Abstract

This research is in the form of Classroom Action Research (CAR), because there are problems that the authors find in learning English, namely the percentage of students who get a score less than the Minimum Completeness Criteria which is set at 75. So that the author by carrying out CAR this is expected to improve the result of students learning who is given English learning in the Offering Help material using the Snowball Throwing model. CAR is conducted in class XII TKR A SMK Negeri 1 Ponjong. Researchers carry out research activities in 2 cycles, starting with planning, implementing, observing, reflecting, and improving. In the activity of each cycle the researcher did 2 meetings. The test results show that learning with the Snowball Throwing model runs better. This is evidenced by the percentage of student completeness values that have increased by 22%, shown in the first cycle an average of 71 and in the second cycle an average of 78, while the percentage of students who received an incomplete score decreased. At the end of the study, the mastery level of students classically increased from 68% to 90%.

Abstract

Eksplorasi ini berencana untuk lebih mengembangkan prestasi belajar pengganti yang diarahkan dengan penggunaan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berbantuan Moodle E Learning. Ujian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan artikel pengujian siswa kelas XII TKR A SMK Negeri 1 Ponjong. Ujian diarahkan dalam 2 siklus, mulai dari menyusun, melaksanakan, memperhatikan, merefleksi, dan memodifikasi. Strategi dan perangkat berbagai informasi dimanfaatkan dalam eksplorasi ini adalah Instrumen soal (test) yang di upload di Moodle E Learning. Sedangkan untuk keterampilan writing dan speaking, peserta didik mengumpulkan tugasnya melalui alamat link google form. Selanjutnya penanganan informasi dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan pemeriksaan informasi peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai KKM dan analisis nilai prestasi siswa biasa. Hasil Itulah yang ditunjukkan oleh penelitian belajar dengan penerapan model Project Based Learning berbantuan Moodle E Learning berhasil lebih baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Project Based Learning berbantuan moodle E- Learning bekerja lebih Bagus. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan prestasi belajar Bahasa Inggris, dilihat dari persentase ketuntasan prestasi belajar pengetahuan 77%, selanjutnya persentase ketuntasan prestasi belajar writing 83% dan persentase ketuntasan prestasi belajar speaking meningkat menjadi 83%.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes by utilizing Moodle to support learning using discovery learning models. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with the object of research being class XII TKR A students at SMK Negeri 1 Ponjong. In this research, it was conducted in 2 cycles starting from planning, implementing, observing, reflecting, and revising. The findings in the study show that applying the Moodle-assisted discovery learning model works better than using traditional learning methods. The results showed that the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes increased, this can be seen through student learning outcomes during the English learning process. This occurs in each action cycle resulting in an increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the data on the initial scores of students that 54% of students got a complete score. In cycle I, it was recorded that 68% of students got a complete score and in cycle II, it was recorded that 85% of students got a complete score. So that this research was declared successful, there was an increase in the completeness of student learning outcomes, in cycle I there was an increase in the percentage of 14% from the initial data on student learning outcomes. In cycle II there is an increase in the percentage of 17% from cycle I data.
