Abstract

Gampong Keubang merupakan sebuah gampong yang terletak tidak jauh dari pusat Kecamatan Indrajaya Kabupaten Pidie. Potensi pengembangan dan penumbuhan jiwa keriwausahaan sangat besar di Gampong Keubang tersebut, meskipun demikian pengembangan dan pembinaan jiwa kewirausahaan masih belum optimal karena pembinaan di Gampong Keubang tersebut berfokus pada pembinaan keagamaan bukan pembinaan yang bersifat pembekalan kemandirian ekonomi. Berdasarkan uraian yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya, perlu diadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan bagi masyarakat khususnya genarasi muda untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan dan menggali potensi yang ada. Dengan diadakan pelatihan kewirausahaan diharapkan mampu memunculkan usaha baru dan memberikan efek positif pada pengembangan mental kemandirian generasi muda. Pelatihan ini ditujukan pada Gampong Keubang Kecamatan Indrajaya Kabupaten Pidie. Tujuan kegiatan PPM ini adalah; menumbuhkan spirit, motivasi, dan kreativitas berwirausaha kepada para masyarakat di Gampong Keubang, dan memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai untuk membuat business plan kepada masyarakat di Gampong Keubang. Adapun hasil dari pengabdian Kegiatan Pelatihan Kewirausahaan bagi masyarakat Gampong Keubang secara umum berlangsung dengan baik, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan; tumbuhnya spirit, motivasi, dan kreativitas masyarakat Gampong Keubang untuk menggali ide potensi usaha, dan dapat disusunnya business plan usaha baru yang akan dikembangkan oleh masyarakat di Gampong Keubang.

Abstract

Sejarah telah mencatat dengan tinta emas peran pemuda dalam proses perubahan suatu bangsa. Bukan hanya sejarah bangsa modern namun bangsa-bangsa atau kaum terdahulu pun tidak terlepas dari kontribusi pemuda di dalamnya. Pelatihan manajemen organisasi pemuda merupakan salah satu implementasi dari program pengembangan peran serta pemuda yang diarahkan kepada pembangunan jiwa kepemimpinan dalam berbagai segmen kehidupan dengan menumbuhkembangkan sikap mandiri generasi muda, melatih remaja untuk mampu mengelola konflik yang bisa muncul baik dari dalam maupun dari luar kelompok dan memberikan mereka sedikit pengetahuan bagaimana mengelola keuangan organisasi yang benar, efisien, transparan dan bisa dipertanggungjawabkan. Adapun simpulan dari hasil pengabdian ini adalah; Organisasi kepemudaan merupakan salah satu wadah yang menampung aspirasi remaja untuk mengarahkan mereka ke hal-hal yang positif. Untuk itu paling tidak diperlukan pengembangan skill/kemampuan personal dari masing-masing anggotanya. Salah satunya adalah dengan dibekali berbagai bentuk praktek dan pelatihan yang berkenaan dengan manajerial organisasi dan Pelatihan manajemen organisasi yang dilakukan di perkumpulan pemuda “Gampong Cot’ ini mencoba untuk membangkitkan semangat para pemuda/anggota perkumpulan untuk mengasah kemampuan mereka sekaligus memajukan perkumpulan. Melalui pelatihan ini kemampuan dan pengetahuan mereka akan serba-serbi organisasi dan kewirausahaan dapat bertambah dan menjadi pedoman bagi pengembangan diri kedepan.

Abstract

Learning for software developers enthusiasts both students and faculty has its own problems in learning a programming language. During this practical learning has been widely used by online media. However, problems and obstacles at the time of writing the program code and error code appear an obstacle in developing software for students. This study developed a learning support applications software development so that it becomes a learning solution in software development. In a study using the stages are divided into three tahapyaitu; data collection of pre-development, development and implementation, data collection and post-development, sedangkantahap software development using linear sequential model is often called the waterfall model.

Abstract

Pencatatan transaksi adalah kegiatan rutin yang harus dilakukan dalam operasional bisnis. Merupakan kegiatan data-entry yang sangat diperlukan untuk proses bisnis selanjutnya. Transaction Processing System (TPS) adalah pendukung untuk system informasi lainnya, seperti sistem Informasi akuntansi yang sangat diperlukan oleh manajemen suatu bidang usaha. Termasuk UMKM membutuhkan TPS untuk operasinal bisinisnya. Di pasaran telah banyak tersedian aplikasi TPS bahkan berupa mesin kasir Cash Register. Namun bagi UMKM yang memproduksi barang berdasarkan pesanan khusus (special order) haruslah memiliki TPS khusus yang dapat disebut Order Register System. Kemudian hasilnya dapat ditidak-lanjuti ke proses akuntansi, dan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Semua kegiatan itu termasuk kedalam manajemen akuntansi. Di dunia bisnis, UMKM membutuhkan ketrampilan dan pengetahuan tersebut agar dapat bersaing dan berkembang. Jadi pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan adalah memberikan pelatihan pengaplikasian TPS dan akuntansi manajemen. Sedangkan UMKM objek pelaksanaannya di Al Mathar Bingkai, kelurahan Peunayong, kecamtan Kuta Alam, kota Banda Aceh. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukan bahwa para peserta dapat mengaplikasikan bagaimana memudahkan keputusan bisnis, mempredisksi bisnis di masa mendatang, menganalisa tingkat pengembalian, untuk dapat mengidentifikasi masalah bisnis dan untuk perencanaan bisnis.

Abstract

Source code library reference codes on a programming language and software evaluation. Today, most Source code library for the purposes of learning software developers in the form of documentation of the use of a programming language that can be accessed through the official website developer programming languages, forum and various blogs. Because of the complexity of the features most web-based Source code library can only be accessed through the website and some others have provided documentation on each software vendor from the developers company the device. This research tries to construct a model of the application Source code library that can be used as a form of documentation for learning the use of various programming languages flexibly both in online and offline. The application allows the renewal of data/content Source code library at a time when the Internet is still available or at the time of the user's area does not have a network the Internet. In the implementation of this research will be divided in three stages, namely data collection pre development, development and implementation, and data collection of post-war development. Data collection pre development intended to get a preliminary study about the provision the core issue at hand, while the development and implementation phase focuses on model software design into diagrams and make the programming code to implement the design that has been created. While the data collection stage of the post-war development was for revamping the application made in conclusion, withdrawal, and suggestions for further research topics.

Abstract

Open Journal Systems (OJS) is a web-based content management system specifically designed to handle the entire process of scientific publication management. The Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education also develops its own index, namely SINTA (Science and Technology Index) which is expected to not only refer to the journal index Scopus. The relationship between Access Indexing and OJS is inseparable where the OJS is a facility in managing journal publications and Access Indexing is a feature to disseminate journal articles to journal searches. This study tries to build an Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) model that can be used as a form of publication and publishing management on international indexing. The application allows updating of data/content and sharing from various online journal sources. Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can enable end-user users, and still refer to international publishing management standards. It is expected that Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) can increase publication and management of publishing electronically and be fully implemented by authors, publishers, and partners of reviewers. The Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) application will take the Open Knowledge Systems (OJS) Public Knowledge Project (PKP) model, with the reason that the Open Journal Systems (OJS) is one of the most widely used OJS and is a recommendation from the Ministry of Research and Technology with PDII LIPI in obtaining National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) and facilitates researchers to see, adapt, and modify for the purposes of this study. Broadly speaking this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection. Specifically, the output to be achieved Prototype as technology engineering: This research will produce a prototype Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) software, which can be used by journal publishing managers and to support content publication. The results of this study are an open source software called Open source Access Open Journal Systems (AOJS) and developed with framework CodeIgniter and React-Js.

Abstract

In line with the development of e-marketing, a new system emerged in the world of marketing and internet-based business called crowdsourcing. The workings of crowdsourcing sites are almost the same as sales terms where this site allows anyone and from anywhere to offer services and promote services on this site, where each member (member) of these sites is an online freelancer. At present, many promotional sites for freelancers have been provided by several communities and individuals who aim to offer goods and services for freelancers online and each service used is charged by freelancers when work is taken on the site. Based on the observations and experience of the author that many are building projects and digital product marketplaces in Indonesia and the World such as; Projects.co.id, Freelancer.com, Upwork, Guru, Elance, Sribulancer, Sribu. However, members who get services from these sites will be charged by the site owner for their services. This study tries to build a project model and digital product marketplace for students that can be used as a form of marketing student services for service enthusiasts. This model will later build an application that enables the marketing of student services to be complex and foster a spirit of entrepreneurship for students who are creative and innovative. The purpose of this study is to analyze the innovation model of the marketing system for freelancers' services and to build a project and digital product marketplace container as a media for promoting IT services for AMIK Indonesia students. Broadly speaking this research is divided into three stages, namely pre-development data collection, development and implementation, and post-development data collection.

Aceh Raya Banda Aceh is a company engaged in the contractor and supplier sector which has a large number of transactions both from purchasing and project management, but recording transactions that occur every day still uses the manual method, this sometimes makes financial reports with various types of transactions seem sluggish to the owner, the author only discusses the problem of the Financial Report Information System on the CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh using web-based. The research objective was to identify and design a financial reporting information system at CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh web-based. The collection of data needed in writing this research was obtained by two methods, namely literature studies related to library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews and direct observation of objects related to this research as well as the system development method. used is the waterfall method. Financial Report Information System on CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) administrative staff in the field of administration to record and input transaction data. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the Financial Report Information System at CV. Aceh Raya Banda Aceh has followed the procedures and used a computer with a web-based programming language and MySQL as the database

Abstract

Based on data available at Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province, the number of Community Organizations in Aceh Province are mostly Community Organizations that have obtained a Certificate of Registration (SKT) issued by the Unity and Political Office and the rest have not met the requirements to become community organizations as stipulated in the provisions of the Law. Law Number 17 of 2013 concerning Community Organizations. The research objectives were to find out the Information System for Registration of Community Organizations at the Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province and to design a Web-based Information System for Registration of Community Organizations at Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province. The author collects data with several data collection methods, including the following; Field Studies and Literature Studies with the waterfall method as the method used for system development. Based on the results of observations and the authors can draw a conclusion, among others, this information system for registration of community organizations can make it easy for Kesbangpol and Public Relations of Aceh Province to monitor data and community organizations.
