Abstract

The big number of as well as the increase in Indonesian population offers challenges in supplying foods in terms of quantity, variety, and quality. This situation requires increasingly attention because at present the country is still importing rice, maize, and soybean in a significant amount. In Indonesia, efforts to increase food production highly depend on supplying nutrients of crops, among of them is potassium (K). Potassium is essentially required in a high amount by crops to grow normally and to produce yield optimally. Potassium is one of the determining factor in obtaining quantity and quality of agricultural products due to the important roles in: (1) photosynthetic process and translocation of its     products; (2) protein syntheses; and (3) increasing crop tolerance to biotic (pests/diseases) and abiotic (drought and Fe toxicity) stresses, as well as determining physical and chemical properties of agricultural products. Therefore, K in the soil and fertilizers, and agricultural resources should be managed properly through several ways, i.e.: (1) preparing map of soil K status as a guidance in implementing specific recommendation of K fertilizer application; (2) using agricultural by-products containing K such as rice straw, maize and soybean stove, and animal manure; (3) decreasing  erosion and K leaching, and (4) optimizing aeration and water holding capacity of soil.

Abstract

Asian nations will face MEA (Masyarakat Ekonomi ASEAN) in the 21st century. Every nation must prepare itself. The most important will be prepared is human resource. However, it will find problems, if the nations do not prepare themselves well. That problem is if they do not change human resource, they will be customer in their country. As education place, private institutes have way to solve the problems. They must give the students with knowledge about entrepreneurship. So, needed the curriculum based on entrepreneurship. This study discusses about developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource. The design of this study is a qualitative research. The collecting data was done by applying observation and interview method. In observation method, the researcher observed about how the implementation of curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource is. In interview method, the researcher asked about developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource. The researcher also used the documentation method to get more information. To answer the research problem, the researcher used descriptive analysis to explain data analysis. The result from the developing curriculum based on entrepreneurship to prepare human resource is the students have generic life skill from that curriculum and the students have religion value in entrepreneurship. The implementation of curriculum based on entrepreneurship can connect affective, cognitive and psychomotoric  skill so the students will be entrepreneur and they can develop their soft skill and hard skill. It will reduce the unemployment in Indonesia. Keywords: Curriculum based on entrepreneurship, human resources.

Abstract

Although the educational program had been ongoing process since 68 years ago in Indonesia, but this state did not has provided qualified human resources. Since 32 years ago of the New Order Government authority, educational sector development has never been placed as a prime priority of development. The effect of Indonesian educational quality is being worse until now than the other countries in Southeast Asia likes Malaysia, Philippine, Singapore, and Thailand. Indonesia is being affected by dimensional multi crises since eighteen years ago and until now. It is still degraded by its past time which avoided educational development. Moreover, the other states which effected by the same problem like Indonesia could reform by paying attention greater toward educational development sector. They could reform faster and being better states because they have qualified human resources. By this broad based education system and high based education system, we hope the quality of Nahdliyin  human resources will be better and qualified in the next future. Keywords: Human Resources Quality, Broad Based Education, High Broad education, Nahdliyin.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pendidikan di Indonesia belum menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang bermutu dan berdaya saing tinggi. Pendidikan belum berhasil menciptakan manusia Indonesia yang cerdas secara spiritual, emosional, sosial, intelektual, dan kinestetik. Padahal kecerdasan merupakan sumber daya vital bagi suatu bangsa.  Dari persoalan di atas, maka penulis tertarik untuk meneliti tentang manajemen mutu layanan Konseling sebagai upaya untuk mengaplikasikan konsep manajemen mutu layanan sehingga madrasah mampu meningkatkan mutu layanan bimbingan konseling di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Kota Metro pada tahun 2015. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen mutu layanan konseling meliputi, (i) melakukan pendataan melalui tes dan non tes, (ii) melakukan layanan informasi, layanan  kelompok dan individu, layanan belajar, layanan konsultasi, layanan konferensi dan layanan kerja dan layanan home visit, (iii) melakukan pemecahan masalah peserta didik yang terkait dengan pemecahan masalah pendidikan, dan (iv) melakukan bimbingan pendidikan.  Kata kunci:  layanan konseling, kecerdasan  spiritual, emosional, sosial, dan kinestetik

Abstract

The last curriculum change was in 2006 known as the School-based Curriculum (SBC). The implementation of SBC is not optimal due to various factors, including the teachers’s competence and facilities and also infrastructure are still limited , and the scoring system is still weak. Substitution successive curriculum has not been able to improve the quality of education national. The essential change in the implementation of curriculum 2013 are: learning approach using sciencetific approach, (observing, asking, trying, reasoning and making networking ). The structure of the curriculum starts from the analysis of graduate competency standards (SKL), then determine the core competencies (KI.1 , KI 2 , 3 and KI KI 4), KI 1, containing the competencies of (religious) to the sublime monotheism creator, KI 2, contains competencies about the relationship of humanity (human relationship), KI 3, contains competencies of Science (knowledge), KI 4 contains the competencies skills (skills), the implementation of learning academic subjects evolved into an integrated and thematic integrated curriculum especially in elementary school. Initially, assessment based on results in Curriculum 2013 put forward a process than the result through portofolio with authentic assessment in which the affective, cognitive and psychomotor assessed simultaneously.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was aimed to (1) determine the influence of guided inquiry strategy against high-level thinking skills of students and (2) determine the influence of learning styles diverging, assimilating, accommodating, and converging towards a high level thinking skills of students. This research is a quasy experiment. Before starting learning, students were given learning style questionnaires by David Kolb. Students' high level thinking skill was measured through using validated HOTS instruments in the form of 20 multiple choice questions and 5 description questions including analytical skills (C4), evaluation (C5) and synthesis (C6). The results of this research showed that: (1) there was the influence of guided inquiry strategy on high-level thinking skills of students, (2) there was no effect of assimilating, accommodating, diverging and converging learning style towards a high level thinking skills of students, and (3) the students with diverging and assimilating learning styles have a positive response toward guided inquiry learning strategies, while students with accommodating learning styles had a positive response to verification learning.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui adanya pengaruh strategi inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa dan (2) mengetahui adanya pengaruh gaya belajar diverging, assimilating, accommodating, dan converging terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Sebelum memulai pembelajaran, siswa diberikan angket gaya belajar yang dikembangkan oleh David Kolb. Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa diukur menggunakan instrumen HOTS tervalidasi yang berupa soal 20 pilihan ganda dan 5 soal uraian mencakup kemampuan analisis (C4), evaluasi (C5) dan sintesis (C6). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh strategi Inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, (2) tidak ada pengaruh gaya belajar assimilating, accommodating, diverging, dan converging terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa, dan (3) siswa dengan gaya belajar diverging dan assimilating memiliki respon positif terhadap strategi pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing, sedangkan siswa dengan gaya belajar accommodating memiliki respon positif terhadap pembelajaran verifikasi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the use of the cooperative learning model of type of power of two is expected to be able to increase and provide a significant influence on understanding the mathematical concepts. The type of research conducted is quantitative research with a quasi-experimental method. The experimental design in the research carried out was the pattern of Only-posttest control group design. The results of the study data analysis obtained Ttable value taken at a significant level of 5% (0.05) with df = 75 obtained t_table = 1.9921 and t_count = 2.5889. The decision column is made based on the provisions of the t test, that is if t (count) ≥ t(table) (2.5889 ≥ 1.9921) stated that Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of the use of the Cooperative Learning Model Type The Power of Two to understand the mathematical concepts of students in SMP PGRI 6 Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

Akses teknologi telekomunikasi menjadi salah satu kebutuhan penting bagi manusia untuk bisa bersosialisasi dengan keluarga, teman dekat, ataupun relasi bisnis. Pulau Sambar Gelap salah satu daerah wisata yang potensial namun belum terjangkau akses teknologi komunikasi karena terbatasnya pasokan listrik... Saat ini berkembang teknologi telekomunikasi yang mengarah pada teknologi berbasis internet, yaitu jaringan komunikasi VoIP Server Portable menggunakan Raspberry Pi. Teknologi komunikasi ini memanfaatkan infrastruktur internet layaknya menggunakan telepon yang secara umum dan lebih murah sedangkan pasokan listrik yang digunakan adalah baterai accu. Implementasi dalam prosedur operasi pada jaringan VoIP sistem telah dilakukan sesuai langkah-langkah pengujian sistem dan dilakukan beberapa pengujian sehingga sistem dapat berjalan dengan normal. Beberapa setting dapat dilakukan mulai dari low, medium, high dan hasil suaranya berdasarkan setting tersebut

Abstract

Sistem informasi geografis atau singkatnya SIG merupakan suatu sistem yang berbasis komputer dan mampu menghasilkan informasi angka maupun peta aktual. SIG memiliki kemampuan memvisualisasikan suatu informasi yang berguna untuk merencanakan, mengelola serta memantau perkembangan suatu pekerjaan geografis. SIG juga digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menyimpan, menggabungkan, mengatur, mentransformasi, memanipulasi dan menganalisis data – data yang erat kaitannya dengan bidang spasial dan geo-informasi. Salah satu perangkat lunak yang banyak digunakan adalah MapInfo Professional yang mempunyai karakteristik yang menarik, mudah digunakan, User Friendly dan memiliki tampilan yang interaktif. MapInfo Professional telah terbukti menjadi tool yang powerfull dalam sistem informasi geografis. Dengan teknologi Program Sistem Informasi Geografis Sebagai Pendukung Penataan Ruang Terbuka Hijau Kawasan Perkotaan (RTHKP) Kota Banjarmasin, bisa memberikan informasi lahan-lahan mana saja yang sesuai untuk RTHKP secara cepat, tepat dan sesuai dengan keadaan sesungguhnya dan juga sebagai sarana bantu dalam mengambil suatu keputusan dalam perencanaan dan penataan RTHKP kota Banjarmasin.
