Abstract

Implementation of business today can not only use the approach of textual analysis that is in the Qur’an alone, but must enter into the context of contextual analysis in order to interpret the problem in depth so as to form a behavior, which then becomes a habit, to the ultimate culture, and finally into a solid civilization. Based on this, this paper tries to discuss more deeply related to the contextual analysis of Qur’anic verses in entrepreneurship. The end of this article offers the characteristics of business in Islam, namely intentions based on worship, the foundation of Qur’an, sunnah on the basis of belief (tauḥīd), purpose of the balance of profit world and hereafter (falāḥ), orientation maximization maṣlaḥah, high working ethos, character business performer honest (ṣidq)¸ be responsible, trustworthy, tablīgh, professional (faṭānah). Capital sourced from Ḥalāl property, business scope comply with sharia corridor rules, Free implementation maysir, gharar, ribā, ẓulm, baṭil, zakāt is an obligation, taxes and CSR is an obligation, vertical business relations (creator) and horizontal (gratitude), final destination of the fulfillment of maqāṣid al-syarī’ah (religious, soul, intellectual, descent, and wealth).

Abstract

Insurance is still debated between scholars when viewed in the light of Islamic law. Contemporary Muslim jurists are fully aware that the legal status of Insurance not been determined by Islamic law thinkers in advance (jurists). The application of Takāful today is the result of a struggle between the understanding of Islami law with the reality of what happened. Thus, the problem needs to be reviewed in the light of Islamic law in depth. This paper attempts to offer Shariah Issues in the Application of Takāful From Islamic Law Perspective, including The Concepts of Takāful (Sharia Insurance), Legal Basis of Takāful (Sharia Insurance), History of Takāful (Shariah Insurance) Development, Scholars' Views on Takāful (Sharia Insurance), The Principles of Takāful (Sharia Insurance), Establishment of Contract in Takāful (Sharia Insurance), and To Compare The Characteristics Between Takāful (Shariah Insurance) and Commercial Insurance.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Data Dinas Kesehatan Semarang Utara tahun 2012 menyatakan Kelurahan Bandarharjo memiliki peserta akseptor KB aktif terbanyak dan didominasi oleh akseptor non IUD sebesar 84,79 %. Diperlukan pengkajian lanjut mengenai faktor yang berhubungan dalam pemilihan kontrasepsi Non IUD pada wanita usia subur.Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan penggunaan metode kontrasepsi Non IUD.Metode penelitian: Observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional pada sampel akseptor KB wanita usia subur di Kelurahan Bandarharjo bulan Juni-September 2017 dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling dan besar sampel minimal 66 sampel. Instrumen berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasnya. Pengambilan data dengan cara angket dan wawancara, kemudian analisis hubungan dengan uji statistik Chi Square.Hasil: Analisis statistik diperoleh umur istri (p=0,045; 95%CI=0,98-1,855; PR=1,35), pengetahuan (p=0,049; 95%CI=0,99-1,79; PR=1,33), dan sikap istri (p=0,001; 95%CI=0,98-1,855; PR=1,35) memiliki hubungan signifikan terhadap pemilihan jenis kontrasepsi Non IUD pada akseptor KB wanita usia subur di Bandarharjo. Sedangkan faktor tingkat pendidikan (p=0,877; 95%CI=0,73-1,30; PR=0,98), status ekonomi (p=0,525; 95%CI=0,67-1,24; PR=0,91), budaya tradisi dan keyakinan (p=0,336; 95%CI=0,61-1,21; PR=0,86), pengalaman (p=0,842; 95%CI=0,76-1,40; PR=1,03), jumlah anak (p=1,000; 95%CI=0,73-1,41; PR=1,01), penerimaan informasi KB (p=0,120; 95%CI=0,96-1,64;  PR=1,25),  jamkesmas  (p=0,322;  95%CI=0,87-1,54;  PR=1,16), dan dukungan suami (p=0,670; 95%CI=0,71-1,25; PR=0,94) tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemilihan jenis kontrasepsi Non IUD pada akseptor KB wanita usia subur.Kesimpulan: Faktor umur istri, pengetahuan, dan sikap istri mempunyai hubungan signifikan terhadap pemilihan jenis kontrasepsi Non IUD pada akseptor KB wanita usia subur. Disarankankan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap istri terhadap pemilihan kontrasepsi.

Abstract

In an era of progress in science and technology today many people`s sense of being replaced by sophisticated machines. So that needs less and less human labor. But the machines that use advanced technology can not operate without a human role as an operator in the field. To operate a machine needs to be required qualified manpower in the field technology. Company objectives to be achieved can not be separated from the role of employees. In this case the employee is expected not as objects in achieving corporate objectives, but also noted as a principal or employee participation in achieving objectives. For that in the process of employee recruitment selection process needs to be done in accordance with applicable procedures. So expect to obtain prospective employees who have the skills and basic skills needed company. These skills is a product of the educational system and organizational other experience.From obtained from simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was obtained this information, the salary received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the salary, the more the level of job satisfaction. Benefits received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the higher the allowance, the level of employee job satisfaction is also higher. Isentif received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the higher the Isentif then the level of job satisfaction also. Relationships Between Employees at SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the better the relationship between employees, the higher employee job satisfaction. SMTI employee facility in Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on satisfaction. This means better facilities, either physical or psychological work will impact the increased employee job satisfaction. Together turns Salaries, Allowances, Isentif, Relationships Between Employees, Working facilities have a significant influence on the level of employee job satisfaction. From the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the level of employee job satisfaction, 70.3% the cause is of these variables, while the remainder are caused by lain.

Abstract

Kurikulum Satuan Tingkat Pendidikan (KTSP) pada dasarnya adalah KurikulumBerdasarkan Kompetensi (KBK). Dalam KTSP sekolah (guru) memiliki kesempatanmembuat kurikulum mengembangkan sendiri kurikulumnya sesuai dengan potensisekolah dan daerah, kebutuhan dan latar belakang/karakteristik siswa, sampai padakemampuan gurunya. Pemanfaatan potensi daerah yang dimanfaatkan dalamkurikikulum Seni Budaya termasuk bidang Seni Musik sangat kental dalam KTSP yangtercermin dalam Standar Kompetensi (SD) dan Kompetensi Dasarnya (KD). SayangnyaKD yang begitu kental dengan kesenian daerah masih disikapi guru Seni Budaya denganberbagai interpretasi apakah harus dilaksanakan dengan penuh keterbatasan baikkemampuan guru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan seni berbeda atau dengan jeniskesenian lain sesuai dengan latar belakang dan kemampuan gurunya terutama bagi guruguruyang berlatar belakang musik diatonis. Tidak disebutkan secara eksplisit dalamperumusan SK maupun KD juga menjadi pemicu multitafsir guru dalam menjabarkandalam penyusunan silabusnya terutama dalam penentuan materi pembelajaran maupunkegiatan pembelajarannya. Abstract

ACTION research has been known and regard as one of the new strategy for teachers development in Indonesia. Trough Word Bank Project, for instance, action research  has been decided as the second  pilot project and today it has being tried out in eleven provinces  in Indonesia, include Central Java.As a ˜special subject, music, has many problems in teaching. It happens for years particularly in classroom. Unfortunately, there is no serious effort of the teachers to look for what the problems are and how to overcome it. They should know that there are many problems  for the students to learn music in  the class.The problems of music learning usually happen in the classroom,  both for students or for the teachers. However, as if the teachers do not  care to the problems and become  the problems as a routine duty. The difference of the student music ex-perience problems can influence  the learning process. The different background can also influence the quality of the learning process.The music learning in the classroom is a teachers responsibility in which they know how the students learn, the students characteristics, study environment, students motivations, students progression, etc. To reach a good  result of the students achievement need to teachers responsibility efforts to observe, plan, apply, prac­tice, and so on, to get the good way how to the student can learn music well. The way is carried out in   many times, for about five to seven  or even more then that to achieve a good environment and a good way  to teach or how should the students can learn well. To achieve the way above the teacher need to observe trough research. And the properly research to the purpose is action re­search or classroom-based action research (CAR).

Since its inception, Islam has encouraged his community to organize every good work. Management has been implemented in Islam since the age of the prophet. even since the days of the prophets preceding the beginning of Adam in the story of Qabil and Habil marriage arrangements with their wives. With good organization and tidy, will achieve better results than done individually. Institutions will go well, if managed with good and any organization, always in need of management. Management would be more effective, if the functions are applied properly, because the clarity of a management function in a movement or organization, it will be more focused in achieving a goal. Da'wah/preaching as a humanitarian and human movement, it should be clear or necessary a clear management, purposeful and functional. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect supervision, school culture, and work commitment of job performance elementary school principal of administrative region II city west Jakarta. This research tried to answer problems about job performance with evidence increasing of service employee. The research was conducted on job performance employee involving of 110 elementary school principal had been selected from the target populations of 128 employees by using the quantitative approach with path analysis methods. The research of hypothesis testing show: (1) supervision had a direct effect positive on job performance; (2) school culture had a direct effect positive on job performance; (3) work commitment had a direct effect positive on job performance; (4) supervision had a direct effect positive on work commitment: (5) school culture had a direct effect positive on work commitment;. Therefore to improve the job performance school principal of administrative region II city west Jakarta. Need to increase supervision, school culture, and work commitment.
