Abstract

Kesehatan makanan jajanan anak di sekolah menjadi perhatian serius bagi Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Riau. Dilihat dari data pengawasan Pangan Jajanan Anak Sekolah (PJAS) yaitu melalui sampling dan pengujian laboraturium, didapatkan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi syarat sebanyak 3.555 (34,08%) dan yang tidak memenuhi syarat sebanyak 6.874 (65,91%) total dari jumlah sampel memenuhi syarat dan yang tidak memenuhi syarat berjumlah 10.429 (23,82%) sampel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah diketahuinya hubungan makanan jajanan sehat oleh siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri 145 Pekanbaru tahun 2017. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik kuantitatif, dengan desain cross sectional, respondennya adalah siswa kelas IV dan V SDN 145 Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p value 0,011, nilai OR= 7,535), peran orang tua (p value 0,022, nilai OR=5,404), kantin sehat (p value 0,007 nilai OR=13,000) dan peran guru tidak berhubungan dengan pemilihan makanan jajanan sehat. Pengetahuan siswa masih rendah karena kurangnya informasi dari guru ke siswa tentang pemilihan makanan jajanan sehat, orang tua masih membiasakan anak jajan sembarangan, kantin sekolah masih tidak memenuhi syarat kantin sehat. Kesimpulan hanya 3 variabel yang berhubungan yaitu pengetahuan, peran orang tua, dan kantin sehat. Sedangkan peran guru tidak berhubungan dengan pemilihan makanan jajanan sehat.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Lighting is the amount of irradiation that is in a work environment needed to carry out a job properly. Based on observations, the lighting intensity of the pharmacy room at Mesra Hospital in Kampar Regency was not bright enough. The purpose of this study was to determine the lighting intensity of the pharmacy room and the impact on workers at Mesra Hospital, Kampar Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Interviews and observations were conducted with 5 informants. The location of the study was conducted at Mesra Hospital, Kampar District in May-July 2020. The results showed that the local lighting in the pharmacy room of the Mesra Hospital, Kampar Regency, measurements of the lighting intensity in the pharmacy room were carried out at the work table. The results of measuring the intensity of lighting in the pharmacy room using local lighting methods obtained a value of 74.1 lux. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that the lighting in the pharmacy room of Mesra Hospital in Kampar Regency has not met the standards of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 of 2019 concerning Hospital Environmental Health. Less bright lighting results in complaints of eye fatigue in workers. The complaints of eye fatigue experienced by workers are in the form of pain around the eyes, dizziness, drowsiness and pain around the eyes. Abstract

Hospitals have a very strategic role in an effort to accelerate the improvement of public health status. The new paradigm of health care requires hospitals to provide quality services according to the needs and desires of patients. The marketing mix can be used as a marketing tool that makes it easier for hospitals to achieve their marketing goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the experience of inpatients at Permata Hati Hospital, Mandau District in 2022. This type of research was descriptive quantitative using a cross sectional design. This study reveals that the marketing mix affects patient practice with the most dominant variable affecting patient experience is the process variable.
