Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the Indonesian language learning in class XI IPA Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karanganyar, especially related to: (1) Quality of learning of Indonesian in terms of school environment, (2) the quality of learning inputs, namely student motivation, teacher competence, learning programs, and infrastructure, (3) the quality of the learning process, namely: teacher’s roles in the classroom, students’roles and learning activities and learning environmnet, and (4) the students’ learning outcome. The type of research is evaluation model using a quanlitative and quantitative approaches. Evaluation model used is the model CIPP (context, input, process, product). Data collection is carried out through questionnaires, interviews, observation and documenta tion. The data analysis technique used is the evaluative analysis conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results showed as follows: (1) Learning environment is conducive for learning process (stated by 96.4% of students); (2) students’motivation in learning is good (stated by 96.7% of students) although teachers lack in classroom management skills; (3) The teachers role and activities are good (stated by 84.9% of students); students’ activities in classroom are goog (stated by 90.6% of students); (4) school environment is condusive for learning (stated by 95.6 % of students); and (5) the academic achievement of students is good (meased through the average score of the second semester of academic year 2012/201).

Abstract

This research was conducted on Diesel engine single cylinder which aims to study the dynamic characteristics of Diesel engine type HATZ 1D 80 made in Germany. The test was performed by measuring the Frequency Response Function (FRF). In this study, the vibration response was measured at three points: point A which was situated below the engine shaft and in line with the stinger. Point A indicated the FRF point. Point B was located in the valve train component, while point C was situated above the cap of the valve train component. The range of frequencies applied was 0 - 3200 Hz, 3200 - 6400 Hz, 6400 - 9600 Hz, and 9600 - 11200 Hz. This research indicates that the natural frequencies arose because of the global vibration mode. The global vibration mode occurred at natural frequencies of 3118, 4805, 4821, 5021, 7129, 8601, and 11107 Hz. While other natural frequencies were associated with the local vibration mode because it appears only at one point of measurement.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out how far the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) strategy is built in hospitals in the city of Tegal so that it can improve patient satisfaction. This study uses a questionnaire distribution method with a sample of 120 hospital patients in the city of Tegal as respondents. Respondents' answers to closed questions about the variables examined in this study were then analyzed using Multiple Regression Tests with IBM SPSS Statistics 22 analysis. The results of this study indicate variebel tangibles and emphaty which have a positive and significant effect on increasing patient satisfaction with successive regression values according to 0.340 and 0.559. For that reason, it has become a necessity for the hospital to further increase the tangible and empathetic of its patients in order to increase patient satisfaction. In the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) application, it shows that most of the requirements of patients (consumers) get value is very important and only a few who get important ratings, among others; rapid patient handling, the availability of sophisticated and modern hospital equipment technology; employees, nurses and doctors who are experts competent in their fields and friendly in serving patients, and others. Keywords : Quality Function Deployment, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphathy.. Abstraksi:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana strategi Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dibangun di rumah sakit di kota Tegal sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode distribusi kuesioner dengan sampel 120 pasien rumah sakit di kota Tegal sebagai responden. Responden terhadap pertanyaan tertutup tentang variabel dianalisis menggunakan Uji Regresi Berganda dengan analisis IBM SPSS Statistics 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan variableness dan empati yang memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan kepuasan pasien dengan nilai regresi berturut-turut sesuai 0,340 dan 0,559. Oleh karena itu, menjadi lebih penting bagi pasien untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pasien. Dalam aplikasi Quality Function Deployment (QFD), itu menunjukkan kondisi yang paling penting bagi pasien (konsumen), antara lain; penanganan pasien yang cepat, ketersediaan teknologi peralatan rumah sakit yang canggih dan modern; karyawan, perawat dan dokter yang ahli dalam bidangnya dan ramah dalam melayani pasien, dan lainnya.Kata kunci : Quality Function Deployment, tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance dan emphathy.

Abstract

Bearing acts as a pad that supports a shaft to rotate without excessive friction, hold the radial load and maintain the motion towards the left and right shafts (Thrust Load) when turning together. Due to frequent taper bearing damage to the wheels, predictive maintenance is therefore necessary. One of the predictive maintenance methods widely used today is vibration analysis. The principles of vibration-based bearing damage detection using the Frequency Response Function (FRF) method will be shown in this paper. Harmonics signal is given to the bearing surface in a vertical or perpendicular direction to the taper bearing surface. The vibration response measurement was carried out on three axes (x, y, and z). The results of this study indicated the ability of FRFs to predict any damage on the bearing taper.

Abstract

A motorized vehicle needs a system that can not only reduce the speed and stop the vehicle but can also serve as a safety tool and ensure a safe distribution which is called a braking system. It is important to conduct maintenance of a disc brake that is part of the braking system. Therefore, this study developed a technique to inspect a 1200-cc Daihatsu Sigra disc brake through the vibration measurement using a bump test. A disc brake is comprised of three fields:  A (located next to the center of the disc brake), B ( in the middle diameter), and C ( in the outer diameter of the disc brake). Each field has ten measurement points. This study showed that disc brake damages occurring in field A were at points 1-3, and they appeared after the  250-Hz frequency. Meanwhile, in fields B and C, at all measurement points, there were no changes taking place at any frequency.

Abstract

The air compressor engine is becoming a requirement for both large and small industries production machines instead of the drive system of the driven motor becomes pneumatic. In a pneumatic drive system requires certain air pressures are adjusted to the needs of the industry. Compressor engine which widely used is a screw compressor. On the screw compressor, male and female rotors in the air producer are part of the very important because as the primary producer of compressed air from the motor rotation, then the maintenance must be considered regularly, especially vibrations resulting. The study was conducted to test the amount of vibration that occurs on the screw compressor rotor from the rotor rotation variations using vibration measuring devices FFT analyzer. Measurements are made by attaching the accelerometer sensor to the x, y, and z-axis of the compressor screw rotor casing. Three variations rotors are 2557 rpm, 5042 rpm, and 7508 rpm to get a reference to the magnitude of rotation that is best used in the refrigeration machine is reviewed of the amount of vibration produced. From the results of testing and data collection, it can be concluded that vibration is measured using an FFT analyzer of vibration values the highest is at 7508 rpm which is 7.768 Hz and the lowest is at rotation 2557 rpm of 6,442 Hz. Characteristics of screw compressor vibrations in various rotation conditions can be unbalanced due to the emergence of amplitude at 1x rpm it also experiences a misalignment due to generating vibrations which are higher than usual 2x rpm.

Abstract

Instalasi perpipaan memiliki peranan yang penting diberbagai industri modern. Perencanaan yang baik sangat penting dalam mendesain sebuah instalasi perpipaan. Salah satu jenis pipa yang paling sering digunakan adalah pipa carbon steel yang memiliki ketahanan dan kekuatan yang baik. Namun disamping kekuatan pipa carbon steel yang baik, tingkat kekerasan pipa jenis ini juga tinggi sehingga cenderung tidak lentur yang mana akan menimbulkan getaran yang cukup kuat dalam pengaplikasiannya. Getaran yang timbul karena adanya fluida (dalam hal ini air) akan menimbulkan masalah  serius apabila tidak ditangani dengan benar. Kerusakan struktur pipa dan bangunan dapat terjadi akibat getaran pipa yang ditimbulkan. Untuk itu perlu sebuah perencanaan yang baik dalam membuat desain instalasi perpipaan. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi getaran yang terjadi pada pipa besi adalah dengan memasang support atau penyangga pada posisi yang benar dan jumlah yang tepat, selain itu debit fluida yang mengalir juga harus diperhitungkan untuk mengurangi getaran yang terjadi pada instalasi perpipaan. Pada eksperimen ini akan dilakukan pengujian menggunakan metode Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) terhadap sebuah instalasi pipa besi dengan variasi bukaan katup untuk mengatur debit air yang mengalir dan jumlah support yang menjadi penyangga pipa untuk mengatasi getaran yang terjadi.Piping installations have an essential role in various modern industries. Good planning is crucial in designing a piping installation. One of the most commonly used pipe types is carbon steel pipe which has good resistance and strength. In addition to the excellent strength, the hardness level is also high, where it tends to be stiff and causing vibrations in its application. The vibrations arising from the presence of fluids (in this case, water) will cause severe problems if not handled properly. Pipe vibration can damage pipe structures and buildings. That is why a good plan in piping installation design is needed. One way to reduce vibrations in metal pipes is to install supports in the correct position and the right amount.  The fluid flow must also be taken into account to minimize vibrations in piping installations. In this experiment, testing will be carried out using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) method on an iron pipe installation with various valve openings to regulate the water flow and the number of pipe support to minimize vibrations.

Abstract

Bearing is an essential component in a mechanical rotating equipment system. It is no less important than lubrication to prevent wear is very important to consider in the mechanical maintenance system of rotating equipment. Bearing wear is one of the problems in wind turbines that will increase maintenance costs, shorten the wind turbines' lifespan, and cause the component or overall damage to the wind turbine. The latest technology has provided instruments for analyzing the damage of elements in a bearing according to the caused vibrations. Therefore, this study was performed on Ball Bearing Turbine Propeller to identify the dynamic characteristics of Ball Bearing with and without lubrication. The test was carried out using the Bump Test method applied in three measured parts: X, Y, and Z axes. The measuring instrument which was used was Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) Analyzer (Ono Sokki) and the data were analyzed using MATLAB. It was identified that the application of oil could reduce the amplitude and decrease the frequency. Personal frequency appearing more than once indicates the existence of global vibration modes. The frequency which only appears once in the measurement spot indicates local vibration modes. The highest frequency both after and before the application of oil was found in the Y-axis.

Abstract

Pendanaan yang dilakukan pemerintah melalui dana desa menjadi salah satu bentuk kepercayaan pemerintah pusat untuk melakukan pembangunan skala lokal di tingkat perdesaan. Hal tersebut sangat positif dalam penentuan arah kebijakan di setiap desa masing-masing untuk melakukan pembangunan yang sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki desa. perencanaan yang akan dilakukan untuk menentukan program pembangunan menjadi keutamaan proses dalam pembangunan, karena perencanaan merupakan manajemen awal untuk melaksanakan suatu kegiatan, dan masyrarakat berperan penting di dalamnya untuk membuat dan sekaligus menguatkan program yang telah dibuat. Partisipasi masyarakat menjadi salah satu unsur utama dalam hal perencanaan sebagai penentu arah kebijakan, sehingga selanjutnya pembangunan akan berjalan sesuai dengan apa yang dicita citakan oleh pemerintahan desa itu sendiri
