Abstract

ABSTRAK Covid-19 menjadi permasalahan pandemic global, tingkat penyebaran dan keparahan menjadi menghawatirkan dari virus tersebut. Kabupaten Sleman merupakan salah satu wilayah yang mengalami transmisi lokal. Penularan virus Corona dapat terjadi dengan mudah dari satu orang ke orang lain. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan warga masyarakat Padukuhan Pringwulung tentang pencegahan penyebaran Covid-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah penyuluhan, pelatihan dan diskusi. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan untuk membuat face shield. Kesimpulan: Kader mampu memahami tentang pencegahan penyebarab Covid-19 dan mampu membuat face shield secara mandiri.Kata Kunci: pencegahan penyebaran, Covid-19, pengetahuan   ABSTRACT Covid-19 is a global pandemic problem, the level of spread and severity of the virus is worrying. Sleman Regency is one of the areas experiencing local transmission. Corona virus transmission can occur easily from person to person. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of the residents of the Padukuhan Pringwulung community about preventing the spread of Covid-19. The methods used are health education, training and discussion. This activity resulted in increased knowledge and the ability to make face shields. Conclusion: Cadres are able to understand about preventing the spread of Covid-19 and are able to make face shields independently.Keywords: prevention of spread, Covid-19, knowledge

Abstract

Background : Learning nursing clinical practice is a form of learning that is carried out in an order of health aimed to foster attitudes and professional skills. Clinical practice is essential to prepare students to become a profesional nurses. Method : This research is qualitative with the aim to describe the behavior of students in the children learning of nursing clinical practice. The method used are observation and interviews with 9 students and 2 clinical instructor, obtained by accidental sampling. Results : Preparation of students practice doing is preparing the syllabus, materials and a list of competencies. Strategy competency achievement by drafting a plan of activities every day, communicating with the supervisor, actively courting the bell, high willingness to help perform nursing care, take action in accordance habit in the hospital, kee ping discipline. Conclusions : Student behavior in nursing clinical practice children's learning is good. Preparations have been made, caring behavior has been applied and the learning objectives achieved full.

Abstract

Background: Nursing clinical practice is a learning process in order to give nursing services bypracticing as nurses in the clinical setting. The students practiced nursing process approach, andperformed the attitude, behavior, and skills in a professional manner.Objective: The aim of this studyis to describe of medical-surgical the nursing students in clinical practice which includes preparation,guidance, role models, opportunities to apply science and behavioral transformation. Methods : Thiswas survey study that conducted in a private nursing academic in Yogyakarta. A questionnaire wasused to describe the preparation, mentoring, role models, opportunities to apply science and behaviortransformation in clinical practices. The participants were informed concented and selected usingpurposive sampling with inclusion criteria for the 3rd semester student who just completed the firstnursing clinical practice, l7-20 years old and willing to become respondents. Ninty eight studentswere taken as samples. Descriptive statistic with the presentage were used. Results: 54.5% studentsstated that the explanation of nursing clinical practice is quite clear, while 27.3 % stated that it wasclear enough, 58.4% students said that their instructor gave a very good guidance, while 54.5% saidthat the instructor gave them average level of guidance, 88.2% said that there were sufficient numberof patients available to achieve the target of competence, and 76.2% said that they achieve thecompetence level above the target. 98.7% of students said that they had a nurse role model thatpossess a professional behaviour, attitude, and skills, 57.1% of the stated that they could apply thetheory in real setting. Conclusion: Implementation of nursing clinical practice of students in privatenursing academy in Yogyakarta has done well, with clear learning objectives delivery, properguidance, many practice opportunities, enough cases availability and good role model acquired bystudents during the practice.
