Perkembangan spiritual seseorang berlangsung melalui interaksi internal dan lingkungan eksternal secara resiprokal. Perkembangan internal spiritual pelajar semasa SMA memasuki masa kritis, usia dimana sedang mencari kebebasan untuk mengetahui jati diri dengan menunjukkan eksistensinya. Maka dibutuhkan kegiatan yang dapat mengembangkan kecerdasan spiritual misalnya Makesta, yakni pengkaderan tahap awal menuju perekrutan dan pengenalan anggota organisasi IPNU-IPPNU. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana signifikansi kecerdasan spiritual pelajar melalui pendampingan Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur’an, merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan jenis kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara kepada pemateri, panitia, dan peserta. Dengan memetakan kondisi kecerdasan spiritual peserta serta menggali faktor yang mengembangkannya, menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa signifikansi kecerdasan spiritual pelajar melalui pendampingan Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur’an, dengan enam saluran: Pertama, Melalui pemberian tugas. Kedua, Melalui pengasuhan. Ketiga, Melalui pengetahuan. Keempat, Melalui perubahan pribadi (kreatifitas). Kelima, Melalui persaudaraan. Keenam, Melalui kepemimpinan pengabdian. The research aims to find out how significant the spiritual intelligence of students through the assistance of Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur'an is, is a qualitative type of field research. Data was collected through observation, documentation and interviews with presenters, committees, and participants. By mapping the condition of the participants' spiritual intelligence and exploring the factors that developed it, it resulted in the conclusion that the significance of students' spiritual intelligence was through the assistance of Makesta IPNU-IPPNU MA Takhassus Al-Qur'an, with six channels: First, through assignment. Second, through parenting. Third, through knowledge. Fourth, through personal change (creativity). Fifth, through brotherhood. Sixth, through devotional leadership.
