Abstract

CDM atau Cash Deposit Machine adalah sebuah perangkat keras yang disediakan oleh bank untuk digunakan oleh nasabah sebagai wahana atau stasiun penyetoran uang tunai. Sistem pencatatan Cash Deposit Machine yang terjadi selama ini, dilakukan dan dimaintain oleh pihak cabang, sehingga monitoring terhadap pencatatan tersebut menjadi lebih sulit dan membutuhkan sdm yang lebih banyak. Dilihat dari latar belakang dan permasalahan diatas, maka perlu dibuat sentralisasi Kas CDM agar mempermudah pencatatan dan penggunaan transaksi yang masuk melalui Cash Deposit Machine. Selain itu diharapkan sistem sentralisasi Kas CDM ini dapat memperkecil effort yang dikeluarkan oleh Bagian Operasional dalam mendukung operasional Cash Deposit Machine. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi referensi dan perancangan untuk mempelajari informasi yang didapat dari berbagai sumber serta menjadikannya dasar dalam pengembangan aplikasi. Dengan adanya inisiatif dan aplikasi yang dapat melakukan sentralisasi Kas CDM ini dapat memberikan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam melakukan pengelolaan Cash Deposit Machine.

Abstract

Sampai sekarang ini masalah asap rokok pada tempat umum masih menjadi persoalan di kalangan masayarakat.Yang menyebabkan orang disekitarnya menjadi perokok pasif. Merokok selain merusak diri sendiri juga dapat membahayakan orang lain yang ikut menghirup asapnya. Kawasan bebas asap rokok di suatu kota masih sangat minimum terlebih dengan sangat minimnya hukuman bagi pelanggar. Tujuan utama dalam perancangan suatu system pendeteksi asap rokok dalam suatu ruangan (miniroom) adalah memberikan kenyamanan bagi orang dalam suatu ruangan tertentu dari bahaya asap rokok yang meresahkan terutama bagi anak – anak dan ibu hamil. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka pada tugas akhir ini telah di rancang alat pendeteksi asap menggunakan sensor MQ-2. LCD untuk menampilkan tulisan adanya asap rokok yang terdeteksi. Dengan demikian ,alat ini telah dapat mendeteksi asap rokok dengan resistansi minimum 300 ppm dan persentasi keakurasian sebesar 80% selain itu juga dilengkapi dengan penetralisir udara sehingga memberikan rasa nyaman didalam ruangan ,dan memberikan rasa aman untuk setiap orang yang tidak merokok dan orang yang berada di sekitar ruangan tersebut.

Abstract

The presence of computer technology is currently growing rapidly, rapidly and complexly, making the need for human information increase, especially in education so that the education sector must be able to keep up with technological developments, especially computer technology. In the field of education, an information system on academic development in early childhood is a major need for relevant managers to assist the process of managing children's academic development data so as to produce useful and accurate information. Based on the results of interviews, SPS Al-Fauzan currently does not have an academic development information system, and is unable to record, process, search, store and present data on children's educational development and reports (transcripts) of children's learning development results which are still done manually. This study aims to create an academic development information system in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) that can facilitate operators, teachers and parents in inputting administrative data and reports (transcripts) of children's learning development results. In designing this system using a waterfall and web-based model that can shorten the process and time required by using PHP as a programming language and Mysql as a database and using the CodeIgniter Framework. This system can provide information such as school year data, academic activities, teachers, students, classes and announcements. In addition, the resulting data can be more accurate and can avoid errors.

Abstract

Hotel Patra Comfort Jakarta is a company engaged in the hospitality sector. Hotel Patra Comfort Jakarta has problems, namely monthly inventory still uses Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel as documentation and employees do not know inventory information, which is only centered on one particular computer device in knowing inventory information in the hotel. This study aims to build a website-based hotel inventory information system at the Patra Comfort Hotel, Jakarta. The research method used is the method of collecting observation data, and interviews. The system development method used is Waterfall and the system design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). Database analysis and design tools use Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and are transformed into Logical Record Structure (LRS), programming language using PHP and database using MySQL. The test method uses Blackbox testing. The result of this research is to produce a website-based hotel inventory information system in order to help Patra Comfort Hotel Jakarta in managing the data of goods in the hotel.

Abstract

Public Elementary School Paku Jaya 2 is an educational facility that facilitates the library. Located in Jl.Patal III Kp. Pondok serut No. 6 RT.09/RW.03, Paku Jaya Kec. Serpong Utara. Public Elementary School Paku Jaya 2 still using the conventional way of operation, starting from recording borrowing books to recapitulation of monthly reports. This sometimes leads to inaccuracies and ineffectiveness in recording. Public Elementary School Paku Jaya 2 this has the potential to be able to continue to develop its library. For this reason, this research aims to build a web-based digital library information system on to Public Elementary School Paku Jaya 2 in order to help students and teachers in finding information. In addition, the use of this digital library system is expected to increase the interest in reading and insight of students Public Elementary School Paku Jaya 2 to be good. The research method used is the method of data collection, Observations and interviews. System development methods used are prototype and UML (Unified Modeling Language). Tools Analysis and database design using Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) and transformed to Logical Record Structure (LRS), Programming languages using PHP as well as databases using MYSQL. Testing methods using Blackbox testing. The result of this study was to produce a web-based digital library information system in order to help students and teachers in finding information. Like textbooks, folk tales and fairy tales.

Abstract

Swadharma Institute of Technology and Business is one of the universities where parking system management is still carried out manually. Where every driver, whether students, lecturers and campus employees who want to enter and leave, is only carried out an inspection without a record. So that the entry and exit of two or four-wheeled vehicles is not recorded and controlled so that it is very possible for the crime of motor vehicle theft to occur. Based on the observations of the author trying to create an application that aims to regulate traffic entering and exiting vehicles in the parking area and facilitating parking data collection. This application uses the Waterfall method using the Laravel framework and the database used is MySql because the security system is more secure.

Abstract

The rapid progress in the field of information technology has had a major impact on various aspects of human life. The most obvious influence is seen in the fundamental changes to the way people conduct transactions, especially in the business world. How to design a web-based certification information system that can simplify, speed up and increase control over the certification process. This research method uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and the system design and development method used in this research is the prototype method. In the implementation of this certification system, the PHP programming language is used, with the CodeIgniter framework and the database used is MySQL. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that this system is used to handle the certification process at the Lembaga Sertifikasi INKINDO, this system can also generate reports on the progress of certification.
