Abstract

Maskapai penerbangan Garuda Indonesia merupakan salah satu maskapai penerbangan yang melayani rute domestik. Ketika dihadapkan pada pola persaingan yang semakin ketat dalam jasa transportasi udara, berbagai upaya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan loyalitas penumpang. Tidak semua penumpang yang telah menggunakan jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia akan kembali menggunakan jasa penerbangan Garuda Indonesia. Berbagai masalah dapat terjadi, dan akan semakin meningkat jika tidak segera ditangani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi penumpang Garuda Indonesia rute Jakarta-Surabaya mengenai program jasa berbasis value model Markplus 2000. Gambaran loyalitas penumpang Garuda Indonesia rute Jakarta-Surabaya. Serta menguji seberapa besar pengaruh program jasa berbasis value terhadap loyalitas penumpang Garuda Indonesia rute Jakarta-Surabaya. Berdasarkan variabel yang diteliti maka jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode pengembangan jangka waktu penelitian bersifat cross sectional method. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 1.453 orang. Berdasarkan teknik penarikan sampel secara stratisfield random sampling dan dengan menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sampel minimal sebesar 100 sampel. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran kuesioner dan studi literatur. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan menggunakan path analysis dengan bantuan software komputer SPSS 15.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa program jasa berbasis value pada model MarkPlus 2000 secara umum sudah baik, dilihat dari dimensinya faktor pembentuk paling dominan pada program jasa berbasis value ialah brand, sedangkan service merupakan faktor yang paling kecil berkontribusi. Loyalitas penumpang secara umum sudah baik. Dilihat dari dimensinya, maka tingkat merekomendasikan produk Garuda Indonesia karena kesetiaan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan, sedangkan tindakan yang dilakukan oleh penumpang apabila mengalami kekecewaan memberikan kontribusi paling rendah. Program jasa berbasis value pada model MarkPlus 2000 memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap loyalitas penumpang. Sehingga setiap praktik bisnis yang dibentuk dengan perencanaan yang baik dalam pelaksanaan program jasa berbasis value pada model MarkPlus 2000 akan menciptakan loyalitas penumpang yang tinggi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose – this study was conducted to see how much influence leader member exchange and personality to employee voiceDesign/methodology/approach – this type of research This research uses descriptive and  verification method, with explanatory survey. Saturated sample of nonprobability sampling was used in sampling technique which amounted to 47 people. Multiple correlation was used in data anlysis technique.Findings – based on the result of research that the employee voice is affected by leader member exchange and personality.Orisinality – the difference in this study with other study located from independent variable, the object of research, population and sample, measurment, and as well as research result, the resource of theory from journals and books, so the theory used is different. Keywords              : Leader Member Exchange, personality,, Employee Voice, communication, employee relation, organization effectiveness.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the training on work performance, work discipline on work performance and training and work discipline on employee work performance The type of research used was descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis The findings from the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that training and work discipline have a positive influence / large category on employee work performance. The originality of this research is the difference found in the object of research, the period of research, the measurement tools and the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand organizational communication and work stress on employee performance. The method used is an explanatory survey, and a population of 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 16.0, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Important employee performance by organizational communication but not significant and employee performance interests by positive and significant. Organizational communication and work stress are used to improve employee performance. This study was used to describe the influence of organizational communication, work stress on the performance of employees in production employees of PT. Indolakto. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is employees of PT. Indolakto Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are organizational communication and work stress, and the dependent variable is employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see how much influence the social work environment and career development had on employee job satisfaction. Type of Research Methodology used is descriptive verification. The method used is explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique and the number of samples is 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software tools. The findings based on the results of the study can be seen that simultaneously or partially the social work environment and career development can improve employee job satisfaction. The difference in this study lies in the research object, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how much influence the reward system for performance, work discipline on performance and reward systems and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique and the number of respondents is 71 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of the study on testing the hypothesis are known that reward systems and work discipline affect employee performance simultaneously. Objective of this research is to determine the effect of burnout and work discipline on employee performance. This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling. The research questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents, and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The findings of this research is work fatigue (burnout) and work discipline have a significant influence on employee performance.  Differences found in objects and research methods, population and research samples, research periods, measurement tools and research results, and sources of theory from foreign journals and foreign books
