratama Site Konawe). Descriptive analysis method with Likert scale for descriptive analysis, while for verification analysis using the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation, and regression testing. Questionnaires were distributed to 97 employees. The questionnaire was tested with validity tests, reliability tests, and also classical assumptions. The results of the research illustrate that simultaneously occupational health and safety and work supervision have a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees of PT. Johnline Baratama Site Konawe. While partially occupational health safety has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at PT. Johnline Baratama Site Konawe and work supervision have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT. Johnline Baratama Site Konawe.

Abstract

Diversifikasi produk olahan jamur tiram harus perlu ditingkatkan dari sekedar hanya memproduksi jamur tiram segar menjadi penganekaragaman produk olahan jamur tiram. Meski diversifikasi olahan jamur tiram sangat mudah dilakukan namun memerlukan ketekunan dan keseriusan agar produksi berkelanjutan. Pada Program Pengembangan Desa Mitra (PPDM) tahun 2021 diversifikasi dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yakni ; studi banding, pelatihan dan pendampingan, pemasaran offline dan online. Pada tahap Studi Banding, dilakukan masyarakat desa yang dibina di Desa Bonto Masunggu untuk melihat langsung desa yang telah sukses dan berhasil melakukan penganekaragaman produk olahan jamur tiram, sehingga bisa menjadi contoh dan acuan. Setelah itu, tahap selanjutnya yakni pelatihan, diajarkancara memrpoduksi beragam olahan jamur seperti bakso jamur, tahu isi jamur dan crispy jamur. Selain itu juga diajarkan mengurus ijin produksi dan membuat srta memproduksi kemasan yang menarik. Selama proses ini berlangsung dilakukan pendampingan oleh TIM PPDM dari STIM Lasharan Jaya Makassar. Pada tahap akhir yakni pemasaran, yang diajarkan untuk dilakukan dengan dua cara ; offline dan online.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adaptive behavior and organizational culture on work satisfaction through leadership succession. The research data was generated by distributing questionnaires to 70 employees who were selected purposively as samples in this study. All research data were analyzed through smart PLS with two stages of analysis, namely algorithm analysis and boostraping analysis to determine the quality of research data and test research hypotheses. The results of this study show that adaptive behavior has a direct effect on work satisfaction, organizational culture has a direct effect on work satisfaction, adaptive behavior affects leadership succession, organizational culture affects leadership succession, leadership succession affects performance, analysis of indirect effects shows that adaptive behavior affects work satisfaction. through leadership succession and organizational culture affect work satisfaction through leadership succession

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. So the objectives to be achieved in this study are; 1). To find out and analyze the direct effect of knowledge management on job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 2). To find out and analyze the direct effect of job descriptions on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar, 3). To find out and analyze the indirect effect of knowledge management on employee performance through job descriptions at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar. The type of research data used in this study is the type of quantitative data, by means of data collection techniques namely; observation, questionnaires, and interviews. The sampling method used in this study was non-probability sampling - purposive sampling to obtain 61 samples or respondents. The data analysis technique used in this study is; validity and reliability test, and normality test as a prerequisite for the classical assumption test. And the data analysis method uses path analysis with the r test, t test and f test The results of this study indicate that: partially knowledge management and job description variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and knowledge management has an effect on employee performance through job descriptions.
