Abstract

In an era of progress in science and technology today many people`s sense of being replaced by sophisticated machines. So that needs less and less human labor. But the machines that use advanced technology can not operate without a human role as an operator in the field. To operate a machine needs to be required qualified manpower in the field technology. Company objectives to be achieved can not be separated from the role of employees. In this case the employee is expected not as objects in achieving corporate objectives, but also noted as a principal or employee participation in achieving objectives. For that in the process of employee recruitment selection process needs to be done in accordance with applicable procedures. So expect to obtain prospective employees who have the skills and basic skills needed company. These skills is a product of the educational system and organizational other experience.From obtained from simple regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis was obtained this information, the salary received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means that the higher the salary, the more the level of job satisfaction. Benefits received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the higher the allowance, the level of employee job satisfaction is also higher. Isentif received by employees SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the higher the Isentif then the level of job satisfaction also. Relationships Between Employees at SMTI Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on job satisfaction. This means the better the relationship between employees, the higher employee job satisfaction. SMTI employee facility in Yogyakarta has a significant and positive impact on satisfaction. This means better facilities, either physical or psychological work will impact the increased employee job satisfaction. Together turns Salaries, Allowances, Isentif, Relationships Between Employees, Working facilities have a significant influence on the level of employee job satisfaction. From the results of multiple regression analysis showed that the level of employee job satisfaction, 70.3% the cause is of these variables, while the remainder are caused by lain.

Abstract

Fenomena administratif yang muncul belakangan ini adalah makin besarnya perhatian masyarakat terhadap manajemen sumberdaya manusia. Para tokoh yang berkompeten dilingkungan pemerintahan, swasta maupun ilmuwan yang menekuni berbagai cabang ilmu, seolah-olah memberikan perhatian yang makin besar dibandingkan dengan beberapa dasawarsa terakhir, sehingga memunculkan berbagai spekulasi tentang bagaimana memaknai sumberdaya manusia. Fenomena itu menyebabkan munculnya berbagai pertanyaan diseputar sumberdaya manusia. Untuk menjawabnya tentu saja akan melibatkan banyak hal. Jika ditelaah satu demi satu, masing-masing memiliki penyebab yang berbeda antara satu dengan yang lain. Kegiatan intelektual yang intensif merupakan salah satu pendekatan yang harus dilakukan bila kita ingin mengkaji lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya manajemen sumberdaya manusia. Karena melalui pendekatan intelektual itu diharapkan bisa merumuskan rekomendasi yang harus dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjawab beberapa persoalan yang kian komplek untuk menciptakan sumaer daya manusia sebagai kekuatan daya saing bangsa.Kata Kunci: Sumber Daya Manusia,Manajemen,Negara Berkembang.

Abstract

Kurikulum Satuan Tingkat Pendidikan (KTSP) pada dasarnya adalah KurikulumBerdasarkan Kompetensi (KBK). Dalam KTSP sekolah (guru) memiliki kesempatanmembuat kurikulum mengembangkan sendiri kurikulumnya sesuai dengan potensisekolah dan daerah, kebutuhan dan latar belakang/karakteristik siswa, sampai padakemampuan gurunya. Pemanfaatan potensi daerah yang dimanfaatkan dalamkurikikulum Seni Budaya termasuk bidang Seni Musik sangat kental dalam KTSP yangtercermin dalam Standar Kompetensi (SD) dan Kompetensi Dasarnya (KD). SayangnyaKD yang begitu kental dengan kesenian daerah masih disikapi guru Seni Budaya denganberbagai interpretasi apakah harus dilaksanakan dengan penuh keterbatasan baikkemampuan guru yang berlatar belakang pendidikan seni berbeda atau dengan jeniskesenian lain sesuai dengan latar belakang dan kemampuan gurunya terutama bagi guruguruyang berlatar belakang musik diatonis. Tidak disebutkan secara eksplisit dalamperumusan SK maupun KD juga menjadi pemicu multitafsir guru dalam menjabarkandalam penyusunan silabusnya terutama dalam penentuan materi pembelajaran maupunkegiatan pembelajarannya. Abstract

Introduction: Acute complications are common in patients with Diabetes Mellitus (DM). To improve the behavior prevention of complications and control blood sugar levels, patients need to be equipped with knowledge about the disease process to built a positive attitude and good behavior. The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of patient empowerment based on experiential learning behavior on the prevention of complications and blood sugar levels. Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental design with pre-post test approach using control groups. Samples were 46 diabetic patients who take control in poly RS Mardi Waluyo Blitar taken by consecutive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and checklist recall. Data were analyzed using paired t test, wilcoxon signed rank test and mann whitney. Results: The patient empowerment-based experiential learning have a significant impact on the behavior of prevention of complications. Discussion: Methods of experiential learning can be applied to improve the self-care of patients, especially those who have experienced an acute complications, so the patient is easier to implement behavioral prevention of complications and control blood sugar levels.Keywords: patient empowerment, experiential learning, behavioral prevention, blood glucose

Abstract

ACTION research has been known and regard as one of the new strategy for teachers development in Indonesia. Trough Word Bank Project, for instance, action research  has been decided as the second  pilot project and today it has being tried out in eleven provinces  in Indonesia, include Central Java.As a ˜special subject, music, has many problems in teaching. It happens for years particularly in classroom. Unfortunately, there is no serious effort of the teachers to look for what the problems are and how to overcome it. They should know that there are many problems  for the students to learn music in  the class.The problems of music learning usually happen in the classroom,  both for students or for the teachers. However, as if the teachers do not  care to the problems and become  the problems as a routine duty. The difference of the student music ex-perience problems can influence  the learning process. The different background can also influence the quality of the learning process.The music learning in the classroom is a teachers responsibility in which they know how the students learn, the students characteristics, study environment, students motivations, students progression, etc. To reach a good  result of the students achievement need to teachers responsibility efforts to observe, plan, apply, prac­tice, and so on, to get the good way how to the student can learn music well. The way is carried out in   many times, for about five to seven  or even more then that to achieve a good environment and a good way  to teach or how should the students can learn well. To achieve the way above the teacher need to observe trough research. And the properly research to the purpose is action re­search or classroom-based action research (CAR).

Abstract

This research purposes to know : (1) Correlation between emotional intelligence and students achievement in the culture art lesson study, (2) Influence of emotional intelligence to students achievement in the culture art lesson study, (3) contribution of emotional intelligence to students achievement in the culture art lesson study. The method used in this research is the quantitative correlation action research using ex post facto technique. Data collection techniques used were documentary study and questionnaire. Techniques of data analyze using product moment correlation, regression correlation, and determination coefficient. The result showed that : (1) There was a significant correlation between emotional intelligence and students achievement in the culture art lesson study (2) From the regression  Y = 60,660 + 0,169X means that if emotional intelligence values progressed 1 point, so the students achievement values progressed 0,169 points, (3) Contribution of emotional intelligence to students achievement in the culture art lesson study were 12,2% and 87,8% supported by other factors. Based on the above result, so the teachers and schools team suggested for giving accommodation, and implementation to emotional intelligence factor in the education.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh penggerakan pimpinan dan pengendalian internal dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Tata Kota Metro. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kemampuan penggerakan pimpinan dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai, dan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara  penggerakan pimpinan dan pengendalian internal secara bersama-sama dengan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Tata Kota Metro. Berdasarkan dari analisis data yang telah dilakukan, menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara penggerakan pimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,389 persen produktivitas, sedangkan 61,1 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor lain. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara pengendalian internal terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,548, menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian internal mampu menjelaskan 54,8 persen variabel produktivitas, sedangkan 41,6 persen dijelaskan oleh faktor lain diluar model. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara pengendalian internal dan  penggerak pimpinan terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai secara bersama-sama. Koefisian determinasi sebesar 0,595 berarti pengendalian internal dan penggerak pimpinan mampu menjelaskan 59,5 persen variabel produktivitas, sedangkan 40, persen dijelaskan oleh factor lain diluar model. Key word : Penggerakan Pimpinan, Pengendalian Internal, Produktivitas Kerja

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, dan Citra Merek Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Sepeda Motor Honda Tipe Supra X 125 Pada Dealer Bhineka Motor di Kota Metro Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh langsung pelayanan terhadap Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk terhadap Citra Merek, Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan pembelian, pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk menganalisis masing-masing pengaruh antar variable laten digunakan analisis jalur(path analysis). Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ditemukan bahwa pelayanan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra Merek. Citra Merek berpengaruh langsung terhadap pembelian. Pelayanan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap keputusan pembelian. Pelayanan berpengaruh tidak langsung tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian terhadap Citra Merek, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap keputusan pembelian melalui  Citra Merek.Key Word:Pelayanan,Kualitas Produk,dan Citra Merek,Keputusan Pembelian.
