Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the external and internal environmental factors by using the EFE and IFE matrix that lead to the competition changes and seek the alternative strategies by applying SWOT matrix as well as by specifying or selecting the most appropriate strategy through QSPM at Batik Labor Group Production on Keser Notog , Patikraja, Banyumas. This research implemented descriptive research based on the case study that applied qualitative and quantitative approach. The data collection related to the research was accomplished in several stages. It was started by interviews or Focus Group Discussion (FGD) by providing questionnaires to the concerned stakeholders. The data analysis was conducted through Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) Matrix; External Factor Evaluation Matrix (EFE) Matrix; Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT); and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The results of this study shows that the strategy on creating a unique styles and motifs of batik is the best alternative strategy to be implemented in Batik Labor Groups Production on Keser Notog, Patikraja, Banyumas, Central Java with the TAS value of 6.22 for QSPM matrix. This strategy is the most appropriate approach to be implemented to enhance the competitive advantage to face the various kinds of threats and weaknesses and to strengthen the competitiveness in business production of Batik in Keser Notog, Patikraja, Banyumas, Central Java.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze the extent to which the financial performance conditions that have been achieved by cooperatives in the past 5 years on the basis of assessing business capital turnover, profit margins, economic profitability, own capital profitability are good and to apply and compare knowledge obtained under the real circumstances. This type of research is to describe and solve a problem raised in the study, namely the analysis of financial performance, the research used is a case study with quantitative descriptive analysis, namely the method of data analysis using quantitative calculations (numerical data) used on data of objects that have been collected. The results of this study indicate that judging from the level of business capital turnover has fluctuating movements, when viewed from the profit margin it tends to increase, whereas when viewed from economic profitability tends to decrease and when viewed from the profitability of its own capital tends to increase assessed more able to manage businesses with their own capital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi, Persepsi Dan Internalisasi Standar ISO 9001 Terhadap Kinerja pada PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, persepsi dan internalisasi standar ISO 9001 terhadap kinerja. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah pertama motivasi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi penerapan standar ISO 9001. Kedua motivasi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap internalisasi standar ISO 9001. Ketiga motivasi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Keempat persepsi penerapan standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Kelima internalisasi standar ISO 9001 berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei yang mengambil data dengan kuesioner. Sasaran penelitian adalah karyawan PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan di departemen PT. Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampelnya yaitu Probability Sampling dan jumlah sampel yang memenuhi syarat dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 143 orang. Alat analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) melalui program Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 16.0. Sedangkan pengukuran data menggunakan 7 skala likert This study was aimed at analyzing the influence of motivation, perception, and internalization of ISO 9001 standard on the performance of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap. There are five hypothesa of this study, i.e: 1) the motivation of applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the perception on applying ISO 9001 standard; 2) the motivation of applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to; 3) the motivation of applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the performance; 4) the perception on applying ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the performance; 5) the internalization of ISO 9001 standard has a positive and significant impact to the performance. This is a survey research the data of which was gained through questionaires. The respondents of this research were emplyoees of PT> Holcim Indonesia Tbk Cilacap and sampling technique used in this research was probabiliy sampling fulfilling the requirement of 143 orang. Data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) using version 16.0 of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) and data measurement used a Likert scale of 7.

Abstract

Cooperative economic enterprise is an economic pillar of Indonesian society. Cooperative economic enterprise is a key in reducing poverty community members. The problems that developed in the Koperasi organization is still poor quality and lack of cooperative institutional and managerial capacity in the absence of a business plan business as a business entity. Business plan which is expected to improve the welfare of members or farmers, in order to utilize the natural resources and human resources in the region in order to optimize. Based on the statement above, the issues to be analyzed are 1) how the feasibility of the production and marketing of sugar crystals the cooperative Nira Satria Kabupaten Banyumas by analyzing the legal aspects, environmental aspects, market aspects and marketing, technical and technological aspects, aspects of management and human resources as well as financial aspects; 2) how does the business development and marketing of crystal sugar production the cooperative Nira Satria Kabupaten Banyumas; 3) how does the production of business plans and marketing sugar crystals the cooperative Nira Satria Kabupaten Banyumas. Methods of this study use descriptive method. Descriptive method is a method that aims to provide a general overview, systematic, factual and actual. This descriptive method there is two methods of descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. Parameters measured in the business of production and marketing of sugar crystals with an emphasis on the legal aspects, the environment, markets and marketing, technical and technological, and human resources management, finance. This study used a survey method, to determine the respondents conducted by purposive sampling. Results from this study is that all aspects of the feasibility of the results showed that lead to this effort deserves to be developed and the need for a business plan and business continuity for progress production and marketing cooperative sugar crystals district becomes more advanced and developed.

Abstract

SULASIH. NPM. 16.11.1001.3509.144. Dengan Judul : Peranan Koordinasi Lurah Dalam Meningkatkan Efektifvitas Kerja Pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Teluk Lingga Kecamatan Sangata Utara. Dibawah bimbingan ibu Dra. Hj. Nanik Pujiastuti, M.Si sebagai pembimbing I dan Ibu Jamiah,S.Sos, M.Si sebagai pembimbing II Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui peranan antara koordinasi lurah dalam meningkatkan efektivitas kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Teluk Lingga Kecamatan Sangata Utara dan Untuk menguji kebenaran hipotesis penelitian apakah diterima atau ditolak.Untuk menganalisis data-data yang diperoleh baik data variabel Koordinasi Lurah maupun Efektivitas kerja pegawai, maka peneliti menggunakan rumus Koefisien  Korelasi  Rank Spearman  (rs). Hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa koefesien korelasi Rank Spearman yang dihasilkan adalah  = 0,830 untuk n = 29. Hasil analisis tersebut lebih besar jika dibandingkan dengan harga-harga kritis pada tabel Rank Spearman untuk n = 29 sebesar 0,312. Ini berarti bahwa variabel koordinasi lurah  mempunyai peranan  yang signifikan dengan variabel efektivitas kerja pegawai Pada Kantor Kelurahan Teluk Lingga Kecamatan Sangata Utara.Berdasarkan hasil perbandingan analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan pula bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan di dalam penelitian ini dapat diterima dan dibuktikan kebenarannya.

Abstract

Persaingan bisnis memang hal yang wajar di dalam dunia bisnis. Para pelaku bisnis melakukan berbagai cara agar dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen terhadap produk yang mereka tawarkan. Banyak penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang mempengaruhi minat beli konsumen terhadap suatu produk, namun dalam penelitian ini mengkaji persepsi harga, kemasan, kualitas pelayanan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli konsumen produk olahan khas Bumiayu di Jawa Tengah. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik insidental sampling dengan jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan pada variabel presepsi harga adalah sebesar 0,207 berarti lebih besar dari probabilitas 0,05 berarti variable presepsi harga tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Variabel kemasan menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,200 yang artinya lebih besar dari probabilitas 0,05, berarti variable kemasan tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. sedangkan variabel kualitas pelayanan menunjukan bahwa nilai signifikan sebesar 0,036 lebih kecil dari probabilitas 0,05 berarti signifikan jadi variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Performance evaluation is needed by each Study Program to understand the achievement of advantages and at the same time the weaknesses and shortcomings of targets that have not been achieved. In addition, the evaluation of the study program's performance is also one of the requirements for applying for accreditation. This research focuses on evaluating the performance of the Islamic Economics Study Program IAIN Purwokerto in 2018-2019 by basing it on the Study Program accreditation instrument from BAN-PT. This research only reveals quantitative data as requested in the LKPS instrument. Data analysis was carried out using an assessment instrument from BAN-PT in the form data category, which was about half of the overall assessment items on the instrument. Based on real data in the field, the average score is 3 (very good). With quantitative data like this, even harder efforts are needed to be able to increase the score in order to achieve excellence.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah Serpong Junior High School hopes that students can learn to be independent because there is very limited time for teachers to explain in depth each subject, especially during the pandemic, learning is done online. Our Community Service (PKM) will provide English language training to students using scaffolding techniques for online learning. Scaffolding techniques are not new, but we make innovations in the preparation in presentation of materials, it will be very appropriate to the current situation which requires students to learn online. We took the material from the English textbook for junior high school grade 9, then we designed the presentation of the lesson with a scaffolding technique, starting by giving an assessment to determine the level of students' abilities, then compiling exercises containing questions that were in accordance with the students' basic abilities, after that We make instructions that are clear and easy to understand, escorting students to do exercises starting from writing, speaking, understanding then recording their voices in study groups, and conducting self-assessments and providing motivation and encouragement. Provide support and appreciation for each student's achievement. And releasing students to work on assignments independently if they are considered capable.Keywords: scaffolding, online, English training

Abstract

The use of media is goal-oriented and motivational according to the needs of MSMEs in choosing media, including marketing products, establishing communication with consumers, and accessing information. This type of research is quantitative while the sampling technique uses Lemeshow with a purposive sampling method. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media affects performance and also the perception of business value from the use of social media. Meanwhile, perceived business value also has a positive and significant impact on business performance. Furthermore, perceived business value is also able to significantly mediate the influence of social media use on business performance. These results confirm that good use of social media can increase and strengthen the business value felt by MSME actors in Banyumas, which will also have an impact on improving business performance. The originality of this research uses perceived business value variables which are rarely studied in the MSME context. In general, perceived business value is usually implemented in companies, while MSME businesses also need to understand that with good use of social media, the perceived business value will also increase and will have an impact on marketing performance. This study is expected to make a significant contribution to MSME owners in understanding the extent to which social media use plays a role in MSME performance through Perceived Business Value. The greater the benefits felt by MSMEs related to the use of social media, the higher their performance.
