Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make a design of accounting information systems for merchandise inventory at the Cireng Cinta Shop with a website-based and SAK EMKM, where it is expected that the development of the system can provide an overview of the proper application of the merchandise inventory accounting information system. Currently Cireng Cinta Shop still uses manual processing throughout, where when ordering products the product must come to the seller's place to place an order or via SMS or WA, after that when the collection is not given proof of payment that should be evidence for later reporting. Inventory management is still manually which is not taken into account. Therefore, with the design of an accounting information system for merchandise inventory to facilitate application development in accordance with SAK EMKM and activities. The method used in this research is descriptive method and also survey, where by conducting a direct survey at the site of the activity makes it easy to see firsthand the shortcomings and potential that might be developed further. The unit of analysis examined in this study is the Cireng Cinta Shop, the population studied is the inventory report from January-April 2020. The results of this study are expected to be able to find out about merchandise inventory information systems, as well as design systems that will be applied to companies. The design process of making ERD, context diagrams, program menu structures, account codes, general journals, and merchandise inventory cards are required by the company. With the development of this system, it will facilitate the process of integrating company problems with future application design.

Abstract

PT Tasly World Indonesia Branch Bandung is addressed in Jl. Abdul Rachman Saleh 9 City Square A-3 Bandung. At the time of recording supplies, PT Tasly World Indonesia Branch Bandung is already using the computer by using Microsoft Office Excel 2003, which is often in error recording. On the problems the writer took the title "Accounting Information Systems Inventory Trade at PT Tasly World Indonesia Branch Bandung". Research type which writer applies is base research, data type which writer applies is qualitative data and quantitative data, research design type which writer applies is research design with primary data and secondary data, research method which writer applies is research of eksploratoris and descriptive research, data collecting technique which writer applies is field researcher what consisted of interview and observation and bibliography research system development method which writer applies is methodologies orienting at process, data and output. System development structure applied is Waterfall. Scheme of information system applied is context diagram, data flow diagram, and flowchart With writer makes scheme of trade stock accounting information system, expected data processing, record-keeping of supply data at PT Tasly World Indonesia Cabang Bandung becomes more effective, computerized and efficient as according to financial accounting standard and, output yielded consisted of supply card, supply report, sale report, report retur goods, report retur sale, financial statement, Balance Sheet.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to facilitate village-owned enterprises in developing newly initiated businesses, one of which is the rental of a futsal field. From the business process built, members, plan to accelerate the system by utilizing information system technology and comply with financial accounting standards for micro, small, and medium enterprises. To support the manufacture of this system, the method used is the prototype method with the stages of communication, planning, modelling, development, and deployment. Based on the research results by futsal field operators, the level of accounting knowledge is still low, especially accounting knowledge for micro, small and medium entities. To assist and facilitate operators in making financial reports according to standards, the development of a web-based futsal field rental application helps accelerate the business processes of Village-Owned Enterprises, digitally documenting processes, and making financial reports according to financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v4i2.5995

Abstract

The research was conducted at PT. Sinkona Indonesia Lestari is a manufacturing company engaged in the industry that produces quinine salt of quinine and its derivatives. The Company requires cash flow of financial statements information that is fast, precise, accurate and up to date for management decision making. Authors are interested with the title "Accounting Information System Design Method With Decision Support System (DSS”). Design studies using primary data and secondary data, system development methodology using output oriented methodology, process oriented methodology and the data oriented methodology. While the structure of system development used by the authors is Waterfall. Accounting information system design using a context diagram, data flow diagrams, system flowcharts, and Entity Relationship Diagram. With accounting information systems managers can improve the quality of decision making.

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi di daerah pedesaan membutuhkan perhatian serius dan partisipasi holistik antara lembaga pemerintah desa, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDES), bisnis industri rumah tangga (UMKM). Desa Pagerwangi adalah salah satu desa potensial di provinsi Jawa Barat, tetapi kondisi yang dihadapi saat ini, desa tersebut memiliki kendala dalam mengoptimalkan potensi desanya, yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya penggunaan teknologi informasi dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang kompeten dalam mengelola organisasi bisnisnya. Kondisi ini jika dibiarkan tidak terkendali tentu akan berdampak pada ekonomi desa yang tidak optimal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Salah satu upaya yang diambil adalah meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia melalui penggunaan informasi dan kemajuan teknologi. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang kami lakukan adalah salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi dalam mendukung kesuksesan bisnis di Desa Pagerwangi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan konseling, demonstrasi dan pelatihan, serta pendampingan kepada mitra, yaitu: manajer Bumdes, pengusaha industri rumah tangga (UMKM), Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan keluarga. Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilakukan antara kegiatan sibuk masyarakat desa dan dilakukan dengan pendekatan persuasif sehingga interaksi dengan target lebih mudah dilakukan dan alih pengetahuan serta peningkatan kompetensi berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan pengabdian serta pengamatan tim menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM di Desa Pagerwangi telah meningkat dan penduduk desa umumnya antusias untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Kegiatan PPMUPT ini terbukti dapat meningkatkan kompetensi SDM manajemen organisasi dan manajemen organisasi serta menunjukkan perbaikan organisasi bisnis menuju proses keberhasilan.

Abstract

a follow-up to the superior community empowerment program of Indonesian computer universities (PPMUPT) which consists of a collaboration of 3 study programs, namely the Postgraduate Program, Accounting and Computerized Accounting, in the 2nd year PPMUPT Program funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, as part of the tridarma has begun implemented after the adaptation of new habits / new normal with mentoring meetings on a limited scale, starting again in accordance with the programs that have been launched by the Village-owned enterprises in Desa Pagerwangi, West Bandung Regency. Assistance includes the need to improve BUMDES by utilizing existing facilities and those that are being prepared. Assistance for BUMDes optimization in terms of ICT utilization, BUMDes governance in terms of strengthening HR competencies, financial management and marketing of IRT products that are integrated and facilitated in BUMDes. is in the process of making the BUMDes e-ticket, e-commerce and postal (point of sale) application which is integrated with the BUMDES SMART ASSET that has been built and improved according to the BUMDes Desa Pagerwangi work program in 2020. In addition to this, an online training system is implemented and direct assistance in BUMDes between lecturers, village officials, IRT and other communities while still following health and social distancing procedures. The results of the activities obtained by the PPMUPT UNIKOM implementation team in 2020 found other potentials that could be developed in the Village such as the establishment of the Village Multipurpose Building which can be used for various activities / meetings with the Village community (giving BLT, Village Deliberations, receptions, seminars etc.) , Village sports field facilities (Sorga Desa) which can be used as an integrated tourist site (camping ground, jogging track, café, and minimarket) and the construction of BUMDES Building which has been facilitated with adequate facilities has been completed. Having sufficient village potential and balanced with good management is expected to help the village from an economic downturn after the covid-19 outbreak.
