Abstract

File compression problem is one important aspect of information technologydevelopment. Compression is used for various purposes including: data backup, datatransfer, and one part of data security. The size of files sometimes become obstacles in thedelivery of this data. Large file transfer will take longer than the file sizesmaller.Sometimes there is a risk can not be accommodated on a storage medium and nottersampaikannya, so that will minimize the vacant capacity in the memory storage medium. Therefore, humans are always trying to find an alternative way to handlethis problem, one with compression techniques or reduce the file size.  The expected benefits of this research is the acquisition capacity or a smaller filesize and compare the ratio of original file size with file compression using the Half-Bytealgorithm.  Research carried out by using the Half-Byte algorithm that utilizes four bits to theleft which is often similar in sequence, especially in a text file. When the characters thesame first four bits received in a row seven times or more, these algorithms compress datawith a marker bit and then the first characters of the same row of four bits followed by apair last four bits of the next row and covered with bits of cover.

Abstract

Diagnosis Expert System Development in the Chicken is disease type of representing knowledge with this line of reasoning. The sytem is able to provide treatmentof the disease in chickens by asking the symptoms of the disease at the time of consultation.Based on the above symptoms are selected, the system will provide result in the form oftreatment. This application program faster provides information to users who needinformation about the disease in chickens compared to seeking information by reading abook. With the restriction of access rights applied to the system, the process for managingthe knowledge base and rule base only by expert. This application can be used as an initialstep for chicken breeders to pay attention to the health of the chicken in the maintenanceperiod. Inference process would lead to the conclusion, although the list is not exhaustiveselected symptoms. This expert system application using PHP programming and to it isdatabase using MySQL. Result are given is a type of disease that is found accompanied byacertain factor against the disease were found, and its treatment.

Abstract

Expert systems (expert systems) is a system that uses human knowledge, where knowledge is putinto a computer, and then used to solve problems that normally require human expertise or skill.In this case, the expert system is used to determine the type of disease stage of typhoid fever, inwhich there are several types of typhoid stage that can be experienced by anyone, because it is inthis case, systems of experts is used to help people who want to know the type of typhoid stage inthe suffering , which in this case there are four types of stages are discussed, namely incremasistage, acme stage, stage deternasi and recofalesent stage. In the application of expert systems isaided by using Depmster-Shafer. Dempster-Shafer is a mathematical theory of evidence based onbelief functions and plausible reasoning (belief functions and plausible thinking), which is used tocombine separate pieces of information (evidence) to calculate the likelihood of an event.

Abstract

Iridiologi  atau  yang  biasa  disebut  sebagai  diagnosis  iris  adalah  suatu  metode  kedokteran  yang  menyatakan bahwa tiap bagian pada tubuh dapat direpresentasikan dengan wilayah yang terdapat pada iris mata. Melalui pengamatan dan observasi secara empiris, penelitian mendapati adanya pola-pola yang beraturan, yang mengindikasikan adanya gejala penyakit dalam diri seseorang berdasarkan pola pada iris mata.Untuk menentukan gejala suatu penyakit yang diderita pasien pada umumnya dilakukan tes laboratorium, dimana tes ini cukup mahal. Untuk itu pengenalan pada citra iris mata merupakan tugas penting untuk membantu dokter dalam mendiagnosa penyakit. Disamping itu, proses segmentasi otomatis diperlukan supaya  proses deteksi iris mata bisa dilakukan dengan lebih cepat. Deteksi otomatis atau segmentasi iris mata dari gambar iris mata adalah tahap awal dari proses diagnosis.Metode sebelumnya mampu melakukan segmentasi citra iris mata dengan komputasi yang rendah, namun kelemahannya adalah  sulit untuk pengambilan fokus iris mata yang akurat  karena antara sclera, iris mata dan pupil masih jadi satu. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini akan diusulkan sebuah metode tiga kelas segmentasi menggunakan metode Otsu dan Adaptive K-means clustering.Metode ini mampu melakukan segmentasi citra iris mata akurasi rata-rata 94,06% dan Area Under Curve (AUC) rata-rata 93,89% dengan waktu eksekusi rata-rata 2.2 detik                                      Kata Kunci: Adaptive K-means Clustering, Iris Mata, Otsu, Segmentasi,
