Abstract

Higher Education has become a need for formal education as a strategic sector which is expected to produce quality intellectual graduates who are competitive. The competitive situation among universities requires educational institutions to pay attention to the quality of their education so that they are able to excel in the competition. To be able to compete, universities must improve their quality by providing attributes that are a priority for student needs. The purpose of this study is to optimize the quality of Private Universities in Riau Province by providing several technical responses. The population in this study were all active students of Private Universities in Riau Province and the total sample of 397 respondents using probability sampling techniques. This study uses the Kano Model and the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) approach as an integration tool that can help collect student voices as customers (VoC) and produce a priority matrix of needs and technical responses in the form of House of Quality (HoQ). The results of this study found 7 (seven) priority priorities for students, including the online KRS filling process that is very easy for students, academic information easily obtained, fast, and accurate, academic administration staff are reliable / responsive in providing services, adequate health facilities, Adequate library facilities (books, proceeding journals, and articles), Easy internet access, and adequate computer labor. From this research, Private Universities can take several steps to optimize quality such as improving internet facilities, monitoring academic rules, and monitoring the learning process. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh Soft Skill, hard skill dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kesiapan Kerja Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Riau dimasa endemi covid 19 baik secara simultan maupun parsial dalam menghadapi dunia kerja. Adapun Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Universitas Islam Riau angkatan 2018 yang sampelnya adalah sebanyak 90 orang mahasiswa,dimana  dalam penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan metode purposive sampling. data penelitian nantinya akan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda dan diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Adapun Hasil Penelitian ini adalah soft skill, hard skill dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis universitas islam riau. Abstract

Persaingan di era MEA yang semakin terbuka mengharuskan setiap negara bersiap untuk bekompetisi secara terbuka dengan negara lainnya. Komptisi tidak hanya dari sumber daya alam namun juga sumber daya manusia. Setiap negara anggota MEA harus mempersiapkan kualitas dari sumber daya manusianya agar dapat berkompetisi dengan negara lain. Oleh karena itu penguatan terhadap keahlian sangat di perlukan pada era ini. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi apa yang dapat meningkatkan minat mahasiswa dalam mengambil program profesi akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa akuntansi aktif Universitas di Kota Pekanbaru, sedangkan pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling sebanyak 371 mahasiswa pada Universitas Islam Riau, Universitas Lancang Kuning, Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau, dan Universitas Riau. Adapun teknik dalam menganalisa data yang digunakan yaitu Smart PLS. Kata Kunci :Motivasi, Smart PLS, Akuntan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at CV. Ridho Mandiri. The population of this research is all employees who work in this business entity. The sampling technique in this study uses the cencus method (total sampling) which is a sampling technique where all members of the population are sampled, amounting to 30 people. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) SmartPLS 3. This study's results indicate that intrinsic and extrinsic motivation partially and simultaneously affect employee performance at CV. Ridho Mandiri.
