Abstract

Patin Siam (Pangasius hypopthalamus) is a freshwater fish which is received considerable attention by public and has high economic value. In process of cultivation, farmers often got problems because of high price of feed. It’s because raw materials feed such fish meal still import from another country. One of the efforts to reduce the use of imported fish meal is using Petek fish meal. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of the use of Petek fishmeal as partial substitution of fish meal. This research used Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 treatments and 3 replications namely treatment A (commercial pellets / control), B (fish meal 75% + Petek fish meal 25%), C: (fish meal 50% + Petek fish meal 50%), D (25% fish meal + 75% Petek fish meal) and E: (0% fish meal + Petek fish meal 100%). Observed variables were absolute growth, daily growth rate, survival rate, and feed conversion ratio (FCR). Data were analyzed by ANOVA and Duncan test. The tested fish were cultivated in aquarium with dimension of 60 x 40 x 40 cm3 for 50 days. Fishes were feed three times a days with feeding rate of 5%. The results showed that the use of Petek fishmeal in feed could increase absolute growth and daily growth rate. The treatment of C resulted in highest absolute growth of Patin Siam and lowest feed conversion ratio. The treatments did not effect the survival rate of Patin Siam.

Abstract

Plantation is considered strategic in Cilacap, but now the condition of farmers are marginalized. Therefore, it is necessary to do research to find out the main plantation crops in Cilacap and the strategy to development. This research was conducted in June-August 2016. The data used is primary data through observations, interviews farmer and agricultural bureau. The secondary data collected from the relevant agencies. Analysis of data using Location Quotient, Rasmussen's Dual Criterion and SWOT. The main commodities for plantation crops are coconut, rubber and nutmeg. In order to develop agribusiness need improving the human resources quality; increasing promotional and information efforts of main commodities for investors; extending the land, controlling over land use, guaranting prices of commodities, climate change mitigation, infrastructure development and credit accessibility for farmers.

Abstract

Aquaponics is a combination of aquaculture and hydroponics system. This system is expected to be able to overcome the problems of waste from aquaculture by utilizing Nitrogen (N) and Phosphorus (P) for vegetables. There are several obstacles found in aquaponics systems such as high suspended organic matter produced from the feed residue and fish metabolism. The addition of natural filters, namely freshwater mussels (Pilsbryoconcha exilis) is expected to solve these problems. This research was conducted for 40 days. The design used in this study was Factorial Completely Randomized Design with two main factors namely mussels density as factor-A and time of observation as factor-B. The treatments were P1 (0 mussels density), P2 (15 mussels density), and P3 (30 mussels density) for factor-A while time of observation were factor-B (D-0, D-10, D-20, D-30 and D-40). Each treatment was conducted in three repetition. The results showed that the time observation gave significantly different on water condition changes (P <0.05), which will increase TSS, turbidity and chlorophyll value along with the increasing of time. P exilis in aquaponics was effective in reducing turbidity and chlorophyll concentration (P <0.05). Therefore, aquaponics system with the highest mussels density (P3) with has lower turbidity and chlorophyll value than the one with 0 mussels density (P1).

Abstract

Sistem Informasi pada sebuah Perguruan Tinggi pada saat ini telah menjad tren dan sudah umum digunakan. Namun, belum banyak Perguruan Tinggi yang memaksimalkannya. Pada penulisan tesis ini, penulis membuat perencanaan sistem informasi strategis pada AMIK BSI Purwokerto. Sistem informasi yang sudah ada, akan dimaksimalkan agar mampu memiliki kelebihan dan berpengaruh pada sisi fungsionalnya dimana fokus pembahasan dititik beratkan pada sisi penerimaan mahasiswa baru. Adapun metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode Ward & Peppard fokus pada analisis SWOT.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Ward & Peppard dan metode penelitian Action research. Adapun tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan informasi, identifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal bisnis dan identifikasi faktor-faktor internal SI/TI. Penelitian menggunakan metode Action Research, dimana peneliti melakukan intervensi dan beberapa diskusi dilapangan.Hasil penelitian antara lain sebuah portofolio yang dapat digunakan pada bagian penerimaan mahasiswa baru di AMIK BSI Purwokerto. Portofolio tersebut kemudian digunakan sebagai acuan guna membentuk sebuah rencana strategis masa depan TI jangka menengah. Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi, Sistem Informasi Strategis, Ward & Peppard, Action Research, Penerimaan Mahasiswa Baru.

Abstract

This article aims to analyze Indonesian products’ competitiveness in the global market using the static revealed comparative advantage (SRCA) and the dynamic revealed comparative advantage (DRCA). DRCA is considered superior to RCA because it takes into account the time element. The current research combines DRCA and RCA to provide an analytical comparison. The data were collected from the International Trade Centre, classified according to the Harmonized System (HS) from 2013 to 2019. Using SRCA, Indonesia’s tin and articles’ competitiveness only contributes 0.95% of Indonesia's total exports. The most significant shares of exports are mineral fuels, mineral oils, and their distillation products; bituminous substances; animal or vegetable fats and oils, and their cleavage products; and prepared edible fats. Using DRCA, Indonesia’s most significant exports in the rising star category are natural rubber and its derivatives; cars and other motorized vehicles; fatty acids and their derivatives; lignite; unforged lead; ferroalloys; wires and cables; refined copper; petroleum and minerals; and margarine and its derivatives. These products showed positive growth higher than the global average, which means Indonesia is competitive in exporting these products. Thus, the government could prioritize these products for export.

Abstract

The purpose of the study to describe the process of cooperative learning Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) in order to increase learning activity and mathematics achievement of class VII A SMP Piri 1 Yogyakarta. This research was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted a minimum of two cycles. The subjects of this study were students of class VII A SMP Piri 1 Yogyakarta totaling 21 students. The object of this study were learning activity and mathematics achievement. The results showed that learning activity and mathematics achievement have increased. This is indicated by the average percentage of observation sheet result of student learning activity by 69,84% first cycle and 78,17% in the second cycle. Results of students mathematics learning achievement test, the average value of mathematics learning achievement at 53,38 pre-cycle, the first cycle increased to 68,89 and the second cycle increased to 75,66. Based on the results of the implementation of cooperative learning Thinking Aloud Pair Problem Solving (TAPPS) model can increased learning activity and mathematics achievement.

Abstract

AbstractThis paper models land price for housing in Sleman district. It uses a multiple regression model to estimate the land price based on various variables. It finds six variables that influence the land price, namely the land width, width of the nearest road, width of the nearest main road, distance to the nearest main road, distance to Yogyakarta ring road, and the travel time to Gadjah Mada University campus. It also finds four insignificant variables, namely distance to Malioboro road, distance to Gadjah Mada University campus, travel time to Yogyakarta ring road, and travel time to Malioboro. Keyword: Land price, center of business district, accessibilityJEL classification numbers: D46, D49AbstrakPaper ini memodelkan harga tanah untuk perumahan di Kabupaten Sleman menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk memperkirakan harga tanah berdasarkan berbagai variabel. Abstract

Sulphur goatfish (Upeneus sulphureus) is the dominant caught with a fairly high level of utilization. This research aimed to analyze aspects of growth and reproduction sulphur goatfish caught by rampus nets landed at the fishing port of PPI Kalianda. Growth aspects that were observed included the length-weight, while the reproductive aspects observed is the sex ratio, gonad maturity level, and the size of sulphur goatfish at first maturity. This research was conducted in May-July 202 with the research method used simple random sampling method. The fish samples obtained during the study were 600 individuals, the results showed that Sulphur goatfish had negative allometric growth. The equation for the long-weight relationship of sulphur goatfish is log W = -4,6 + 2,9 log L or W = 2,8x10-5L2,9. The sex ratio of sulphur goatfish in May and July were not 1: 1, while the ideal condition was achieved in June. The gonad maturity level distribution of sulphur goatfish was dominated by TKG III and IV for female, while male sulphur goatfish was dominated by TKG II and III. Size at first maturity of sulphur goatfish females was 169,1 ± 1,03mm.

Abstract

Kelagian Lunik Island is located in Pesawaran Regency which has three ecosystems that are mangrove, seagrass, and beaches ecosystems. These three ecosystems affect the survival of one of the biotas living on the substrate of the water that is macrozoobenthos. Macrozoobenthos are invertebrate biota that live on the base of the substrate or inside the substrate. The role that is large enough in the aquatic ecosystem is to describe the organic matter that falls to the water base. It is therefore the research to study the diversity and abundance of macrozoobenthos. This research was conducted in December 2019 to January 2020 located on Kelagian Lunik Island, Padang Cermin District, Pesawaran Regency, Lampung Province. The method is purposive sampling at five stations with three repetitions. The results show that the highest abundance found in the species Tellina perna with 2880 ind/m3 on Station 1, Nassarius globosus with 1851 ind/m3 on station 2, and Marshalora adversa with 1645 ind/m3, 2674 ind/m3, and 1851 ind/m3 at stations 3, 4 and 5. The biodiversity of macrozoobenthos such as the index of diversity and uniformity in the waters of Kelagian Lunik Island is relatively high and the dominant index is relatively low thereby the condition of the water can fit in the good category.
