Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sumber pembelajaran penyetelan karburator sepeda motor, gambaran hasil belajar dan ketercapaian waktu hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode demonstrasi di SMALB. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian subjek tunggal (Single Subject Research). Metode ini difokuskan untuk melihat perubahan perilaku subjek, apakah ada atau tidaknya pengaruh intervensi terhadap target behavior dalam fase yang telah ditentukan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa tunarungu maka dari itu terhambatnya faktor komunikasi pada siswa tunarungu. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain reversal tipe A-B-A, dimana pengukuran fase baseline diulang dua kali. Fase baseline (A1) dilakukan sebelum fase intervensi, kemudian dilakukan fase baseline (A2). Fase baseline (A1), fase baseline (A2) dan fase intervensi dilakukan sebanyak empat kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode demonstrasi lebih dapat menangkap apa yang mereka lihat secara langsung. Keterampilan penyetelan karburator menggunakan metode demonstrasi pada siswa tunarungu menunjukan peningkatan yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the distribution of vulnerable areas of landslide and assess the society adaptation towards landslides in Banyumanik Distric, Semarang. The population in this study whole units of the terrain and the people in the Banyumanik Distric. Sampling in this study use sampling area on 19 terrain units and 80 respondents who are determined using Dixon B. Leach. This study uses a scoring method for mapping vulnerable areas of landslide and descriptive percentage to determine the level of society’s adaptation to landslides. The results of the study explains that level of vulnerability index in Banyumanik District. The high level of landslide is 842,13 Hectares (27,23 %), intermediatte level is 308,66 hectares (9,98%), the low level is 1,058 hectares (34,21%), and the most low level is 883,80 Hectares (28,58%). The society conduct landslides adaptation according to their knowledge and experience. The classifier of society adaptation to landslides including three aspects: physical, economic, and social aspects.

Abstract

This study aims to identify factors that affect consumers for choosing Bukit Sukorejo Residence and Trangkil Sejahtera Residence as their settlement. The approach used in this study is quantitative correlation with looking for a relationship or correlation between variables. The focus in this research is preference residence for determining the location of house in Bukit Sukorejo Residence and Trangkil Sejahtera Residence. This research selects a cross-table analysis as the data analysis techniques. The results obtained are level of education, financial status, aesthetic location, prestige location, accessibility to employment and service facilities, and the environment values.

Abstract

Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________ Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples pada pembelajaran IPS Geografi. 2) Mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples terhadap hasil belajar IPS Geografi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 4 Bumiayu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VII-C (kelas eksperimen) dan kelas VII-D (kelas kontrol) yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan datayang digunakan adalah dokumentasi, observasi, tes, dan angket. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase dan uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan pembelajaran dapat terlaksana dengan baik dimana persentase kinerja guru kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol masuk kategori baik. Aktivitas siswa pada kelas eksperimen sebesar 72% lebih baik daripada kelas kontrol dengan persentase sebesar 62%. Hasil post-test menunjukan hasil rata-rata kelas eksperimen sebesar 77,33, dan hasil rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 71,33. Hasil uji-t menunjukan bahwa thitung (2,285) > ttabel (1,67). Hasil uji ukuran efek menunjukan bahwa besaran efek sebesar 0,59 dan masuk kategori sedang. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu, penggunaan model pembelajaran Examples Non Examples lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran konvensional pada materi sumber daya alam. Abstract ___________________________________________________________________ This research aims to: 1) Determine the implementation of learning model Examples Non Examples at IPS learning Geography. 2) Assess the effectiveness of the learning model Examples Non-Examples for learning outcomes IPS Geography. The population of this study were students of class VII SMP Negeri 4 Bumiayu. The sample was a class VII-C (experimental class) and class VII-D (control group) were selected by purposive sampling. The method of collecting data that is used is the documentation, observation, testing, and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using descriptive analysis and t-test percentage. Based on the results of research show learning can be done well in which the percentage of the performance of teachers experimental and control classes in the category of good. Activities of students in the experimental class is 72% better than the control class with a percentage of 62%. Post-test results showed an average yield of 77.33 experimental class, and the average yield control class yield of 71.33. T-test results showed that thitung (2.285)> ttable (1.67). Effect Size result showed that effect size yield of 0.59 and in the category medium. The conclusion of this study namely, the use of Examples Non Examples learning model is more effective than conventional learning models in matter of natural resources.

Abstract

Hingga saat ini radioisotop tehnesium-99m (99mTc) masih banyak digunakan di bidang kedokteran nuklir di seluruh dunia. Hal ini karena 99mTc memiliki waktu paro 6 jam dan memancarkan gamma murni pada energi 140 keV sehingga merupakan radioisotop yang ideal untuk diagnosis. 99mTc dapat dihasilkan salah satunya dari generator 99Mo/99mTc. Prototipe generator 99Mo/99mTc dibuat dengan menggunakan Molibdenum-98 (98Mo) alam hasil iradiasi neutron, yang dilengkapi dengan kolom berisi material berbasis zirkonium (MBZ) dan kolom alumina. Penentuan performa prototipe generator dilakukan dengan menentukan yield 99mTc, kualitas larutan natrium pertehnetat (Na99mTcO4) yang dihasilkan, dan laju dosis pada permukaan prototipe generator. Yield 99mTc dari prototipe generator yaitu 76,95 ± 7,7%. Prototipe generator menghasilkan radioisotop 99mTc (Na99mTcO4) dengan karakterisitik yang memenuhi persyaratan US Pharmacopoeia, yaitu larutan jernih, memiliki pH 6 ± 0,6, kemurnian radionuklida (lolosan 99Mo) sebesar 0,022 μCi/mCi 99mTc, kemurnian radiokimia 99mTcO4- sebesar 99,85 ± 0,05%, kemurnian kimia (lolosan alumina) < 5 μg/mL, dan laju dosis permukaan prototipe sebesar 1,18 mSv/jam. Dengan demikian prototipe generator 99Mo/99mTc ini sudah menunjukkan performa yang baik dalam menghasilkan radioisotop 99mTc untuk keperluan medis dan memiliki laju dosis yang aman, namun perlu ditingkatkan kembali yieldnya.

Abstract

PEMISAHAN FRAKSI OSMIUM DAN IRIDIUM DALAM MATRIKS OSMIUM ALAM PASCA IRADIASI DENGAN TEKNIK EKSTRAKSI PELARUT. Generator Osmium – Iridium ada dua macam, yaitu generator radioisotop 191Os – 191mIr dan 194Os – 194Ir. Radioisotop 191mIr dan 194Ir digunakan di bidang kesehatan, terutama untuk diagnosis fungsi ginjal dengan metoda Angiografi. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemisahan 191Os dari 192Ir melalui tahapan tahapan penelitian; penyiapan target Osmium alam, iradiasi target, perlakuan target teriradiasi, yang meliputi pengangkutan target teriradiasi ke fasilitas hot cell, pembukaan tabung dan pelarutan, serta proses pemisahan Osmium teriradiasi dengan ekstraksi pelarut menggunakan CCl4. Analisis radionuklida 191Os dan 192Ir menggunakan spektrometer gama. Dari hasil percobaan ini diperoleh radionuklida 191Os dan 192Ir dalam Osmium alam teriradiasi masing-masing sebesar 87,88 µCi dan 20,01 µCi saat pemisahan. Radionuklida 191Os dapat dipisahkan dari pengotor radionuklida 192Ir dengan radioaktivitas total 14,83 µCi dengan efisiensi pemisahan sebesar 16,88% pada akhir pemisahan. Hal ini menunjukkan kemungkinan dapat dipreparasi radionuklida 191Os atau 194Os untuk bahan generator 191Os/191mIr dan 194Os/194Ir. Kata Kunci : Osmium-191, Iridium-192, Ekstraksi, Generator 191Os/191mIr atau 194Os/194Ir THE SEPARATION OF FRACTION OF OSMIUM AND IRIDIUM IN OSMIUM MATRIX IRRADIATED WITH THE EXTRACTION LIQUID TECHNIQUE. Generator Osmium - Iridium there is 2 kinds of, that is radioisotope generator 191Os/191mIr dan 194Os/194Ir. Radioisotope 191mIr and 194Ir used in health area, especially to be diagnosed to a kidney function with the Angiography method. In this development conducted separation 191Os from 192Ir through research step; experienced Osmium target preparation, target irradiation, treatment of target irradiated, covering the transportation of target irradiated to facility of hot cell, opening save and dissolution, and also separation process of Osmium irradiated by solvent extraction use the CCL4. Analysis the radionuclide of 191Os and 192Ir use the gamma spectrometer. From this attempt result is obtained 191Os and 192Ir in Osmium irradiated each of 87,88 µCi and 20,01 µCi of dissolution moment. Radionuclide 191Os is detachable from 192Ir radionuclide impurities with the total radioactivity 14,83 µCi with the dissolution efficiency of equal to 16,88% by the end of dissolution. This matter show the possibility earn the preparation radionuclide 191Os atau 194Os for the substance of generator 191Os/191mIr or 194Os/194Ir. Abstract

ABSTRAK SINTESIS  DAN KARAKTERISASI PENYERAP MOLlBDENUM BERKAPASITAS TIN GG I  UNT UK  GENERATO R 99Mo/99mT c. Pada  pem buatan generator radioisotope  99Mo/99mTc menggunakan hasil iradiasi neutron terhadap molibdenum alam diperlukan penyerap dengan kapasitas serap tinggi. Penyerap berbasis zirkonium telah berhasil disintesis dengan mereaksikan zirkonium klorida, isopropanol dan air di dalam pelarut tetrahidrofuran. Hasil uji serap menunjukkan bahwa penyerap tersebut  memiliki kapasitas serap yang tinggi sekitar 180 mg Mo/g. Penyerap dengan kapasitas serap setinggi ini dapat diguna kan untuk. pem buatan generator 99Mo/ 99mTc mengguna kan 99 Mo hasil Iradiasi. neutron terhadap Mo alam. Namun, butiran penyerap tersebut mudah pecah pada saat proses penyerapan. Hasil pemeriksaan menggunakan mikroskop elektron SEM menunjukkan bahwa pada permukaan butiran penyerap terlihat banyak retakan. Kondisi permukaan ini berbeda dengan penyerap po/yzyrconium/ compound (PZC) yang menunjukkan sedikit retakan di pennukaannya. Hasil Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) menunjukkan bahwa penyerap hasil sintesis tersusun dari unsur zirkonium, oksigen dan klor, mendekati komposisi unsur dari PZc. Kata –kunci : penyerap, mohbdenum, generator 99Mo /99mTc. ABSTRACT SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF HIGH CAPACITY MOLYBDENUM ADSORBENT FOR 99Mo/99mTc GENERATOR. Adsorbent with high adsorption capacity of 99Mo is required for preparation of 99Mo/99mTc  radioisotope generator using irradiated natural molybdenum.  A zirconium-based adsorbent has been synthesized by reacting zirconium chloride, isopropanol and water tetrahydrofuran. Adsorption test results showed that the adsorbent had a high adsorption capacity of about 180 mg Mo/g. The high adsorption capacity make the adsorbent can be used for preparation of 99Mo/99mTc generator using irradiated natural Mo. However, the adsorbent was easiIy broken during the adsorption process. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) image showed that there were many fractures in the surface of the adsorbent. The surface was different with polyzirconiull1 compound (PZC) which showed less fractures. Energy Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (EDS) results showed that the adsorbent was composed of zirconium, oxygen and chlorine, almost the same as the elemental composition of Pzc. Abstract

UJI PRODUKSI Mo-99 HASIL FISI DENGAN BAHAN SASARAN FOIL LEU BUATAN P2TBDU-BATAN. Selama ini telah dilaksanakan beberapa kali produksi Mo-99 dengan menggunakan bahan sasaran foil LEU buatan Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). Dalam produksi Mo-99 dengan proses Cintichem yang dimodifikasibahan sasaran foil LEU sangat menentukan. Telah dilakukan uji produksi Mo-99 hasil fisi dengan bahan sasaran foil LEU (LEU, < 20% U-235) buatan P2TBDU-BATAN dengan proses Cintichem yang dimodifikasi, meliputi pelarutan foil LEU menggunakan HNO3 9,5N, penarikan gas iodium, proses pemisahan dengan pengendapan α-Benzoin Oxime dan pemurnian Mo-99 melalui kolom kromatografi. Foil LEU larut dengan sempurna selama 30 menit dan penarikan gas iodium dilakukan dengan pendinginan nitrogen cair. Setelah melalui tahap pemisahan (pengendapan) dan pemurnian kolom I dan kolom II radionuklida pengotor masih besar dan aktivitas pengotor pemancar α melebihi persyaratan standard internasional yang ditetapkan yaitu sebesar 7.716E-7 µCi/mCi Mo-99. Kata kunci: produksi Mo-99 HF, Sasaran Foil LEU P2TBDU PRODUCTION TEST OF Mo-99 FISSION PRODUCT USING LEU TARGET FOIL MADE IN P2TBDU – BATAN. Production of Mo-99 fission product using LEU target foil of Argonne National Laboratory (ANL) has been performed several times recently in BATAN. In the production of Mo-99 using modified Cinthichem method, the LEU target foil was very critical. This paper reported production test on Mo-99 fission product using LEU target foil ( LEU < 20% U-235) made by P2TBDU – BATAN using modified Cintichem method. The process included dissolving of LEU foil with 9.5 N HNO3, suctioning of iodine gas, separation process using precipitation with α–benzoin oxime, and purification by column chromatography. The LEU foil was completely dissolved after 30 minutes and gas suction was performed by cooling with liquid nitrogen. After separation and two purification steps, the radionuclide impurities were remained high and activity of αimpurities exceeded international standard requirements, i.e. 7.716E-7 µCi/mCi Mo-99. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Kondisi tingkat pendidikan masyarakat di Desa Pecakaran, (2) Partisipasi penduduk dalam upaya pelestarian tanaman mangrove, (3) Hubungan tingkat pendidikan dengan partisipasi penduduk dalam upaya pelestarian tanaman mangrove.Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Desa Pecakaran yang berjumlah 1014 orang. Sampel yang digunakan sebesar 10% maka diperoleh 104 responden yang dipilih dengan metode stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian tingkat pendidikan responden tergolong “rendah” dengan rerata pendidikan dasar 62,5% dilandasi dengan sebagian besar masyarakat dengan tingkat pendidikan lulus SD dan lulusan SMP dan partisipasi masyarakat tergolong “sangat rendah” yaitu dengan skor 88% terutama pada sub variabel memelihara tanaman mangrove dari kerusakan kurangnya peran partisipasi masyarakat. Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dengan partisipasi penduduk dalam upaya pelestarian tanaman mangrove ini ditandai hasil perhitungan tabel r product moment dengan taraf kesalahan ditetapkan 5% (taraf kepercayaan 95%) dan N=104, maka harga r tabel=0,195. Harga r hitung lebih besar dari r tabel sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.Kesimpulannya ada hubungan positif dan nilai koefisien antara tingkat pendidikan dan partisipasi penduduk dalam upay pelestarian tanaman mangrove. The study population was the village community Pecakaran totaling 1014 people. The sample used by 10% of the obtained 104 respondents selected by stratified random sampling method. Results of research education level of respondents classified as "low" with the average of 62.5% of basic education based on the majority of people with education level graduating from elementary school and junior high school graduates and community participation classified as "very low" at the score of 88%, primarily in sub-variables preserve mangroves lack of damage to the role of community participation. There is a relationship between level of education and participation of the population in the preservation of mangroves is marked on the calculation table r product moment with the specified error level of 5% (95% confidence level) and N = 104, then the price table r = 0.195. Prices r count larger than r table so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Abstract

Research purpose: 1) To know the level of farmer’s knowledge about peatlands conservation, 2) To know the level farmer’s participation in preventing peatlands fire, 3) To know the relation between the knowledge about peatlands conservation and the level of farmer participation in preventing peatlands fire. Population: 364 of farmers. 10% sample or 38 farmers who taken by proportionate area random sampling. The techniques in collecting data are test, questionnaire, observation and documentation. Descriptive analysis technique and product moment correlation are used in analysis the data. The result of the research are the level peatlands conservation knowledge and the level of farmer participation in peatlands fire prevention are included in medium category. The relation between the level of peatlands conservation knowledge and the level of farmer participation in peatland fire prevention is strong, where, r hitung 0,7802 &gt; r table 0,468. Its means that the higher the knowledge of peatland conservation the higher the level of farmer participation in fire prevention.
