Abstract

ABSTRACTPurpose – this study was conducted to see how much influence leader member exchange and personality to employee voiceDesign/methodology/approach – this type of research This research uses descriptive and  verification method, with explanatory survey. Saturated sample of nonprobability sampling was used in sampling technique which amounted to 47 people. Multiple correlation was used in data anlysis technique.Findings – based on the result of research that the employee voice is affected by leader member exchange and personality.Orisinality – the difference in this study with other study located from independent variable, the object of research, population and sample, measurment, and as well as research result, the resource of theory from journals and books, so the theory used is different. Keywords              : Leader Member Exchange, personality,, Employee Voice, communication, employee relation, organization effectiveness.

Abstract

Bank adalah badan usaha yang menghimpun dana dari masyarakat dalam bentuk simpanan dan menyalurkannya kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk kredit atau bentuk-bentuk lainnya dalam rangka meningkatkan taraf hidup orang banyak. Semakin berkembangnya zaman dan teknologi, sektor perbankan sendiri membuat sebuah pelayanan baru, salah satu produk hasil teknologi di bidang perbankan yang dapat mempermudah kegiatan transaksi tanpa perlu mendatangi teller bank adalah mesin ATM. Berkembangnya sebuah teknologi selain berdampak positif dapat juga berdampak negatif, salah satunya adalah berkembangnya kejahatan di dunia maya atau biasa disebut dengan cybercrime. kejahatan pada ATM semakin banyak dilakukan dengan cara skimming yaitu dipahami sebagai metode “penyaringan” data pada kartu ATM nasabah. Dalam kasus skimming beban pembuktian terhadap ada atau tidaknya unsur kesalahan dalam gugatan ganti rugi sebagaimana dimaksud dalam pasal 28 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 merupakan beban dan tanggung jawab pelaku usaha. Jadi apabila uang nasabah hilang dikarenakan di skimming oleh orang yang tidak bertanggung jawab, maka sesuai pasal 4 huruf (H) Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen nasabah berhak mendapatkan kompensasi, ganti rugi, dan/atau penggantian atas uangnya yang hilang tersebut. Bentuk penyelesaian sengketa dapat ditempuh melalui 2 cara yaitu melalui peradilan atau litigasi dan melalui luar peradilan atau non litigasi. berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK) Nomor 01/POJK.07/2014 tentang Lembaga Alternatif Penyelesaian Sengketa di Sektor Jasa Keuangan, apabila terjadi sengketa keuangan dapat diselesaikan melalui LAPSPI. LAPSPI yang didirikan mulai beroperasi pada Januari 2016 didirikan atas kesepakatan bersama enam asosiasi di sektor perbankan.

Abstract

AbstrakPerusahaan asuransi adalah perusahaan yang bergerak menjual produk berupa jasa pengalihan risiko dari pihak tertanggung kepada pihak penanggung melalui agen asuransi sebagaimana diatur dalam perundang-undangan. Untuk menghadapi persaingan di industri perasuransian yang semakin pesat dewasa ini, maka berbagai cara dipergunakan untuk meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Multi Level Marketing (MLM) merupakan salah satu dari berbagai cara yang dapat dipilih oleh sebuah perusahaan (produsen) untuk memasarkan produknya melalui pengembangan armada pemasar/penjual langsung secara mandiri (independent), tanpa campur tangan perusahaan. Permasalahan utamanya adalah apakah suatu perusahaan asuransi dapat menggunakan sistem MLM yang menggunakan pola pemasaran dengan cara mengembangkan armada pemasar/Agen Asuransi langsung secara mandiri tanpa turut campur tangan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode normatif melalui studi pustaka kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif, diketahui bahwa praktik asuransi dengan sistem MLM berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2014 Tentang Perasuransian secara eksplisit tidak dilarang, akan tetapi bila ditinjau secara menyeluruh dari berbagai aspek hukum yang terkait, maka praktik asuransi dengan sistem MLM memiliki risiko terjadinya pelanggaran perjanjian oleh pihak agen asuransi maupun pihak perusahaan asuransi kepada pihak tertanggung/pemegang polis. Walaupun hal tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan adanya undang-undang perlindungan konsumen yang mewajibkan pihak penanggung/perusahaan asuransi dan agen asuransi sebagai pihak pelaku usaha agar berhati-hati.Kata kunci: asuransi, MLM, perusahaan AbstractThe insurance company is a company engaged to sell the product in the form of services the transfer of risk from the insured to the insurer through an insurance agent as set forth in the legislation. To face competition in the insurance industry is rapidly increasing nowadays, the different ways used to increase the company’s profits. Multi Level Marketing (MLM) is one of the many ways that can be selected by a company (manufacturer) to market its products through the development of a fleet of marketers/sellers directly autonomously (independent), without the intervention of the company. The main issues are whether an insurance company can use MLM system that uses the pattern of marketing by developing a fleet marketers/independent insurance agent directly without intervening companies.From this research which uses normative legal materials and used as a descriptive method of data analysis, it is known that the practice of insurance with MLM system based on Law Number 40 Year 2014 About Insurance is not explicitly prohibited, but when viewed as a whole on the various aspects related laws, then the cult of insurance with MLM system is at risk for violations of the agreement by the insurance agent or insurance company to the insured/policyholder. Abstract

AbstractThe monitoring system carried out at Unit X still uses Microsoft Excel, making it less effective and frequent errors. Monitoring records have not been able to provide a warning when contractual deadlines and supplier data have not been properly recorded. So a database application is needed that can help the finance department in monitoring the contractual package. This study uses the Research and Development method. The system development method used is the Waterfall method which through several stages including Analysis, Design, Encoding, Testing, implementation and maintenance. Development of this application using the PHP and MySQL program. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring procedures that have been done manually are not optimal. The design of the contractual package database application is expected to be able to overcome the obstacles encountered before and minimize human error. The application of this application is able to facilitate the financial section in monitoring contractual packages and producing new products that are declared effective and feasible to use. Keyword : Contractual Database, Web. AbstrakSistem monitoring yang dilakukan pada Satker X masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kurang efektif dan sering terjadi kesalahan. Pencatatan monitoring belum bisa memberikan warning ketika paket kontraktual deadline dan data – data supplier belum terekam dengan baik. Sehingga dibutuhkan aplikasi database yang dapat membantu bagian keuangan dalam memonitoring paket kotraktual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode Waterfall yang melalui beberapa tahap diantaranya Analisis, Desain, Pengodean, Pengujian, implementasi dan pemeliharaan. Pembangunan aplikasi ini  menggunakan Program PHP dan MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prosedur monitoring yang telah dilakukan secara manual kurang maksimal. Perancangan aplikasi database paket kontraktual ini diharapkan mampu mengatasi kendala yang ditemui sebelumnya dan meminimalisir human error. Penerapan aplikasi ini mampu memudahkan bagian keuangan dalam monitoring paket kontraktual dan menghasilkan produk baru yang dinyatakan efektif dan layak digunakan. Kata Kunci: Database Paket Kontraktual, Web.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the training on work performance, work discipline on work performance and training and work discipline on employee work performance The type of research used was descriptive, verification, with a total sample of 80 employees. The data analysis technique used is path analysis The findings from the research on hypothesis testing can be seen that training and work discipline have a positive influence / large category on employee work performance. The originality of this research is the difference found in the object of research, the period of research, the measurement tools and the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to understand organizational communication and work stress on employee performance. The method used is an explanatory survey, and a population of 32 respondents. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression processed using SPSS 16.0, the questionnaire is used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. Important employee performance by organizational communication but not significant and employee performance interests by positive and significant. Organizational communication and work stress are used to improve employee performance. This study was used to describe the influence of organizational communication, work stress on the performance of employees in production employees of PT. Indolakto. The object that becomes the unit of analysis in this study is employees of PT. Indolakto Jakarta. The independent variables in this study are organizational communication and work stress, and the dependent variable is employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see how much influence the social work environment and career development had on employee job satisfaction. Type of Research Methodology used is descriptive verification. The method used is explanatory survey with simple random sampling technique and the number of samples is 102 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with SPSS 21.0 computer software tools. The findings based on the results of the study can be seen that simultaneously or partially the social work environment and career development can improve employee job satisfaction. The difference in this study lies in the research object, research time, measuring instruments, literature used, the theory used and the results of the study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is how much influence the reward system for performance, work discipline on performance and reward systems and work discipline on employee performance. The type of research used is descriptive and verification. The method used in this research is explanatory survey with saturated sample technique and the number of respondents is 71 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. The findings of the study on testing the hypothesis are known that reward systems and work discipline affect employee performance simultaneously. Differences found in the object of research, research period, measuring instruments and research results. The author also adds theories from foreign journals and foreign books

This research was conducted in a span of less than one year, so the research design used was a cross-sectional method. This study uses a descriptive and verification approach with explanatory survey methods. A total of 100 respondents were selected as samples using probability sampling.
