Abstract

This script was aimed to determine the necessary conditions for boundedness of Riesz potential in the classical Morrey space. If these results are combined with previous research results will be obtained the necessary and sufficient condition for boundedness of Riesz potential. This necessary condition is obtained through the use of characteristic function as one member of the classical Morrey space.

Abstract

Penelitian pendeteksian vibrasi akustik dari pola spekel pada sampel dental plaque biofilm yang merupakan studi in-vitro dental plaque biofilm telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode pencitraan akusto-optik, yaitu gabungan sistem akustik khususnya ultrasonik dengan sistem optik dalam satu perangkat, sehingga diperoleh pencitraan spekel. Pola spekel dianalisis menggunakan software imageJ akan diperolehkarakterisasi histogram distribusi intensitas gray level, dan didapatkan perubahan kontras spekel pada setiap pendeteksian vibrasi akustik oleh pengaruh frekuensi akustik dan pengamatan perubahan pembentukan sampel dental plaque biofilm. Untuk pengukuran ketebalan sampel, sebagai pembanding pengamatan kontras spekel digunakan CLSM yang dilengkapi AOTF. Diperoleh hasil pada sampel 2 jam dengan ketebalan 6 μm memiliki kontras spekel tinggi sebesar 0.592707 a.u, pada sampel 4 jam dengan ketebalan 7 μm memiliki kontras spekel sebesar 0.571257 a.u, dan pada sampel 6 jam dengan ketebalan 9 μm memiliki kontras spekel rendah sebesar 0.550700 a.u. Terjadi perubahan pada sampel dental plaque yang diperoleh dari rongga mulut, mulai dari tahap pemasangan awal plaque biofilm, sampai dengan pembentukan plaque biofilm dewasa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengembangan media pembelajaran pada perkuliahan optik dengan menggunakan sensor serat optik bundle untuk deteksi konsentrasi kolesterol. Penggunaan media sensor merupakan penerapan praktis konsep rambatan, serapan, dan pemantulan gelombang untuk memecahkan masalah dalam hal ini penentuan konsentrasi kolsterol secara cepat dan akurat. Dengan menentukan parameter-parameter yang dihasilkan oleh sensor serat optik yang akurat dan mekanisme penggunaan media ini mudah diset dengan memandu gelombang  melalui serat optik untuk menuju larutan atau bahan yang kemudian dipantulkan kembali melalui serat optik untuk mendeteksi tegangan output. Metode yang digunakan dengan uji media sensor serat optik bundle dengan menentukan parameter dan validasi perangkat media pembelajaran oleh para pakar. Hasil validasi media pembelajaran diperoleh penilaian rata-rata 96,7% dan analisis pendeteksian  menunjukkan bahwa tegangan output maksimum menunjukkan penurunan secara linier terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi larutan kolesterol dengan sensitivitas 0,01 mV/ppm dan linieritas 99,6%. Dengan parameter hasil eksperimen dan hasil validasi media pembelajaran rancangan sensor ini diset maka sensor serat optik layak sebagai media pembelajaran untuk mendukung pembelajaran optik.Kata Kunci : media pembelajaran, sensor serat optik bundle, dan larutan kolesterol.

Abstract

Legal void of interfaith marriages in Indonesia to date has not offered legal certainty and sense of fairness to couples of differing religions. Particularly, their rights to form a family and to freedom of religion are unprotected; whereas those rights are guaranteed by the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. Furthermore, the Constitutional Court’s ruling had rejected Judicial Review on Article 2 section 1 of Law No. 1 of 1974 against the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The consideration provided by the Bogor District Court regarding the rejection was that the judge’s interpretation of article 2 section 1, yielded the assertion that marrying couples should have been of the same faith. The judge also took into consideration the religious values embraced by the prospective applicant who happened to be a Catholic widow while the prospective groom was a Muslim. A similar consideration was made by the Constitutional Court where in, among others, it was stated that the constitutional rights of marriage entailed the obligation to respect the constitutional rights of other people. Therefore, to avoid any conflicts in the implementation of those constitutional rights, it is necessary to have a regulation on the implementation of constitutional rights conducted by the state.Consequently, the juridical implications of interfaith marriage legal norm void give rise to the judges’ differing interpretations which are unfavorable to interfaith couples. The validity of these marriages cannot be accomplished, resulting in the marriages to be deemed invalid, implicating the status and position of women and children as well as heritance issues.

Abstract

Retail regulations is one of national sector which is impacted by globalization on the legal aspects in Indonesia. The dynamics of the traditional retail (traditional market and mom and pop store) management in some areas tend to have an orientation on increasing local revenue which can be seen in the management of irregular traditional market management and transition of traditional market to the private sector. On the other hand, the proliferation of modern retail which is side by side with traditional retail is a form of arrangement that is not in accordance with the retail 's designation/purpose. This indicates that the efficiency-justice principle that aims to create a balance turns more to the efficiency of the exclusion of justice for traditional retail. This paper aims to analyze the embodiment of Efficiency-Justice Principle in Indonesian Retail Regulations. The method used in this research is normative-juridical method, which analyze existing national retail regulations. It proposes appropriate method in embodying Efficiency-Justice Principle in Indonesian Retail Regulations.

Abstract

This paper describes about development of 3 phase speed sensorless induction motor speed controller using Field Oriented Vector(FOC) method. Motor speed is estimated by an observer using Self Constructing fuzzy Neural Network (SCFNN) with Levenberg Marquardt(LM) learning algorithm method, that replaces backpropagation method because this method is slow to reach convergent. SCFNN method combines the fuzzy and neural network. The simulation results show that the system can estimate flux and speed of induction motor and it converges faster than backpropagation method. .The estimation result can be used to identify rotor speed of induction motor with good performance Abstract in Bahasa Indonesia: Dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan pengaturan kecepatan motor induksi 3 phase tanpa sensor yang dioperasikan dengan metoda Field Oriented Vector (FOC). Kecepatan motor diestimasi oleh suatu observer dengan suatu metoda Self Constructing Fuzzy Neural Network (SCFNN) dimana pelatihannya menggunakan metode algoritma pelatihan Levenberg Marquardt (LM), yang menggantikan metode Backpropagasi karena metode ini kurang cepat mencapai konvergen. Metode SCFNN mempunyai kemampuan untuk menggabungkan Fuzzy dan Neural Networks. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan sistem dapat mengestimasi fluksi dan kecepatan dengan kekonvergenan yang lebih cepat dari metode backpropagasi. Abstract

Penggunaan media pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan salah satu mata kuliah gelombang dan optik. Salah satu solusi penggunaan media pembelajaran pada perkuliahan gelombang dan optik dengan menggunakan sensor serat optik untuk deteksi konsentrasi kolesterol. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeteksi konsentrasi kolesterol dengan prinsip perambatan sinar laser yang dipandu serat optik coupler sebagai profil berbasis intensitas melalui medium larutan kolesterol dengan konsentrasi yang bervariasi. Adapun variasi konsentrasi larutan kolesterol adalah 0 ppm, 50 ppm, 100 ppm, 150 ppm, 200 ppm, 250 ppm, dan 300 ppm. Mekanisme kerja deteksi konsentrasi kolesterol adalah perambatan sinar laser He-Ne panjang gelombang  632,5 nm melalui serat optik coupler pada larutan kolesterol dan dipantulkan kembali oleh cermin datar kemudian sinar pantul dipandu melalui serat optik coupler sehingga terdeteksi oleh detektor silikon SL-818 yang berupa tegangan output. Hasil pendeteksian  menunjukkan bahwa tegangan output maksimum menunjukkan penurunan secara linier terhadap peningkatan konsentrasi larutan kolesterol dengan sensitivitas 0,0016 mV/ppm dan linieritas lebih dari 96%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan parameter dan kinerja sensor yang akurat sehingga memiliki potensi sebagai media perkuliahan gelombang dan optik.

Abstract

Background: Menstruation is the process of regular discharging of blood in women. The menstrual cycle describes the distance between the first day of menstruation and the next menstruation which normally occurs within 28-35 days. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, the menstrual cycle is used as a simple diagnostic way in viewing a woman's fertility status. Purpose: To determine the effect of acupuncture combination therapy at the Taichong (LV3), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Diji (SP8) and Qihai (CV6) point with herbal pomegranate peel (Punica granatum L.) and ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) in irregular menstrual patients. Methods: Treatment of irregular menstruation with acupuncture and herbal therapy methods. Acupuncture therapy is carried out at the Taichong (LV3), Sanyinjiao (SP6), Diji (SP8) and Qihai (CV6) point with the principle of helping to smooth out the flow of Qi and regulating the Chong & Ren vessels. In herbal therapy the patient is given decoction of herbal pomegranate peel (Punica granatum L.) and ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.). Results: Therapy using acupuncture and herbs to handling cases of irregular menstruation showed a good change in patient's menstrual cycle, this can make the patient's menstrual cycle after therapy to 36 days, which is almost closer to normal compared to before therapy with menstrual cycles exceeding 40 days. Conclusion: Acupuncture and herbal therapy can be continued so that the patient's menstrual cycle returns to normal.

Abstract

A study has been conducted to test the use of electric fields to lower blood sugar levels on rats with type II Diabetes Mellitus. This study uses male rats (Rattus novergicus), aged 8-12 weeks weighing 150-200 grams, with a total of 31 rats. Therapy was conducted by putting rats in a chamber that emits an electric field every day for 1 hour for 28 days. To search for the optimum frequency of the treatment, frequency variations of 15, 30, 60, and 120 kHz were given. The electrical charge distribution of the air in the room was then measured, whereas mice blood sugar levels were also measured to reveal the effect of the treatment on cell tolerance to sugar, and to come up with the measurement of insulin levels at the end of the treatment. The results of measurements of the electrical charges in the air were very significant generally showing that the treatment with a frequency of 15 to 120 KHz for 4 weeks in the experimental animals could lower their blood sugar (fasting period), but the success rate significantly occurred at a frequency of 15 kHz. The decrease in fasting blood sugar levels after the treatment was probably due to the influence of the treatment (the influence of an electric field) that improved the regulation of insulin receptors. Improvements in the regulation of insulin receptor activities with high gluconeogenesis may be the cause of a decrease in fasting blood sugar levels that is not accompanied by improved cell tolerance to sugar. Keywords: Electric Field, blood sugar levels, insulin levels

Abstract

For leakage current safety, Residual Current Device (RCD) has been well known. The purpose of this work is to make the employment of low price components to measure residual current feasible and the Residual Current Device (RCD) must to be taken into account because it is a well known device for leakage current safety. For this purpose, experiments employing the Helmholtz Coil Configuration were performed with the different current flow. Furthermore, the residual current was formulated and simulated through the software Easy Java Simulation (EJS). The results showed that it is possible to move the magnet into different angles using leakage current with linear gradient as low as 0.382 degree/mA. Finally, it was proposed a way to increase the sensitivity and to reduce the hysteresis phenomenon.
