Abstract

Changes in the environment and market mechanisms that are so open, competitive, and market control are challenges that must be answered with a market orientation approach. The purpose of this study is: to examine the effect of coaching and mentoring on the development of Fashion Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the capital's supporting areas. This research was conducted at MSME Fashion conducted by young men and women of the millennial generation. While the study population was reviewed at MSME Fashion in the Greater Tangerang area. The sample of this study consisted of 74 MSME Fashion Distros in Tangerang Regency, Tangerang City and South Tangerang City. The sampling technique is multistage sampling consisting of the first simple random sampling in order to determine the Greater Tangerang area that has MSME Fashion, the second is purposive sampling in order to determine the sample in each mapping area that has been determined as a member of the coaching and mentoring of the local entrepreneurship body, and the third is convenience sampling. The method used in determining the sample is based on respondents selected in stage two who are willing to attend. The statistical methods used by researchers are the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) Method for testing validity, the Cronbach Alpha Method for reliability testing, and the Baron and Kenny methods for hypothesis testing, statistical calculations are performed using the MINITAB application. In this study, researchers found a research result that showed that coaching and mentoring had a positive effect on the development of Fashion MSMEs and the Regional Entrepreneurship Agency played a positive role in mediating the development of MSMEs. Abstract

Perusahaan memerlukan karyawan yang memiliki Skill dan berkompeten dibidangnya agar dapat menjalankan perusahaan sesuai dengan jargon The Right Man in The Right Place dengan maksud agar karyawan dapat bekerja sesuai kemampuannya dan sesuai tempatnya untuk tercapainya visi misi perusahaan. Demikian halnya dengan PT.SOS Indonesia yang jumlah permintaan karyawan barunya terus meningkat setiap bulannya. Employees E-Recruitment merupakan suatu metode perekrutan karyawan baru untuk perusahaan dengan menerapkan teknologi informasi seperti internet, sehingga perekrutan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan mendapatkan karyawan yang sesuai dengan standar perusahaan. Saat itu PT.SOS Indonesia belum menerapkan Employees E-Recruitment sehingga menimbulkan masalah. Permasalahan terjadi saat perekrutan karyawan dilakukan dengan prosedur pada umumnya; si Pelamar mengirimkan surat lamarannya melalui jasa pengiriman pos atau lamaran by email sehingga dampaknya akan banyak tumpukan kertas surat lamaran dan sering terjadinya spam melalui email yang telah dikirim oleh si Pelamar. Untuk itulah diperlukannya penelitian ini sebagai alternatif solusi dari permasalahan tersebut, Terkait hal ini, penelitian ini menerapkan metode pengumpulan data berupa Studi Pustaka, Observasi dan Wawancara serta metode analisa dengan SWOT. Hasil dari penelitian ini yakni sebuah rancang bangun aplikasi Employees E-Recruitment untuk memenuhi kebutuhan proses perekrutan karyawan baru yang berkompeten untuk diterapkan pada PT.SOS Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Karyawan berkompeten, Employees E-Recruitment, Aplikasi.

Abstract

Tujuan terhadap penelitian ini agar nantinya peneliti dapat mengetahui pengaruh leverage, dan agresivitas pajak secara parsial dan bersama-samaterhadap intensitas inventori dan intensitas aset perusahaanPeriode penelitian yang digunakan adalah 5 tahun yaitu periode 2014-2018.Adapun populasi penelitian inihanya meliputi perusahaan Perseroan Terbatas Sektor Industri Manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2014-2018. dalam pengambilan sampel peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Yangberdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan dari jumlah sampel diolah menggunakan metode variabel dependen dalam menentukan Effective Tax Rate (ETR), variabel Independen dalam menentukan X1 X2 X3, setiap metode Uji kelayakan data penulis mengunakan Teknik Pemilihan Model Estimasi Data Panel. Jenis data yang nantinya digunakan adalah data sekunder diperoleh dari situs BEI. Dan terakhir metode analisis data menggunakan sebuah analisis regresi data panel.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peranan dan leverage berpengaruh positif, agresivitas pajakterhadap intensitas inventori tidak berpengaruh, dan intensitas aset perusahaan berpengaruh negatif.

Abstract

The research aims to: 1) Be able to know about the development of economic development in each sub-sector starting from 2013 to 2018. 2) Can know the role of the component influence on regional share growth towards the imbalance of economic development in each sub-sector of the district 3) Can know the role of the component influence on proportional shift growth towards the imbalance of economic development in each sector of the sub-district. 4) Can know the role of component influence on the competitive shift growth in economic development imbalances in each sector of the sub-district. 5) Can know the role of the influence of the number of population with the level of education of High School and Higher Education towards the imbalance of economic development in each sector of the sub-district. 6) Can know the effect of the total number of poor families on the imbalance of economic development in each sector of the sub-district. 7) Can know the effect of migration population growth on the imbalance of economic development in each sector of the sub-district.This research is also a descriptive and quantitative study. The data used in this study were secondary data types from 24 sub-districts in Cilacap Kabupaten taken in 2013-2018. The analysis technique that I use for the descriptive analysis method is using the Klassen Tipology matrix, while the quantitative analysis technique that I use to process panel data regression analysis is the Fixed Effect model.The results of this study can show that: 1) Based on Klassen's Tipology, not all sub-districts can experience positive development of economic development, because there are ten sub-districts that have declined to become negative fluctuating regions and have declined to relatively lagging regions. 2) Analysis using panel data regression can show regional share growth component variables that are not included or omitted from a model. 3) Component variable proportional shift growth does not only significantly influence the imbalance of economic development in the sub-district sector. 4) Variable components of competitive shift growth are seen to have a significant and positive effect on the inequality of economic development in the sub-district sector. 5) Variable number of population with the level of education of senior secondary and tertiary education has a significant and positive effect on the imbalance of economic development in the sub-district sector. 6) Variables of the number of poor families can have a significant and negative effect on the imbalance of economic development in the sub-district sector. 7) Variable migration population growth does not significantly influence the imbalance of economic development in the sub-district sector.

Every company, whether large, medium, or small-scale companies need something called a company profile as well as PT. Harafiel Trijaya. Currently PT. Harafiel Trijaya still uses promotion by means of promotional designs which are deemed insufficient for its dissemination to the wider community, so it is necessary to make a very good profile video so that the public or potential customers know a lot about PT. Harafiel Trijaya. PT. Harafiel Trijaya is engaged in the construction service industry (Engineering and Construction) which includes Civil Works, Building and Architecture Works, Mechanical and Electrical Works. This video company profile was created using video support applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro.

Abstract

PT. Megah Mas Prima is a privately owned company that produces accessories and raw materials for the production of shoes. With the large number of items that have been produced and stored in the warehouse, the warehouse section is routinely recorded every day so that the number of items stored in the warehouse can be recorded properly. The problems faced by PT. Megah Mas Prima is using table data in the form of excel and recorded by the warehouse admin. However, this raises a problem such as the amount of raw materials or stock of goods in the warehouse with excel data which is often inappropriate. In fact, the warehouse admin is always wrong in calculating the amount of available stock. And if the computer device is damaged, the file will be lost. PT. Megah Mas Prima requires a website-based design to make it easier for admins to input available items. The purpose of this research is to facilitate the calculation of stock data on goods stored in warehouses by using an effective and efficient system. To make the system design work according to the company's needs, several tools are used, including UML diagrams such as use case diagrams, activity diagrams and sequence diagrams. So that using the website-based system will run according to the needs of the company for calculating the stock of goods available in the warehouse.

Abstract

Company Profile adalah sebuah aset perusahaan, yang dipegang dan dipunyai oleh setiap perusahaan yang berperan sebagai ciri atau jati diri dari perusahaan. PT McCSEN yaitu perusahaan yang beroperasi di bidang Produksi aksesoris dan variasi motor yang beralamat di Jalan Pemda Tigaraksa, Budi Mulya, Kecamatan Cikupa, Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. Tujuan dibuatnya video company profile untuk media pendukung informasi dan promosi dengan beberapa inovasi produk terbaru dan kreatifitas agar lebih menarik. Permasalahan yang di hadapi PT McCSEN Lite ialah belum memiliki media informasi dan promosi, sebelumnya sudah membuat tapi tidak tersebar ke sosial media, dan sudah tidak up to date. Hal ini menjadikan PT McCSEN Lite tertarik untuk membuat video company profile yang memberikan informasi dan promosi kepada masyarakat luas dan competitor lain. Terdapat metode yang akan di gunakan pada video company profile diantaranya yaitu, pengumpulan data, analisis SWOT, perancangan media dan Konsep Produksi Media(KPM). Melalui video company profile ini dapat menunjang pihak perusahaan dalam mencari competitor untuk bekerja sama, dan dikenal bagi masyarakat luas.
