Abstract

Islamic boarding school is a forerunner development of education system in Indonesia. It even has a real contribution to the development of education in Indonesia. Historically, it has extraordinary experience in fostering and developing the society. It is able to increase their roles independently by exploring the potential of the community around them. One of the strategic steps in developing national development goals in the education sector is through enhancing and developing Islamic boarding school. This paper also explains the classification and education model of Islamic boarding school. Therefore, the government also drafts an Islamic boarding school law and religious education which is expected to maximize its potential. The results showed that the Islamic boarding school law and religious education aimed to form individuals who understood and practiced the values ​​of their religious teachings or become religious scholars who believed, have faith, have noble, independent, ta'awun, tawazun, and tawasut. The islamic boarding school law has the advantage of being able to bring into a clearer direction. The drawback is that there is too much intervention in islamic boarding school households. The presence of the Islamic boarding school Law can have both positive and negative effects on the development of Islamic boarding school as a local genius in Indonesia.

Abstract

Perkembangan spiritual seseorang berlangsung melalui interaksi internal dan lingkungan eksternal secara resiprokal. Perkembangan internal spiritual pelajar semasa SMA memasuki masa kritis, usia dimana sedang mencari kebebasan untuk mengetahui jati diri dengan menunjukkan eksistensinya. Maka dibutuhkan kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual misalnya Makesta, yakni pengkaderan tahap awal menuju perekrutan dan pengenalan anggota organisasi IPNU-IPPNU. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana signifikansi kecerdasan spiritual pelajar melalui pendampingan Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur’an, merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada pemateri, panitia, dan peserta. Dengan memetakan kondisi kecerdasan spiritual peserta serta menggali faktor yang mengembangkannya, menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa signifikansi kecerdasan spiritual pelajar melalui pendampingan Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur’an, dengan enam saluran: Pertama, Melalui pemberian tugas. Kedua, Melalui pengasuhan. Ketiga, Melalui pengetahuan. Keempat, Melalui perubahan pribadi (kreatifitas). Kelima, Melalui persaudaraan. Keenam, Melalui kepemimpinan pengabdian. Dengan penempaan tersebut, menmupuk karakteristik kecerdasan spiritual signifikan, dapat berperilaku seimbang antara relasai keagamaan dengan sesama manusia.Kata Kunci: Signifikansi, Kecerdasan Spiritual, Pelajar, Makesta A person's spiritual development takes place through reciprocal interactions of the internal and external environment. The internal spiritual development of students during high school enters a critical period, an age where they are looking for freedom to know their identity by showing their existence. So we need activities that can develop spiritual intelligence, for example Makesta, namely the initial stage of cadre towards the recruitment and introduction of members of the IPNU-IPPNU organization. The research aims to find out how significant the spiritual intelligence of students through the assistance of Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur'an is, is a qualitative type of field research. Data was collected through observation, documentation and interviews with presenters, committees, and participants. By mapping the condition of the participants' spiritual intelligence and exploring the factors that developed it, it resulted in the conclusion that the significance of students' spiritual intelligence was through the assistance of Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur'an, with six channels: First, through assignment. Second, through parenting. Third, through knowledge. Fourth, through personal change (creativity). Fifth, through brotherhood. Sixth, through devotional leadership. With this forging, cultivating the characteristics of significant spiritual intelligence, can behave in a balanced way between religious relations and fellow human beings.Keywords: Significance, Spiritual Intelligence, Student, Makesta

Abstract

Friday sermons are a method of da'wah among Muslims which is always carried out in various places. The position of the preacher is very vital considering that it is related to the validity of worship. The aim of this service is to find out how to facilitate the guidance and training of young cadres of imams and preachers in Sapuran & Kepil District, Wonosobo Regency. The service stages go through three steps: coordination, implementation and evaluation. Qualitative research setting by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this activity show that facilitating guidance and training for young cadres of imams and preachers is very useful in that it can improve the quality of preachers and imams in carrying out Friday prayers. This contributes to understanding the importance of the content and strategy of the preacher in carrying out his duties, avoiding apathy which allows the congregation to become bored and not focus on listening to the sermon so that Friday prayers become dry of meaning. The conclusion specifies the essence that is meaningful for the reader, and how the research gaps are filled so that they contain elements of novelty and contribution to the wider area of da'wah.

Abstract

Da'wah activities are activities carried out by preachers by calling for goodness and preventing evil things in order to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter. Among the management carried out by the Muslim community is how to develop prospective cadres of imams and preachers for Friday prayers. The aim of this service is to find out how to guide and train young cadres of imams and preachers, Garung & Mojotengah District, Wonosobo Regency. This community service was carried out on October 8 2023, in Mojotengah sub-district. The service is carried out in several stages, the first stage is the explanation of the theory to the participants. The second stage is the training stage carried out by the resource person. The research results concluded that this guidance and training activity produced young cadres of imams and preachers who understand and can carry out their profession as imams and preachers properly and correctly. After being given theoretical knowledge through lecture and discussion methods, the training participants were given space to practice being imams and preachers in these activities. In this way, guidance and training participants have abilities not only theoretically but also practically. This activity is expected to produce a community that understands and can carry out Friday sermons.
