<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to know and analyze about the influence of Service Quality to Consumer Satisfaction in DinamikaMotorTasikmalaya.The type of research used is Verifier Verifikatif. The research method used in this research is survey method, while data collection technique is done through questioner and interview. Respondents are taken as many as 100 respondents viewed from the number of population (consumers) who come per day. The analysis tool used is simple regression analysis and t test.The results showed that the Quality of Service in Dinamika Motor Tasikmalaya good, as well as customer satisfaction Tasikmalaya Motor Dinamika including good. Service quality positively affects customer satisfaction in Dinamika Motor Tasikmalaya.]]>

<![CDATA[The objective of this study was to describe: 1) How to teach reading Arabic non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, 2) The improvement of reading skill of Arabic non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, and 3) The students’ respond to the teaching of reading of Arabic non syakal. This is a classroom action research. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires and conducting a test to students. The data analyzed by using Miles and Hubberman model. The result of this study found : 1) The students’ reading ability of Arabic non syakal improved after the implementation of grammatical-based reading activity, 2) The students motivated and enjoyed learning Arabic reading non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity, 3) The students stated that the textbook is applicable to help them understand Arabic text non syakal, and 4) There was a positive respond of the students after learning Arabic reading non syakal through grammatical-based reading activity.]]>

<![CDATA[The objectives of this research are to know and to analyze about the effect of Continuous Improvement on the performance of employees at PT. Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya. Research method which applied in this research is survey research method, while data collecting technique is done by through questionaire. Sampling technique applies sample is accidental sampling technique and the size sample is 55 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in the study is simple regression technique, analysis of the coefficient of determination and t test. The results showed that the Continuous Improvement including both criteria, including employee performance criteria, as well as Continuous Improvement has a positive influence on employee performance of 76,4% in PT . Rentang Buana Niagamakmur (PT.RBN) Tasikmalaya.]]>

<![CDATA[التجريد كانت عملية التربية والتعليم سعيا مخططا لتشكيل تطوير قدرةالتلاميذ كي تنفع لمصلحتهم نفسيا ومجتمعيا وشعبيا.وفي عملية تعلم التلاميذ ليس من النادر توجد عواعق التعم، فمن العواعق التى توجد كثيرا وهي الصعوبة عند التعلم، ولا سيما في المادة اللغة العربية خاصة التى صعبت لبعض التلاميذ فهمها. وكذلك، كما عرفنا أن أغراض الأساسى فى تعليم اللغة العربية هي لترقية قدرة الطلاب في اللغة العربية، لسانا كان او كتابة. وفى هذا البحث سوف يبحث عن العوامل التى تكون مشكلة عامة في دراسة اللغة العربية لمتعلميها وكذلك يبحث أيضا عن محاولتها لتزيد مناهج التعليمة فى تعلم اللغة الأجنبية، خاصة فى اللغة العربة.]]>

<![CDATA[The text of Maulid Al-Barzanji nazom can be considered a work of religious Arabic literature or literature that is so old and still acceptable to the wider community from time to time، even becoming popular in the life of the malay community jambi.. In this thesis discussion، the author discusses the singing of the song berzanji nazom in the book majmu'ah maulid wad'yyah in jambi malay community، especially in the estuary jambi in the village of sekernan and setiris. The purpose of this research is to know what is the most popular song among the jambi malay community، and to know what causes the song is popular among the jambi malay community، and to know the development of the song among jambi malay community. The type of research used is field research. Can be concluded from the results of this study :1) jambi malay people when singing the poem berzanjii nazom that is in the book majmu'ah maulid wad'iiyah''they chant it with the song rost، and nahwand.karna this second song contains characters، Rost song is dynamic and passionate.and so does nahwan song also contains spirit character and very firm and nuanced ksedihan.2)and among the malay community jambi they are very happy with the art. and they can wave it with various kinds of cloves or variations so that the listeners can live the poem، with variations and cloves of beautiful cloves and nuances of sadness so that the listener can live the poem then that is thus the cause of the masyurnya song. and when there is an alimatur arsyi event and circumcision of the poem is also chanted with such a song and there is also a competition in the MTQ event.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to: 1) look at the influence of Arabic songs on the spirit of learning Arabic as well as improve the ability of Arabic children with song method 2) to know the change in attitude that occurs towards Arabic language songs with Arabic language songs 3) students can react well to the meaning of Arabic language songs given. This research is very useful in analyzing solid types of literature for psychological problems. Songs and music have a strong relationship with psychological circumstances. The type of research used is qualitative research. Can be inferred from the results of this study :1) Arabic songs can increase the spirit of learning Arabic in children 2) students are motivated and more spirit Arabic language with song methods as well as songs give knowledge about behavior.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Al-Ghasb dan Al-Syirqah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kepustakaan (library research). Adapun yang dimaksud penelitian kepustakaan adalah suatu penelitian yang diadakan dengan cara mengumpulkan buku-buku serta sumber-sumber tertulis lainnya yang diperlukan dan mempelajarinya. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kepustakaan seperti buku (kitab), jurnal, dan majalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lemahnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk tidak melakukan ga?ab serta menganggap remeh perbuatan ga?ab tersebut, Kurangnya partisipasi masyarakat dalam hal ini menjadikan para pelaku ga?ab terus menerus melakukan perbuatannya tanpa ada sanksi yang mereka terima. Sedangkan Syirkah boleh dilakukan antara sesama Muslim, antara sesama kafir dzimmi atau antara seorang Muslim dan kafir dzimmi. Maka dari itu, seorang Muslim juga boleh melakukan syirkah dengan orang yang beda agama seperti Nasrani, Majusi dan kafir dzimmi yang lainnya selagi apa-apa yang disyirkahkan adalah usaha yang tidak diharamkan bagi kaum Muslim.]]>

<![CDATA[Character Analysis in Ballerina Animated Film Directed by Eric Summer And Eric Waren (Literary Studies).The purpose of this research is to find out the characters and some of the characters in the animated film Ballerina directed by Eric Summer and Eric Warin, and to be able to know the values contained in the animated film. The type of research used is qualitative research. The source of the research data is the animated film ballerina by Eric Summer and Eric Warin. The object of this research is a character in the animated film Ballerina by Eric Summer and Eric Warin published by Aifan Sharthok's YouTube channel. The data collection techniques used are by witnessing and recording techniques. The instrument used is the author assisted with text data, stationery and laptop. The method used to analyze data is a description of the analysis.]]>
