Abstract

Banyuwangi Regency is one of the agricultural centers in East Java province and Indonesia. Mostly,Banyuwangi people work as farmers due to the fertil soil and wide amount of agricultural land in Banyuwangi . Thelarge number of people who work as farmers initiating the formation of farmer groups. One of the farmer groups in theSrono sub-district of Banyuwangi is the "Tan Selo 1" farmers group located in the village of Sukomaju and the "TanSelo 2" farmers group in Sukonatar village. The normal average price of one banana bunch in Banyuwangi is between50-60 thousand depending on the type and quality of bananas. Problems arise when the quantity of bananas in the marketarose, the price of 1 bunch of bananas decreases dramatically. The price of 1 bunch which is usually set at 50-60thousand drops drastically to only 20-30 thousand. This is certainly a problem for farmers in the Tan Selo group. The lackof knowledge of Tan Selo farmers about alternative variants of processed banana based products and the lack ofknowledge of the marketing strategies make it hard for the Tan Selo farmers to increase the economic value of bananaswhich have been used as an alternative income for farmers. Therefore, the solutions offered to overcome the problems offarmers include: equipping and improving farmers' knowledge about the variety of processed banana-based foods andtheir marketing strategies, conducting training to make variations on banana-based foods, conducting training oneffective marketing strategies. Overall, a series of community service programs were carried out perfectly as it expected.The percentage of participants' understanding in choosing high quality bananas is 85%, the percentage of participants?ability in processing banana-based foods is 86%, and percentage of participants who successfully sell processed foodproducts by utilizing online shopping sites is 70%

Abstract

Adolescence is a time when the child is growing to the stage of becoming an adult that can not be determined with certainty. A individual who can happily go through puberty will become a personable adult, and vice versa. This is decided throughout the process of establishing an individual's identity. In the field of developmental psychology, identity forming is the key role in the growth of personality, and is supposed to be completed at the end of adolescence. Many teens have an identity crisis because they have trouble understanding who they really are, so they need to be helped by real-life therapy. The definition of truth therapy is considered suitable for coping with the issue of the adolescent identity crisis. The protocols for the phases of the research carried out include: problem recognition, data collection, therapy, evaluation and follow-up. Based on the outcomes of reality therapy, it can be seen that the teenager is very closed in discovering himself so that he can not make choices on his own, can not manage to prevent confrontation with others, can not accept different expressions of feelings for himself and others. Like the rest. The noticeable effect of reality therapy care is that they lack trust in their abilities and do not appear to be self-understood.

Abstract

Social intelligence is one's ability make sensitive to other people's feelings. Interactions between people who are not based on good social intelligence will lead to various conflicts. This situation will become an obstacle for develop quality of each student involved. Based on observations and observations made by researchers while giving courses at PGRI Banyuwangi University, in almost every class there are students who included in the introvert category. One effort can be done to help students like this is to do cyber counseling. This study aims to measure extent of implementation of cyber counseling in improving social intelligence of introverted students at PGRI Banyuwangi University. This research is an action research counseling (action research in counseling) study that designed in two cycles and each cycle performed 4 times. The overall implementation of cyber counseling with 8 times, 4 times on the elbow 1 and 4 times in cycle 2. Stages of implementation in this study include: (a) Planning, (b) Implementation, (c) Observation, and (d) Reflection. Overall results from cycle 1 and cycle 2, there was an increase in each social intelligence indicator that observed in 20 introverted students at the PGRI Banyuwangi University. The highest increase was in the aspects of Clarity, and Empathy, each at 50%. Based on the results of research that researchers have done, cyber counseling can used to help introverted students who tend to experience social problems. This shown in the results of observations and measurements in the process of cycle 1 and cycle 2.

Abstract

Keanekaragaman kuliner di Kabupaten Banyuwangi terus berkembang dan harus bersaing dengan produk olahan pangan dari luar daerah. Berbagai upaya pelestarian budaya melalui wisata kuliner dilakukan oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah daerah setempat dalam upaya pelestarian kuliner khas daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan deksripsi inovasi bisnis pariwisata kuliner tradisional khas suku Osing pada pusat jajanan serba ada (Pujasera) di Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Penelitian dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggali informasi di lapangan. Penggalian data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan wawancara dengan menggunakan perspektif Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan VRIO. Penelitian dilakukan pada empat pasar PUJASERA terkenal yang ada di Banywuangi. Wawancara narasumber terdiri dari konsumen, tenant dan stakeholder yang tersebar di 25 Kecamatan Banyuwangi. Dari hasil identifikasi dapat diketahui tingkat pengetahuan konsumen terkait makanan khas suku osing adalah sego tempong, rujak soto, dan pecel pitik dengan tingkat Pengetahuan terhadap makanan khas tersebut diatas 80%. Hasil identifikasi perilaku konsumen yang tersebar di 25 Kecamatan yang ada di Banyuwangi terkait makanan dan jajanan khas suku osing, rekomendasi makanan khas suku osing sebagai produk yang paling diminati antara lain; sego tempong, rujak soto, dan pecel pitik. Untuk jajanan khas yang paling diminati konsumen antara lain; cenil, ketan kirip, dan bagiak. Hasil identifikasi kompetensi tenant terkait produksi jajanan khas suku osing, dapat diketahui sebesar 50% menguasai olahan orog-orog, cenil, dan ketan kirip, 25% menguasai olahan bolu kluwuk, lanun, awuk ketan, dan untuk dua jajanan bagiak dan untir-untir tidak dikuasai secara keseluruhan. Hasil identifikasi, inovasi yang dilakukan oleh stakeholder selama ini adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan kemasan sebesar 75% dan variasi olahan sebesar 25%. Stakeholder belum pernah sama sekali mencoba inovasi branding maupun endorse. Hasil identifikasi tersebut menjadi bahan kajian peneliti untuk merumuskan kosnep inovasi bisnis kuliner di Banyuwangi, khususnya pada kuliner tradisional sebagai salah satu upaya dalam melestarikan salah satu produk kearifan lokal suku osing.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprise (SME) of boiler chicken own by Mr Sugiran, had been pionered since 2015 was one of SME in Desa Jambewangi Banyuwangi that has been operationally effected by the corona virus desease. Some government policies on Corona desease in preventing the virus spread made this small bussiness threathen out of bussiness. Layoffs made by the company caused on the threatment and feeding process of the livestock that made mortality on the livestock were rising. The fall of chicken livestock prices made this bussiness threaten to be bankruptcy. As a result of problem identification faced by the partner, offered solution by team is by implementing technology on automatic chicken feeding base on internet of things (IoT) and its applied on pos franchise system. The result of using this application are rising on chicken livestock, decreasing in livestock mortality till harvesting period, economically cut the cost of feeding process, rising on income (omzet) for the partner in harvesting period of broiler chicken.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) yang merupakan penelitian untuk menghasilkan produk baru dan menguji keefektifan produk tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran sex education berbasis android menggunakan metode V-Model yang merupakan pengembangan dari model waterfall. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan kuisioner. Teknik observasi dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan data yang terkait dengan aspek functionality, reliability dan compability, sedangkan kuisioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang terkait dengan aspek playability. Hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan, nilai aspek Funcsionality sebesar 100% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, aspek Realibility sebesar 100% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, aspek Compatibility sebesar 100% dengan kategori “sangat baik”, dan aspek Playability sebesar 81% dengan katgori “baik”. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba keseluruhan terhadap aplikasi multimedia sex education yang telah dikembangkan, didapatkan hasil persentase sebesar 95.25%. Hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa standar kualitas aplikasi memenuhi kategori “sangat layak”.

Abstract

Bahasa memiliki peranan yang sangat fundamental pada kehidupan seseorang. Tanpa bahasa seseorang akan sangat kesulitan dalam menyampaikan ide, pendapat, gagasan, bahkan perasaan pada orang lain baik dalam bentuk verbal maupun non verbal. Usia dini merupakan masa potensial (golden age) dalam perkembangan bahasa, oleh sebab itu usia dini merupakan masa yang paling tepat dalam mengajarkan bahasa pada anak karena termasuk dalam periode tumbuh kembang anak. Pentingnya kemampuan bahasa sejak dini mengharuskan adanya upaya dalam pemaksimalan pembelajaran bahasa sejak dini khususnya pada masa prasekolah anak. Media pop-up book dapat menjadi alternatif media dalam memaksimalkan kemampuan bahasa anak sejak usia prasekolah. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukan bahwa penggunaan POP-UP BOOK dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbahasa anak prasekolah. Meningkatnya kemampuan berbahasa anak usia prasekolah berdasarkan nilai thitung pada output menunjukkan angka 13,582 ini berarti terjadi Peningkatan. Dengan db = n – 1 diperoleh db =19 pada taraf signifikan 5% maka didapatkan ttabel =2,093 Dari hasil korelasi antara pretest dengan posttest, menghasilkan angka korelasi 0,913 dengan nilai probalibilitas di bawah 0,05 (nilai signifikan output analisis 0.000). Hal ini menyatakan bahwa korelasi antara rata-rata pretest dengan rata-rata posttest kemampuan berbahasa anak usia prasekolah adalah kuat dan signifikan

Abstract

Hedonistic One of a person's life's objectives is to pursue pleasure only, which is a problem that many young people face. people confront. This arose as a result of the current expansion of social media in industrialisation and globalization. The Instagram app, which can be used to communicate numerous occasions through photographs and videos, is one method to use social media. The goal of This study seeks to quantify the influence of Instagram on the hedonistic lifestyle. In this study, a sample of 70 respondents was employed, and a questionnaire was used in the information gathering process. The equation Y= 7. 855+ 0. 732X is the outcome of linear regression analysis, and the correlation coefficient (r) between the variables X and Y produced a correlation coefficient value of 0. 74. This value indicates that there is a significant and favorable correlation between the two variables. 54. 76% of the Hedonism Lifestyle is affected by Instagram, with the remaining 25. 99% influenced by other factors not examined in this study

Abstract

MSMEs are one of the business units that play an important role in the growth and development of the economy in Indonesia, especially in lower and middle class society. The MSME "Sunawan Mushroom" which is a partner in this community service program is one of the MSMEs in Rogojampi District, Banyuwangi, engaged in the oyster mushroom cultivation business. Based on the results of the identification of the proposing team in partner businesses, there are two main problems, namely in the areas of production and marketing. The community service program which was carried out for 8 months attempted to overcome these two problems. This activity is in accordance with the main performance indicators (IKU) of PGRI Banyuwangi University, namely that lecturers carry out activities outside the campus and the results of the lecturers' work are used by the community. Because this activity involves students, this activity is also in accordance with one of the IKUs, namely students gaining experience outside campus. The outputs targeted by this program include IoT-based Automatic Controlling System Technology, an Android-based franchise system, increasing partner production and sales, and increasing partner turnover. Overall, the technology implemented in the partner's oyster mushroom business succeeded in increasing production capacity by 25% (from 500kg to an increase of 650kg), succeeded in reducing the level of pest attacks during the mushroom growing process from 15% to 5% (down 10%), and reduced fungus death rate 5-10%. These results automatically increase partners' income from sales of oyster mushrooms by optimizing the temperature conditions of mushroom cages and minimizing the death rate of oyster mushrooms from pest attacks that attack mushroom tanks.
