Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak sertifikasi profesi dan sertifikasi kompentensi guru terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 55 guru akuntansi SMK yang tersebar di 13 SMK di Kabupaten Pekalongan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang guru akuntansi SMK yang telah memiliki sertifikasi profesi dan atau sertifikasi kompentensi. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket langsung yang dijawab oleh guru. Berdasarkan analisa deskriptif diperoleh hasil Sertifikasi profesi dan sertifikasi kompentensi berdampak positif terhadap kinerja guru akuntansi SMK, kinerja guru akuntansi yang bersertifikasi dalam kategori baik dan tinggi. Sertifikasi profesi dan sertifikasi kompentensi berdampak positif terhadap kinerja, guru yang memiliki sertifikasi profesi dan sertifikasi kompentensi (SPSK) memiliki kinerja dalam kompentensi profesional lebih baik dibandingkan guru yang hanya memiliki sertifikasi profesi (SP) dan guru yang hanya memiliki sertifikasi kompentensi (SK) saja.This study aims to determine the impact of professional certification and certification of competence of teachers on teacher performance accounting vocational school in Pekalongan. The study population was 55 accounting vocational teachers across 13 vocational schools in Pekalongan. The sample in this study were 32 teachers who already have a vocational accounting professional certification or certification of competence. Data were collected through questionnaires answered by the teacher directly. Based on descriptive analize get the result that the profession certification and compentence certification have positive impact to accounting teacher of vocational high school performance. Those can be proved with research result that show accounting teacher of vocational high school performance in high category. The profession certification and compentence certification have positive impact to accounting teacher of vocational high school performance in pedagogic compentency.The profession certification and compentence certification have positive impact to accounting teacher of vocational high school performance in teacher professional competency that shown in high category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian, diantaranya menguraikan bagaimana pelaksanaan standar proses, menganalisis seberapa tingkat kesenjangannya dan merancang bagaimana solusi permasalahan terkait kesenjangan pelaksanan standar proses. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Aspek dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) perencanaan pembelajaran; (b) pelaksanaan pembelajaran; (c) penilaian hasil belajar; (d) pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulaan data, yang digunakan adalah metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam hal perencanaan pembelajaran diperoleh kriteria tidak senjang, artinya pada kegiatan perencanaan tidak banyak guru yang mengabaikan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Permendikbud No. 65 tahun 2013. Hasil analisis pelaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh kriteria cukup senjang, artinya standar proses yang ditetapkan belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pada kegiatan penilaian masih diperoleh hasil cukup senjang, artinya masih terdapat ketentuan yang belum diterapkan. Hasil analisis pada komponen pengawasan memberikan kesimpulan jika masih terdapat kepala sekolah yang tidak menjalankan fungsinya sebagai pengawas internal.Therefore, the aims of study are to investigate the implementation of the standard process, analyze the discrepancy rate and design the solution toward the issue of discrepancy. This research uses the quantitative descriptive approach. There are several aspects investigated; (a) lesson plan, (b) learning process, (c) evaluation of learning result, and (d) headmasters control. To collect the data, the methods of observation, interview, and documentation are used. The result is explained in form of criteria. It is no discrepancy for lesson plans, means that most of the lesson plans are in accord with the Basic Principles issued by Ministry of Education and Culture Number 65 in 2013. The learning process has a quite discrepancy rate, means the standard process is incompletely applied; so does the evaluation which ignores several principles to apply. It is also noted that some headmasters ignore their function as an internal supervisor. To sum up, the discrepancy issue needs further concrete solution.

Abstract

Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan ( R & D ) yang bertujuan : (1) Mendesain model pembelajaran Teaching Factory yang valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan vokasional Merencana dan Menginstalasi Sistem Audio. (2) Mengetahui tingkat kevalidan dan kelayakan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory, (3) mengetahui tingkat keefektifan model pembelajaran Teaching Factory. Penelitian dilakukan dengan empat tahapan yaitu analisis pendahuluan, mendesain model, validasi dan evaluasi serta hasil produk akhir dengan menggunakan one group pretest postest control design. Subjek peneliti SMKN 1 Ampelgading Pemalang. Sumber data untuk kevalidan model dilakukan dengan metode angket. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah instrumen kevalidan yang terdiri dari desain model, silabus, RPP, bahan ajar dan instrumen evaluasi. Data untuk keefektifan diambil dari aspek soft skill hard skill dan environment skill selama proses pembelajaran. Metoda pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi lembar penilaian soft skill hard skill dan environment skill. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabelitas, uji daya beda, uji tingkat kesukaran, uji t dan uji z. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskritif diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran Teaching Factory Merencana dan Menginstalasi sistem Audio telah dinyatakan valid dan layak oleh pakar ahli untuk digunakan. Peningkatan kemampuan soft skill pada Teaching Factory dilakukan dengan lembar observasi tahap I dan II dan dianalisis dengan N Gain, hasilnya terdapat peningkatan secara klasikal 28,21 % dengan N Gain 56,4 % kategori sedang. Dalam hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Teaching Factory efektif untuk meningkatkan kecakapan vokasional Merencana dan Menginstalasi Sistem Audio. This research includes research development (R & D) that aims: (1) Designing Teaching Factory model that is valid and effective for improving vocational skills Planning and Installing Audio Systems. (2) To know the level of validity and feasibility of Teaching Factory learning model, (3) to know the effectiveness level of Teaching Factory learning model. The research was conducted with four stages: preliminary analysis, model design, validation and evaluation, and final product result by using one group pretest postest control design. Subject of researcher SMKN 1 Ampelgading Pemalang. The data source for the validity of the model is done by questionnaire method. The instrument used is a validation instrument consisting of model design, syllabus, RPP, teaching materials and evaluation instruments. The data for for effectiveness is taken from the aspects of hard skills skill and environmental skill during the learning process. The data collection methods used include hard skill soft skill and environmental skill score sheets. While the data analysis using validity test, reliability test, different power test, difficulty test, t test and z test. Abstract

Feed is one of important components in fish farming, around 60% of the operational cost is spent on feeds. The government initiated Gerakan Pakan Mandiri (GERPARI) or independent feed movement to minimalize the dependency on commercial feed also to minimalize the dependency on imported feed material by utilizing the abundant local materials. However, the potential of local raw materials abundance has not been able to be optimally managed due to the lack of knowledge of farmers, consequently, farmers have not been able to escape the dependency on commercial feed. The development of this training model is a medium which is expected to be able to improve the economy of the underdeveloped rural communities by increasing the value of agricultural products. The purpose of this study is 1) to identify and evaluate the training model carried out using training materials and personal training models, 2) develop the training model that are expected to optimize the improvement of knowledge and skills, 3) analyze the effectiveness of the training model. The approach used in this study refers to research and development (R & D) research. The development research procedure adopted the modified steps from Sugiyono, including: (1) the potential and problems; (2) data collection; (3) training model design; (4) validation of the training model; (5) revision of the training model; (6) limited trials of training models; (7) the final model. The results of the research on the development of training models for making artificial fish feed have been validated by experts using the Aiken's V formula with a validity coefficient of> 0.30, the results of the pretest and posttest of all participants increased consequently the developed model can be applied. Feeds resulted from the training are usable since it was responded by the fish. Unfortunately it is not waterproof. The training program is considered practical because it received positive responses from the participants. This research produced a valid, effective and practical feed production training model.

Abstract

Vocational High School graduates are expected to have work experience in industry and ready to enter the workforce. Industrial work practice (Prakerin) is a learning program that must be implemented by students in the industrial world. Prakerin program is organized together between school and the world of work to meet the students' need for competencies that are unworkable in schools. There are still major obstacles in monitoring the implementation of Prakerin due to distance and time problems. These constraints are expected to be solved using information system.This research and development aims to produce an effective and effective information system on industrial work practice monitoring to be used in vocational high school. This study developed information system named "Simorin" which is an acronym of the Industrial Work Practice Monitoring Information System. The method used in the study was research and development (R & D). Stages in this study included analysis phase, data requirement by using literature study and field study. The test phase was performed with validation and revision followed by a limited trial of Simorin products.Based on the development, test and analysis, it can be concluded that Simorin was feasible and effective for use in Prakerin monitoring process in terms of usability. Students, Teachers and industries could communicate with each other in real time. Recommendation of further development of Simorin is that it can be integrated with distance learning (e-learning).

Abstract

Instrumen penilaian merupakan bagian dari suatu proses penilaian dalam pembelajaran, apa yang hendak diukur dalam pembelajaran terkait dengan ketersediaan alat ukur yang dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis validitas, reliabilitas, dan keefektifan instrumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R & D). Tahapan pada R & D yaitu 1) analisis kebutuhan; 2) rancangan produk; 3) desain dan pengembangan; 4) validasi ahli; 5) revisi produk awal; 6) uji coba terbatas; 7) revisi produk; 8) uji coba diperluas; 9) revisi dan analisis hasil uji coba. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas instrumen menggunakan korelasi product moment, uji reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan koefisien kappa dari Cohen dan uji keefektifan menggunakan analisis Uji normalized-gain. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pretest nilainya 79 dan posttest nilainya 83 pada uji coba terbatas, sedangkan pada uji coba diperluas didapatkan hasil tidak jauh berbeda dengan uji coba terbatas yaitu pretest 0,3 dan posttest 0,4. Validitas instrumen sebesar 0,878 yang menunjukkan valid, reliabilitas instrumen sebesar 0.721 yang menunjukan ketegori baik dan keefektifan instrumen terdapat skor 0.3 yang memiliki tingkat efektivitas sedang. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penilaian praktik rias pengantin Jogja Paes Ageng baku, valid dan efektif digunakan untuk menilai penilaian praktik sesuai dengan kompetensi mata kuliah.Assessment instrument is part of the assessment process in the learning process. What is to be measured in the learning process is related to the availability of the assessment instrument. The aim of the current research is to analyze validity, reliability, and the instrument effectiveness. This current research employed R&D method. The steps of R&D method: 1) needs analysis, 2) product design, 3) design and development, 4) expert validation, 5) preliminary product revision, 6) limited testing, 7) product revision, 8) expanded testing, 9) revision and analysis of the testing product. The data analysis technique in the current research employed product moment correlation, kappa coefficient for instrument reliability and normalized-gain test analysis for the effectiveness of instrument. The results of the pretest was 79, the posttest was 83 on limited testing, while the expanded test showed not difference of limited testing 0.3 for pretest, 0.4 for the posttest. Validity of instrument was 0.878 which indicates the instrument developed is valid, reliability of practice instrument was 0.721 which indicates in the good category and effectiveness of instruments was 0.3 that have moderate levels of effectiveness. This suggests that the assessment instrument of bridal Jogja Paes Ageng practice is standardized, valid and effective.

Abstract

The number unemployment of productive working age from Vocational High Schools (SMK) is in the top rank of 9.27% of 131.55 million people in the workforce. This happens because learning process focuses on teaching hard skills and ignores soft skills so that it causes the low absorption of graduates in the world of work. At the moment the quality of the learning assessment instrument in Vocational Schools is still considered to be invalid so that it has not been able to evaluate aspects that are evaluated in full in relation to soft skills. This study aims to develop 4C assessment instruments in productive learning of graphic design. Research and Development methods are applied in this research to produce assessment products in the form of tests and non-tests. This research produces an assessment instrument in the form of a test used to measure the cognitive domain (knowledge) while the non-test / performance (performance test) is used to measure the affective domain (attitude) and psychomotor (skills). The instrument has: (1) A validity level of 95%; (2) Effectiveness 81%; (3) Consistency level of 0.62; and (4) Reliability Level 0.875. This assessment instrument can be used by teachers in productive learning graphic design so that it can help in the assessment process.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kasus seksual pranikah pada remaja dapat ditimbulkan karena berbagai macam kondisi dan tentunya juga sangat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Tahun 2017 Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) Provinsi Jambi menemukan kasus remaja dengan rentang usia 15-19 sudah pernah melahirkan atau sedang hamil anak pertama dengan persentase 10,9%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ketaatan beragama dan teman sebaya melalui kontrol diri pada remaja di SMA/Sederajat Kabupaten Sarolangun Provinsi Jambi. Metode: Studi cross sectional dilakukan di Kabupaten Sarolangun, Jambi pada tahun 2019. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 371 remaja SMA dan SMK yang dipilih secara stratified random sampling. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan path analysis. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketaatan beragama berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan faktor teman sebaya memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara langsung terhadap kejadian seks pranikah. Kesimpulan: Terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara langsung antara ketaatan beragam dan pengaruh teman sebaya terhadap kejadian seks pranikah di Kabupaten Sarolangun. Analysis of Religious Observance Factors and Peer Influence on Premarital Sex Events in Sarolangun Background: Premarital sexual cases in adolescents can be caused by a variety of conditions and of course also greatly influenced by several factors. A Data from Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional (BKKBN) in 2017 shows that in Jambi, there were cases of adolescents between 15-19 years old who gave birth or were pregnant with their first child with a percentage of 10.9%. This research to analyze the influence between religious and peer influence with self-control in adolescents in senior high school Sarolangun Regency, Jambi. Methods: this research is observational analytic research with cross sectional design. The study sample was 371 adolescents. The analysis of this research used Path Analysis. Result: The results showed that religious had a negative and significant effect directly on premarital sex events, and there was a positive and significant direct effect of peer influence on premarital sex events. Furthermore, the factor of premarital sex events through self-control results shows that religious observance has a negative and significant effect on premarital sex through self-control, and the results showed that peers have a positive and significant effect on premarital sex events through self-control. Conclusion: There are significants direct effect between religious and peer influence on premarital sex events in Sarolangun District.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is an environmentally-based dangerous disease which is still a world health problem. WHO noted that Indonesia is a country with the highest cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Southeast Asia (WHO, 2016). In 2019 the cases increased with the number of cases 137.761. West Kalimantan Province is one of the 5th highest provinces out of 34 provinces in Indonesia for 2018. Ketapang Regency is in the first place with the highest number of cases in Delta Pawan District. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of socio demography and physical environment on the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever. This study used a case control design. The research sample was 132 respondents (66 cases and 66 controls) respondents obtained by purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques by interviewing, questionnaires, and observations. Data analysis using chi-square. The results showed that there was a relationship between income (p = 0.024), ventilation (p = 0.005) and water reservoirs (p = 0.023). There was no relationship between population mobility (p = 0.601) and house distance (p = 0.577) with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever. The conclusion of this study is that the variables associated with the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in the Delta Pawan district of Ketapang regency are income, ventilation and water reservoirs variables. It needs to increase health promotion about the dangers of DHF and the importance of PSN (advocacy, atmosphere building, social support and household empowerment) and improve the performance of jumantik through continuous supervision and facilitation, it is necessary to increase awareness by always closing water reservoirs and using gauze. Through these efforts, it is hoped that there will be an increase in larva free (ABJ) and a decrease in the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF).

Abstract

Combining Cooperation-Cooperative (Co-op Co-op) and Make a Match model can stimulate students to be active in online learning. Students were able to construct their knowledge independently by using the Co-op Co-op model. Learning atmosphere became attractive with finding the partner games during the class used the Make a Match model. This combination model made students more active and did not quickly feel bored. This research aimed to know the effectiveness of the Co-op Co-op and Make a Match model in online learning for based competency in operating survey tools and mapping to improve students’ achievement. The current research used quasi-experiment research. The experiment class consists of 35 ten grade students of Building Information Modeling (DPIB) one, while the control class consists of 36 ten grade students of Building Information Modeling (DPIB) two. Pre-test and post-test were given by using Google form to both groups. The average score of N-Gain achieved 75,9%, which means the implementation learning model was effective to advance students’ achievement. Independent sample T-test got T count = 4,59 > T. It can be said there was a significant difference in average score between experiment and control group. Furthermore, the students’ interest questionnaire achieved 84,5. In conclusion, Co-op Co-op and Make a Match model in online learning by using supporting tools (Google Meet, WhatApp group, etc.) not only effective to improve students’ achievement but also got positive responses from the participants. The teacher can use this combination model to improve students’ interest and achievement in online learning.
