Abstract

Secara keseluruhan tujuan kegiatan pelatihan untuk memberikan pemahamanserta ketrampilan yang memadai berkaitan dengan (1) proses kreatif dalam halmembangkitkan imajinasi guru TK ABA; (2) aspek-aspek dalam penciptaan ceritaanak; (3) menuliskan cerita anak pada akhir pelatihan . Ketrampilan ini lebih lanjutakan memotivasi guru TK untuk terus berproses dalam mengasah pengalamanimajinatif dalam menciptakan cerita sebagai aktivitas rekreatif, kreatif danproduktif.Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penerapan Ipteks mencakup: (1) brainstormingantar guru, kemudian masing-masing diberi tugas untuk melakukanproses kontemplasi dan imajinasi; (2) ceramah, diskusi dan tanya jawab terkaitdengan pengetahuan dasar yang memadai dengan aspek-aspek yang harus dipenuhidalam penciptaan cerita anak (baik aspek instrinsik maupun aspek ekstrinsik); (3)penugasan guru diharapkan mampu menuliskan cerita anak dengan caramengeksplorasi segala sesuatu yang terkait dengan proses kreatif dan pemahamanaspek-aspek penciptaan cerita dalam bentuk ketrampilan produktif / naskah cerita(tulisan yang indah dan menarik pembaca).Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan pelatihan bahwa guru TK ABA se- KotaMalang mampu melakukan proses kreatif dengan baik dan menghasilkan tulisandalam bentuk cerita anak. Dari tulisan tersebut akan dihimpun dalam bentukkumpulan cerita anak. Kata Kunci Kunci: proses kreatif, pengalaman imajinatif, cerita anak

Abstract

Model pembelajaran kimia kontekstul berbasis lingkungan (PKKBL) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar dan kejujuran akademik siswa SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah pengembangan, kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan model PKKBL melalui pengukuran hasil belajar dan kejujuran akademik siswa SMP. Model PKKBL di lengkapi perangkat pembelajaran yang membantu guru dan siswa melakukan proses pembelajaran sehingga hasil belajar kimia dan kejujuran akademik siswa dapat lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan mengacu pada model Borg & Gall (1983) yang dimodofikasi ke dalam tujuh langkah. Subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa SMP Negeri 30 Makassar kelas VII6. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan lembar observasi, angket, LKS, dan lembar tes hasil belajar yang telah divalidasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif bentuk persentase. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: (1) model PKKBL dapat dikembangkan melalui tiga tahapan pengembangan, yaitu tahap: (a) penelitian awal, (b) tahap uji coba terbatas, dan (c) tahap uji coba di perluas, (2) model PKKBL yang telah dikembangkan  menunjukkan: (a) instrumen model bersifat valid (4,3) dan reliabel (0,85), (b) perangkat bersifat praktis digunakan (1,6) dan (c) efektifan sebab dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar (82,28) dan kejujuran akademik siswa kategori cukup (72,0).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility to Financial Performance. The dependent variable used in this study is the financial performance which is measured by return on equity. The independent variables in this study are good corporate governance which is proxy with size of board of commissioner, percentage of independent commissioner, size of audit committee, audit quality and corporate social responsibility. This study uses return on assets (ROA), leverage and firm size as control variables. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in period 2011-2015. The samples in this study are 50 companies selected by using purposive sampling method. This study uses panel data regression analysis as an analytical tool. The results showed that: 1) The size of the board of commissioners has no positive effect to financial performance. 2) The percentage of independent commissioners has a positive effect to financial performance. 3) The size of the audit committee has no positive effect to financial performance. 4) Audit quality does not have a positive effect to financial performance. 5) Corporate social responsibility has no positive effect to financial performance. 6) Return on assets has a positive effect to financial performance. 7) Leverage has a positive effect to financial performance. 8) The firm size has no positive effect to financial performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to analyze the quality of making Ak.1 card service at The Office of Labor and Transmigration of the Cilacap Regency and to determine The largest service variable which influence the quality of making Ak.1 card service. Based upon these purposes , two hypotheses are developed:First The quality of making Ak.1 card service (tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance,empathy) has confirmed with the expectancy of the job seekers , second Empathy is the most influential variable upon making Ak-1 card service.The method of this research is a Survey and instrument of analysis employed is Importance Performance analysis. Results of analysis show findings as follows : The performance of service is lower than The importance or expectancy of service, Thus the first hyphotesis stating that the quality of service of making Ak.1 card done by the office of Labor and Transmigration of the Cilacap Regency has confirmed with the expectancy of job seekers is not supported. According to the job seekers,the Empathy variable is one that has the smallest value, so the second hyphotesis is that states the empathy variable influences the service of making Ak-1 card , is supported.Keywords : Importance – Performance analysis .
