Abstract

Prayer is the main obligation for Muslims, in carrying it out sometimes many people feel heavy without the exception of students in educational institutions. Along with the problem, strong cooperation between various parties is needed in fostering an avid generation of worship. This research will illustrate the cooperation between Islamic religious education teachers and parents of students in improving the prayer of students. To get the intended purpose, this research was designed in the form of qualitative research, while the place of research was conducted in Junior High School 2 Talamau West Pasaman Regency, the source of this research is teachers, parents and some students who are selected purposively. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview and study documentation. Based on the results of the study it is known that the cooperation between teachers and parents of students in conducting supervision to improve student worship is still running less smoothly, the reality is becoming clearer when the discovery of students who have not filled out prayer control documents issued by the school. However, according to the concept of cooperation that should be built between schools and parents has been successfully implemented in SMP Negeri 2 Talamau Pasaman Barat.

Abstract

Mathematics is learning that uses many numbers, so that many students do not like mathematics. Other research also states that students find it difficult to learn mathematics. The purpose of this is to compare and relate the skills of elementary school students and Islamic school students to the material. This study uses quantitative methods with associative and comparative types. The population in this study were 36 students in each school. The research instrument for students' process skills between SD (Elementary School) and MI (Madrasah Ibtidaiyah) on mathematics lessons. This study tested the statistics after performing statistical tests and assumption tests in normality tests, homogeneity tests, and linearity tests. The study results are that the data of SD and MI students are said to be expected, and the data are homogeneous, and there is a linear relationship between SD and MI students. There is a process of student skills between students in SD (Elementary School) and MI (Masrasah Ibtidaiyah) in learning mathematics. The correlation test results for each school shows that student responses affect students' learning process skills.

Abstract

The quality of education in every educational institution cannot be separated from the committee, therefore, this study aims to describe the role of the committee at MTs Negeri 2 Pasaman in improving the quality of Islamic education. This study was carried out with a qualitative approach through ex-post-facto because the data analyzed were events in the past, namely in 2018-2020. Based on the results, the madrasa committee has a role in providing ideas for additional sources of funds, supporting the fulfillment of infrastructure, as well as being a facilitator and mediator to various external parties, so that the fulfillment of madrasa needs can be realized. The role of the committee can help the principal so that the quality of education can be improved.

Abstract

The use of gadgets today is no longer in adults, but all age levels have become accustomed to using this device. This reality has an impact on its users. Therefore, this study is intended to uncover the impact of gadget use on early childhood morals. Research is carried out with a qualitative approach. The results of the research obtained are: first, the use of gadgets in early childhood at TK Islam Bakti 53 Tanjung Harapan Dharmasraya Toy Island which consists of class A group 6 children and class B group 18 children, namely the duration of use of early childhood gadgets, namely 1 to 4 hours / day. with content that is often accessed, including youtube, tiktok, mobile lagend, freefire, toca kichen, etc.Second, the use of gadgets in early childhood has a negative impact, namely in the form of low achievement of indicators of the development of early childhood religious values as stated in Permendikbud No. 146 of 2014, especially in the 5th indicator, namely carrying out worship. Third, the use of gadgets in early childhood also has a negative impact on the development of early childhood immorality, namely in the form of low achievement of indicators of early childhood moral development as stated in PP No. 58 of 2009, especially on indicators of accustomed to mutual respect and indicators of doing useful deeds.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the impact of using visual and audiovisual media on student learning outcomes. This research took place at the State Elementary School 10 Ulakan Tapakis, Padang Pariaman, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This type of research is qualitative by using data collection instruments such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed and grouped according to its designation starting from data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that student learning outcomes tend to increase compared to previous years' learning outcomes. This can be interpreted that the achievement of these results is quite significantly increased because it is driven by the growth of focus and motivation of students to learn because it is mediated by visual and audiovisual media in an interesting way.
