Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study is aimed to apply the information technology that processing of studentsdata University of Dhyana Pura. Besides of the data analysis process also to the input processof student biodata. The process input of student biodata in University of Dhyana Pura is stillconventional that using a paper that is hand write to all of students. Then, to make the analysisdata is still conventional using Microsoft Excel. Indeed, the student staff must read the studentsbiodata one by one and its means consume a lot of time and energy. Nowadays in thedeveloping era of information technology, it can be solved by creating a new system that canwork automatically and go green because it can minimize using papers. This research will beconducted in University of Dhyana Pura.This research is quasi experiment with the design ispost-test only control group design. The method that is used to build this system is SDLC(Systems Development Life Cycle). SDLC is the pattern to develop the software with the stepsare:planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Using the Client-Server basis, it can probably this system accessing by network. The result of this research isthe application of Client-Server basis to help the students collecting data process, to inputbiodata electronically and analysis data in University of Dhyana Pura more effective andefficientKeywords: application, client-server, go-green.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi pada proses analisisdata mahasiswa Universitas Dhyana Pura. Selain pada proses analisis data juga pada prosesinput biodata mahasiswa.Pada Universitas Dhyana Pura proses input biodata mahasiswa masihbersifat konvensional yang menggunakan selembar kertas form biodata yang harus ditulistangan oleh semua mahasiswa. Pada jaman kemajuan teknologi informasi hal tersebut tentunyabisa diatasi untuk dibuatkan sebuah sistem yang dapat bekerja otomatis dan lebih bersifat gogreen karena dapat mengurangi penggunaan kertas.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UniversitasDhyana Pura.Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperiment, dengan rancangan post-test onlycontrol group design. Sampel yang digunakan adalah beberapa data mahasiswa yang diperolehdari bagian kemahasiswaan dalam bentuk form biodata dari kertas pada Universitas DhyanaPura.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi terstruktur dan tidak terstruktur.Teknikanalisa yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis varians (anava) satu jalur.Metodeyang digunakan untuk membangun sistem tersebut adalah SDLC (Systems Development LifeCycle).SDLC merupakan pola yang diambil dalam mengembangkan software yang terdiri daritahap-tahap : planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Hasil yangdiharapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah aplikasi berbasis client – server untukmembantu proses pengolahan data, menginput biodata secara elektronik dan analisis datamahasiswa pada Universitas Dhyana Pura agar menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata Kunci: aplikasi client - server, analisis mahasiswa, go green.

Abstract

Performance appraisal is one way to determine the quality of employee in the company. The performance appraisal process at PT Surya Segara Safety Marine often experiences several problems such as the submission of employee performance appraisal reports that are not on time because the calculation process from the human resources development staff has not used the system. In addition, there is no appropriate appraisal method to assess employees which causes appraisal to be a little difficult. The appraisal applied by the company only uses one side as an appraiser, namely the head of the department, which reduces employee motivation. This study aims to obtain an overview of the employee performance appraisal application through the 360 degree method in PT Surya Segara Safety, so that it can help companies to present performance appraisals for human resource development. The study used a qualitative approach through data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Application creation method with Waterfall System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The results showed that the performance appraisal application through the 360 degree method can provide performance appraisal notifications as a reminder so that users immediately carry out the performance appraisal process. The performance appraisal application through the 360 degree method provides 4 answer options that make the assessment results more varied and include assessment indicators so that the assessment becomes objective because it takes opinions or feedback from three parties, namely head of division, co-workers, and theirself. It is hoped that this method can make the performance appraisal at PT Surya Segara Safety Marine more objective and can restore employee motivation compared to previous assessments.

Abstract

Berdasarkan pernyataan dari 30 responden meliputi 15 masyarakat dan 15 anggota SKCK Polresta Bandung yang menyatakan sangat setuju dan setuju mempunyai nilai 100%, masing-masing indikator memperoleh jumlah 21 responden sangat setuju dan 9 responden setuju dengan kata lain perlu diadakannya pembaharuan tampilan website pelayanan SKCK Polresta Bandung. Hasil dan kesimpulan dari wawancara dan observasi adalah perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap tata letak informasi, kejelasan fitur yang digunakan dan agar tampilan website lebih terlihat modern. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode atau tahapan yang ada pada design sprint untuk mengatasi masalah terkait tampilan user interface dan heuristic evaluation untuk pengujiannya. Untuk memaksimalkan hasil dari penelitian ini penulis juga menerapkan model user centered design sebagai salah satu cara untuk memperbaiki tampilan user interface yaitu dimana peran responden sangat berguna dalam setiap proses yang akan penulis lakukan. Berdasarkan hasil dari proses yang sudah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa, pada penelitian yang menggunakan metode design sprint ini terdapat perubahan tampilan user interface yang menghasilkan peningkatan pelayanan SKCK Polresta Bandung dan dapat membantu pengguna memperoleh nilai 100% dari responden dalam melakukan penerbitan SKCK menjadi lebih baik dengan presentase 66,7% sangat setuju dan 33,3% setuju, efisien dengan presentase 70% sangat setuju dan 30% setuju, kecepatan dengan presentase 76,7% sangat setuju dan 23,3% setuju, terakhir ketepatan dengan presentase 80% sangat setuju dan 20% setuju yang berarti rancangan purwarupa yang sudah dirancang dapat diterima oleh pengguna.

Abstract

Abstract: CV Marvell Sekurindo is a private company engaged in the sale of security systems. In the performance appraisal process so far it has been carried out with manual assessments and the absence of a system to integrate all branches in the absence of a performance appraisal method, in the absence of an appraisal method at the current company the owner will find it difficult to make a comparative assessment of all branches in terms of development, so that resulting in the absence of calculations from the perspective of 4 assessable perspectives, namely financial, customer, internal business, and growth perspectives. The proposed solution given by the author is a web application with the Balance Scorecard method that can simplify the assessment process with nominal results or numbers for comparison in the assessment of each branch in terms of performance appraisal. The Scrocecard Balance method can help admins get data information for each branch faster or more effectively. This application will provide an easy-to-use display for the admin to carry out the calculation process and a comparison system for the various branches of the company because this application can be integrated or connected between branches and other branches. Each branch of the company has 5 employees, namely 1 admin, 1 supervisor and 3 sales service employees at the branch who will be given 1 admin to input the assessment and 1 supervisor to input the master data at the branch. Based on the results of trials conducted with the owner or company owner, this application can make it easier for owners to see the results of developments or performance assessment reports at each branch that have been carried out by their employees.Keywords: Sistem, Informasi, Balance Scorecard, Penilaian Kinerja, Aplikasi

Abstract

State Senior High School (SMAN) 2 Sumbawa Besar is one of the educational institutions in Sumbawa Besar which has been established since July 1977 and has been accredited A. SMAN 2 is also one of the favorite schools. SMAN 2 Sumbawa Besar is located at Jl. Garuda 102 Sumbawa Besar. In the current monitoring implementation process, school supervisors have to come to the school and check the teacher performance assessment team on teacher performance so that it takes a long time to obtain total information. From the current monitoring process, the problem is that supervisors and principals need a long time to find out information on the performance of all teachers. The proposed solution given to solve the problem is the Dashboard application to monitor the performance of web-based teachers at SMAN 2 Sumbawa Besar. This dashboard will provide a display of graphic information including: 1) the number of teachers who are Civil Servants (PNS) and Honorary. 2) Number of teachers by gender. 3) The number of teachers with the latest education. 4) The average score of all teachers per period to see the development of teacher performance from the initial period to the last period. 5) The average performance score of all teachers based on the competencies per period (the teacher performance competencies in question are Pedagodic, Personality, Social, Professional). 6) The acquisition of each teacher's score based on the competence of each teacher 7) The acquisition of teacher scores based on the indicators of teacher performance competence. 8) Average teacher attendance per period. Based on the results of trials conducted with the school, this application can display teacher performance results in graphical form, easy to use and easy to access without having to install other applications, and shorten the time for principals and supervisors to monitor teacher performance.

Abstract

: The Academic Information System (AIS) website is a web-based academic information system application with the aim of providing information about academics to students. With the AIS students can find out information related to campus academics such as student biographies, class forums, departmental curriculum, semester lectures, Study Plan Cards (SPC), class schedules, attendance, thesis, Study Results Cards (SRC), list of grades, transcripts , and finance. The results of interviews with Information Technology at PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban University that the number of visitors in September and February was due to guardianship by students who used the SIA application to view Study Plan Card (SPC) information. The results obtained from this study serve as recommendations for improving the user interface and user experience on the Academic Information System (AIS) website of the University of PGRI Ronggolawe Tuban. So that students can find information about lectures easily and with an easy-to-use interface design. From the results of the questionnaire, the improvement in the value of each indicator is Learnability 2.56, Efficiency 2.94, Memorability 2.31, Error 2.38, and Satisfaction 2.43. The final result of calculating the average for each indicator is a value of 2.52. According to the Likert scale from a value of 1-4 the value of 2.52 is in the good category.

Abstract

PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa Demands for goods (sales) is the driving factor of a company. If the company can meet customer demand well, then the company can run well. The company should be able to provide the goods for sale of the next period. PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa is a distributor of Lang Balm that provides three kinds of balsam, namely 10gram, 20gram, and 40gram. PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa serves 1500 stores with detail of 225 wholesalers, 450 semi wholesalers (self-service), and 825 retail. With a considerable demand scale, the company has problems in determining the number of products (goods) for the next period of sales. By using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, it is expected to build an application that can predict the demand for goods at PT Cahaya Surya Jaya Sentosa. The algorithm used in forecasting is the simple averages method. Simple averages use a number of new demand actual data to generate forecast values for future requests". This method is effectively applied if it is assumed that market demand data on the product will remain stable at all times. This method has two special properties, namely to make forcasting require historical data in a certain period of time, the longer the moving average will create a smoother moving average. This study used balsam product data in the period January 2015 to July 2020. So the results obtained for the next month are Rp.62.471.022.0 for balsam products 10gram, Rp. 112.705.696.5 for balsam products 20gram, and Rp. 18.889.530.9 for balsam products 40gram. Keywords: Balsam, Sales, Forecasting
