Abstract

ABSTRAK Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Pesantren Tinggi  Darul ‘Ulum (UNIPDU) Jombang merupakanlembaga pendidikan tinggi di Jombang. Banyaknya lembaga pendidikan yang bermunculan saat ini, sebagai acuan bagi UNIPDU untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan agar sesuai dengan harapan konsumen (mahasiswa) sehingga siap dalam menghadapi persaingan regional. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penilaian terhadap kualitas jasa pelayanan padaUNIPDU. Penilaian kualitas jasa pelayanan dimaksudkan untuk menentukan atribut dan tingkat kepuasaan konsumen terhadap kualitas atribut jasa pelayanan tersebut. Metode servperf menentukan kualitas layanan dengan hanya melakukan pengukuran pada kinerja pelayanan. Teknik pengolahan data meliputi identifikasi atribut awal kemudian menentukan keunggulan dan kelemahan layanan dengan analisis kwadran. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dalam metode Servperf, atribut keinginan konsumen termasuk kedalam kuadran A (prioritas utama) yang menunjukkan bahwa daftar keinginan konsumen yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang tinggi, namun masih menunjukkan kinerja (kepuasan) yang kurang. Dalam menghadapi persaingan regional UNIPDU harus memperhatikan kebutuhan konsumen terutama faktor yang penting namun belum memenuhi kepuasan. Kata kunci : kualitas jasa layanan, metodeservperf, persaingan regional ABSTRACT University of Pesantren Darul ‘Ulum (UNIPDU) Jombang is an institution of higher education in Jombang. Number of educational institutions that emerged today, as a reference to UNIPDU to improve service quality to match the expectations of consumers (students) so it´s ready to face regional competition. For that we need to evaluate the quality of service in UNIPDU. Assessment of quality of service is intended to determine the attributes and levels of customer satisfaction with quality of service attributes. Servperf method for determining the quality of the service by simply measuring the performance of services. Data processing techniques include early identification of attributes and then determine the strengths and weaknesses of service with the quadrant analysis. Based on calculations in Servperf method, attribute the desire of consumers who are included in quadrant A (priority) which shows that the wish list of consumers who have a high level of importance, but it still shows the performance (satisfaction) is lacking. In the face of regional competition UNIPDU should pay attention to the needs of consumers, particularly the factors that are important but not satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) perbedaan kreativitas anak usia dini pada pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menggunaka media plastisin, (2) perbedaan kreativitas antara kelompok anak yang diajarkan dengan media plastisin dan media balok di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 5 Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group design. Teknik observasi digunakan untuk mengetahui kreativitas anak. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji T-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) ada perbedaan kreativitas anak usia dini pada pembelajaran sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media plastisin. (2) ada perbedaan yang signifikan mengenai kreativitas anak antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol. Perolehan mean kreativitas eksperimen lebih besar dari pada mean kelompok kontrol yaitu 37,00 > 31,17. Hasil uji-t data posttest kemampuan kreativitas kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa nilai t-tabel dengan derajat bebas (df) 34 dengan taraf signifikansi  α = 0,05 adalah sebesar 2,032. Nilai t- hitung 3,389 > t-tabel 2,032 dan nilai p-value 0,000< taraf signifikansi 0,05.Kata Kunci: penggunaan, media plastisin, kreativitas anak usia dini THE USE OF PLASTISIN MEDIA IN IMPROVING CHILDREN CREATIVITYAbstractThis research aims to know: (1) there are the differences of early childhood creativity of learning before and after using Plastisin, (2) the differences of creativity in learning by using Plastisin and Block of children group at TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 5 Mataram. This research used quasi-experiment with pretest-posttest control group design. The data collection technique used observation. Analysis data technique was done with T-test. The result of the research was (1) There are differences of early childhood creativities in learning before and after using plastisin media. (2) There are significance differences between creativities the experiment and control group. Creativity experiment mean was bigger than control group 37.00 > 31.17. The result of T-test data from post-test, the creativity ablity of control and experiment group showed that t-table with standard deviation (df) 34 with significance α = 0.05 was 2.032. t-count score 3.389>t-table 2.032 and p-value 0.000 < significance 0.05.Keywords: the use of, plastisin media, children creativity.

Abstract

Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS) merupakan salah satu pelajaran yang diberikan mulai SD/MI mengkaji seperangkat peristiwa, fakta, dan generalisasi yang berkaitan dengan fenomena alam serta kehidupan makhluk. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui gambaran objektif tentang peningkatan hasil belajar IPS dengan metode Field Trip pada siswa kelas III Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Surenlor Kecamatan Bendungan semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Subyek penelitian siswa kelas III SDN 1 Surenlor, Kecamatan Bendungan, Kabupaten Trenggalek berjumlah 14 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah tes. Teknik analisis yang dipakai rata-rata dan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, pada kondisi awal hanya ada 4 siswa yang tuntas belajar, dengan persentase ketuntasan sebesar 28,57%, dan rata-rata kelas 62,86; pada siklus I angka ketuntasan belajar naik menjadi 71,42% dengan rata-rata kelas 74,29; dan pada siklus II, angka ketuntasan belajar naik menjadi 100%, semua siswa tuntas dalam belajar. Kesimpulan yang dapat diperoleh bahwa penggunaan metode Field Trip dalam pembelajaran, terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas III semester I Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015 di SDN 1 Surenlor, Kecamatan Bendungan Kabupaten Trenggalek.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of vital capacity of the lungs, nutritional status, physical activity and exercise motivation to physical fitness on the athlete Package National Sports Committee Indonesia Depok city.This research uses survey method to see the relationship between variables. Data analysis techniques use path pathology. Path analysis techniques can be used to test the direct and indirect effects on vital capacity of the lungs, nutritional status, physical activity and exercise motivation against Physical fitness the athlete package National sports Committee Indonesia Depok City.Overall, it can be concluded that after tested statistically to empirical data which have been obtained from field, it can be said that the four independent variables namely vital capacity of lungs, nutritional status, physical activity and exercise motivation have significant direct positive influence of physical fitness on on the athlete package National Sports Committee Indonesia Depok city.   Keywords: vital capacity of the lungs, nutritional status, physical activity, exercise motivation and physical fitness

Abstract

Hemodialisis (cuci darah) merupakan suatu tindakan terapi pengganti ginjal yang telah rusak. Pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis mengalami masalah psikologis salah satunya yaitu ansietas. Ansietas terjadi dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat ansietas, pasien dan keluarga pasien hemodialisis di RS Kendal. Metode penelitian menggunakan survey deskriptif kuantitatif.Alat ukur menggunakan 14 pertanyaan terkait ansietas pada kuesioner DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale).Sampel penelitian berjumlah 60 pasien dan 60 keluarga pasien.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas pasien dan keluarga pasien mengalami ansietas pada tingkat berat. Hasil penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat memberikan intervensi yang efektif untuk mengatasi ansietas pasien dan keluarga pasien hemodialisis. Kata kunci: Ansietas, Pasien dan Keluarga pasien hemodialisis DESCRIPTION OF PATIENT ANSIETAS LEVELS AND FAMILY OF HEMODIALYSIS PATIENTS ABSTRACTHemodialysis (dialysis) is an action therapy for kidney replacement that has been damaged. Patients who undergo hemodialysis experience psychological problems, one of which is anxiety. Anxiety occurs due to lack of knowledge. The study aims to describe the level of anxiety, patients and families of hemodialysis patients in Kendal Hospital. The research method used a quantitative descriptive survey. Measuring instruments used 14 questions related to anxiety on the DASS questionnaire (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale). The research samples were 60 patients and 60 patient families. The results showed that the majority of patients and families of patients experienced anxiety at a severe level. The results of this study were recommended to future researchers in order to be able to provide effective interventions to overcome the anxiety of patients and families of hemodialysis patients.  Keywords: Anxiety, Patients and Families of hemodialysis patients

Abstract

Manusia saat ini banyak yang mengalami gangguan, gangguan fisik ataupun mental yang akan mempengaruhi sosial dan budaya sehari-hari seorang manusia. Gangguan fisik ataupun mental dapat terjadi kepada siapa saja, yang dimana kondisi mental yang mengalami gangguan dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan fisik, sehingga tidak menutup kemungkinan seorang yang mengalami gangguan jiwa juga akan mempunyai penyakit penyerta yang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui gambaran penyakit penyerta terbanyak di ruang Kresno RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua pasien yang ada selama 6 bulan terakhir (Mei-November) sejumlah 284 pasien. Teknik sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling. Adapun besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 284 responden. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang di ruang Kresno. Data dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyakit penyerta terbanyak pasien gangguan jiwa adalah Diabetes Melitus sebanyak 52 pasien, hipertensi sebanyak 43 pasien dan epilepsi sebanyak 40 pasien. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan meneliti tentang faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya penyakit penyerta pada pasien. Kata kunci: Penyakit penyerta, pasien gangguan jiwa DESCRIPTION OF DISEASE DISEASE PATIENTS OF SOUL DISORDERS ABSTRACTHumans today have many disorders, physical or mental disorders that will affect the social and cultural everyday of a human. Physical or mental disorders can occur to anyone, where a mental condition that has an impairment can affect physical health, so that it is possible for a person who has a mental disorder to have other comorbidities. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the most common comorbidities in the Kresno Room at the RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang. The research method used is descriptive. The population in this study were all patients who had been in the last 6 months (May-November) totaling 284 patients. The sample technique in this study used total sampling. The sample size in this study was 284 respondents. This research was conducted at the RSJD Dr. Amino Gondho Hutomo Semarang in the Kresno room. Data were analyzed univariately using frequency distribution. The results showed that the most comorbidities of mental patients were 52 diabetes mellitus patients, 43 patients with hypertension and 40 patients with epilepsy. Further research is suggested to examine the factors that can influence the occurrence of comorbidities in patients.  Keywords: co-morbidities, mental patients.

Abstract

ABSTRAKSarana prasarana merupakan aspek penting di dalam manajemen bencana, terutama wilayah yang memiliki potensi tsunami yang tinggi seperti kepulauan Mentawai. Salah satu kelompok yang rentan terhadap bencana tsunami adalah siswa sekolah. Kerentanan ini dikarenakan masih rendahnya kesiapsiagaan siswa SSB dalam pengurangan risiko bencana di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan sarana prasarana terhadap kesiapsiagaan siswa SSB dalam pengurangan risiko bencana tsunami.  Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan desain observational analitik korelatif dan pendekatan cross sectional dengan sampel sebanyak 109 siswa yang di ambil dari kelas 5 dan 6 di 3 SDN yaitu SDN 13, SDN 16 dan SDN 17 di Kecamatan Sipora Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara sarana prasarana dengan kesiapsiagaan siswa SSB dalam pengurangan risiko bencana tsunami, dengan nilai (p=0.000) dan nilai r =0.98.  Sarana prasarana memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesiapsiagaan siswa SSB sehingga dapat menghambat kesiapsiagaan siswa dalam pengurangan risiko bencana tsunami di Kecamatan Sipora Kabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai.Kata Kunci: Sarana Prasarana, Kesiapsiagaan, Pengurangan Risiko Bencana  ABSTRACTInfrastructure and facilities is an important aspect of disaster management especially in areas with high Tsunami potential such as Mentawai Islands. One of the groups which are vulnerable to Tsunami is students. This vulnerability is due to the low preparedness of Sekolah Siaga Bencana (School-Based Disaster Preparedness, abbreviated as SBB) students in disaster risk reduction. This study aims to analyze the relationship of infrastructure and facilities to the preparedness of SSB students in disaster risk reduction especially tsunami. This study is a quantitative research conducted by using a correlative-analytic observational design and cross-sectional approach with a sample of 109 students taken from 5th and 6th grader in 3 Sekolah Dasar Negeri (Elementary School or SDN) namely SDN 13, SDN 16 and SDN 17 in Sipora District, Mentawai Islands. There is a significant relationship between infrastructure-facilities and the preparedness of SBB students towards the reduction of Tsunami risk with the value of (p = 0.000) and r = 0.98. Infrastructure and facilities have a significant relationship with the preparedness of SBB students so that it can inhibit the reduction of tsunami risk in Sipora District, Mentawai Islands.Keywords: Infrastructure and facilities, Preparedness, Disaster Risk Reduction

Abstract

Social attitudes is an important thing in life together in a society. This is because during his life humans will never be separated in the presence of an interaction with another human being. With a good social interaction is expected to lead to social feelings that can bind the individual to his fellow human beings in the form of mutual help, respect and accept, sympathy, and so on.Social Studies has the noble task as the foundation of the development potential of learners, intellectually, socially, culturally and socially, which is able to foster a way of thinking, attitude and behavior are responsible as individuals, citizens, and citizens as well as citizens of the world. Additionally Sciences also has the task of developing social values in shaping social attitudes of learners in the face of social problems, both of which draw themselves and society that occur in everyday life.Teachers are required to demonstrate high creativity in developing learning in the classroom, and is expected to achieve breakthrough in social studies learning, so that learning becomes meaningful learning undertaken. Learning that promotes mastery of competencies focus on learners, provide learning and provide learning experiences relevant and contextualized subject matter and develop a rich and strong mentally to students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to (1) find out how the availability of the internet application in schools as resource of learning. (2) The effect of internet availability on students' independence learning in English lesson. The population in this study were eighth grade students of SMP N 9 Yogyakarta in 2019 as many as 36 students. Samples were taken with saturated techniques. This study used quantitative method with ex post facto research types. Data collection was carried out by interview techniques and questionnaires as data on the availability of the internet in schools as learning resources and the impact of the availability of the internet on students' independence learning in English lesson. Analysis of the data used Likert scale or called scale five. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the availability of the internet at school as a learning resource is good enough in its use and management. (2) There is a positive impact on the availability of the internet in the school as a learning resource for students' independence learning in English lesson.

Abstract

The study describes the students’ thinking skill, and metacognitive in problem solving reasoning (PSR) learning model at SMAN 19 Makassar in the academic year 2018/2019. The design of this research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) in which subject was students social science eleventh grade students that consisted of 69 students. Data were collected by using a problem-solving reasoning tests in the form of multiple choice, essay, oral and practice tests. Data of problem solving reasoning (PSR) abilities were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. The results of this study show that: (1) The application of problem solving reasoning (PSR) can improve the statistical students’ metacognitive of social science eleventh grade students. In cycle I, the students’ English outcomes average reached 59.2, whereas in cycle II was successfully increased into 84.8, In cycle I, the students’ sociology and anthropology outcomes average reached 60.9, whereas in cycle II was successfully increased into 88.5 and in cycle I, the students’ Art and Culture outcomes average reached 62.3, whereas in cycle II was successfully increased into 86.9. (2) The application of problem solving reasoning (PSR) can improve students' metacognitive of social science XI grade students. These results indicate that there has been an increasing in percentage mastery learning by 20% from cycle I to cycle II.
