Abstract

Research on Lebak (fresh water) convered 100 hectars that has been conducted at Tanjung Alai, Ogan Komering Ilir district South Sumatera. This research consist of land characteristics, type and properties of Lebak, particularly zonification of Lebak type, length and hight of flooding which determined Lebak zone, fluctuation of flooding, crop scheduling of rice and soybean. Main problem of Lebak were hight flooding in the wet season and drought in the dry season on the long flooding condition it do not able to be planted cash crops. Result showed that research site can be divided into 3 type of Lebak; first, shallow Lebak has average hight flooding –97 cmto 55 cm, length flooding period 5 months and time schedule of planting since January up to May and June until Oktober; second, medium Lebak has average hight flooding – 50 cm to 100 cm, 9 months flooding period, and time schedule of planting since February up to June and Juli until November; third, deep Lebak has average hight flooding –32 cm up to 140 cm, 10 months flooding period and time schedule of planting since Januari up to June and Juli until November.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran fisika di MAN pilot project DIY dalam implementasi Kurikulum 2013 berdasarkan latar belakang akademik guru ditinjau dari (1) pemahaman terhadap Kurikulum 2013, (2) perencanaan, (3) pelaksanaan, (4) penilaian, (5) upaya yang dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pada implementasi Kurikulum 2013 dan (6) hambatan yang dihadapi pada implementasi Kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah guru fisika kelas X di MAN pilot project DIY yang menerapkan Kurikulum 2013. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman mengenai Kurikulum 2013 berada pada kategori sangat baik. Perencanaan berada pada kategori baik, pelaksanaan berada pada kategori baik, penilaian berada pada kategori baik. Upaya guru fisika di MAN pilot project di DIY yaitu mencari informasi mengenai rasionalisasi kurikulum 2013, pendekatan saintifik, administrasi pembelajaran dan penilaian otentik baik secara mandiri maupun dari kegiatan pelatihan. Hambatan yang dihadapi guru yaitu kurangnya ketersediaan buku/panduan mengenai pendekatan saintifik, guru kesulitan dalam membuat instrumen penilaian portofolio, dan guru belum maksimal dalam memfungsikan instrumen penilaian sikap.Kata Kunci: keterlaksanaan, Kurikulum 2013, latar belakang akademik guru The Feasibility of the Physic Learning Process in Implementing Curriculum 2013 Based on the Teachers’ Academic Background  AbstractThis study aims to determine the feasibility of the physic learning process in implementing Curriculum 2013 based on the teachers’ academic background at the pilot project MAN in DIY  in terms of (1) understanding of the Curriculum 2013, (2) planning stage, (3) implementation stage, (4) assessment stage, (5) the effort of the phisycs teachers in pilot project MAN to integrat the knowledge about Curriculum 2013 in phisycs learning process; (6) the obstacles found by the phisycs teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013. This research was survey research with descriptive qualitative and quantitative approach. The research population was phisycs teachers of class X of pilot project MAN in DIY which implemented Curriculum 2013. The technique of data collection was questionnaires, observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the teachers’ knowledge of Curriculum 2013 is very good. The planning is in the quite good category, the implementation is in the good category, the assessment is in the good category. the efforts of physics teachers at pilot project MAN are looking for information about: the rationalization of the Curriculum 2013, the scientific approach, the administration of learning and authentic assessment either independently or by training program; (4) the obstacles found by the teachers are: the lack of availability of the book/guide on Problem Based Learning (PBL), Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model, the teachers difficulty in making portfolio assessment instruments, and the teachers have not been able to maximal functioning of attitude assessment instruments.Keywords: the feasibility, Curriculum 2013, teachers’ academic background

Abstract

(Eds.), Prosiding Seminar Nasional Lahan Suboptimal 2019, Palembang 4-5 September 2019. pp. 53-61.  Palembang: Unsri Press.One of the technologies that is environmentally friendly, safe and low-cost includes high-yielding varieties that can boost the increase in rice production. This activity was carried out in Sukarame Village, Tanjung Lubuk Subdistrict, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, in April-August 2018. The aim was to obtain high-yielding varieties that could adapt and produce high using planting system jarwo 2:1 in swampy lands. Materials needed include: Inpari 30, Inpari 33, Inpari 43 and Inpari 30 (SS class), urea, SP-36, KCl, pesticides, herbicides and tarps. In addition, the tools needed include: hand tractor, meter, scales, machetes, hoes, sprayers. The varieties studied were 4 varieties consisting of Inpari 30, Inpari 33, Inpari 43 and Inpara 8. The method used was direct observation in the field, the study area was 3 hectares. Fertilizers used are 150 kg Urea, 100 kg SP-36 and 100 kg KCl/ha. Fertilization is done twice, namely at the age of 1 week after planting with a dose of 75 kg urea, 100 kg SP-36 and 100 kg KCl/ha and at 4 weeks after planting  at a dose of 75 kg urea/ha. The planting system used is Legowo 2: 1 (50 cm x 25 cm x 12.5 cm). Data collected included: crop height at harvest, number of productive tillers/clumps, panicle length, number of grains per panicle, number of filled grains per panicle, and production of conversion grain per hectare. The method used is direct observation in the field of superior varieties exhibited. The data obtained were arranged in tabulation and analyzed by statistical tests, namely the test of the mean value (test-t). Data analysis was carried out with the SPSS 11 program. The results showed that Inpari 30, Inpari 33, Inpari 43 and Inpara 8 were grown with jajar legowo 2: 1 planting system that could adapt to swampy lands with production ranging from 4.3 to 5.5 tons GKP/ha, where the production of Inpara 8 is higher than other varieties which is 5.5 tons GKP/ha, followed by Inpari 43 which is 5.3 tons GKP / ha. Keywords: assesment, jarwo 2:1, swampy lands, superior varieties rice

Abstract

This study aims to develop physics Specific Pedagogy (SSP) Subjects of Edmodo-assisted guided inquiry model of static fluid subject and describe the feasibility of the products it produces. The research design used in this study is the 4-D Research and Development (R & D) model, with define, design, develop and disseminate stages. In this regard, disseminate merely provides products to schools. Research subjects in class XI MIPA 5 as part of a limited trial of the products produced. The instrument used in this study is the SSP validation sheet which includes syllabi, RPP, and LKPD. Data collection is done using validationsheets and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is by describing the validation results forwarded by calculating CVR (Content Validity Ratio) and CVI (Content Validity Index). To determine the reliability of the product, PA (Percentage Agreement) is used. Inthis study, the results of the validation of the SSP obtained include the syllabus of 3.75, RPP 3.68, and LKPD 3.60 categorized as valid with the PA value for syllabus of 96.88%, RPP 97.26% and LKPD 97.19 % categorized as reliable. The CVI value for the syllabus is 0.60,RPP 0.55, and LKPD 0.36. Whereas CVR assessment is categorized as valid. So that it can be concluded that, the Physical Specific Pedagogy (SSP) subject of edmodo assisted inquiry inquiry on the topic of static fluid is feasible to be used in learning.  Keywords: Subject Specific Pedagogy, Guided Inquiry, Edmodo, Static Fluid

Abstract

The study aims at describing the teacher performance in the Natural History Learning Process for the Elementary School Degree throughout the Province of Yogyakarta Special Region from the four competencies namely personality competency, professionalism competency, pedagogy competence and social competency based on the self-assessment, the principal assessment, the peer assessment, the student assessment and the observation toward the learning process after the certification. The nature of the study is an evaluative study using the descriptive quantitative approach. The study itself was conducted in both the Public Elementary Schools and the Private Elementary Schools throughout the Province of Yogyakarta Special Regions. The subjects of the study were the teachers who had been teaching Natural History in both schools who had passed the certification test in 2007 and 2008 and who had also been receiving the certification allowance. During the conduct of the study, the data gathering instruments that had been implemented were questionnaire, observation sheet and documentation. On the other hand, the data analysis technique that had been adopted was descriptive statistical analysis with percentage. Then, the results of the study show that the post-certification performance of Natural History teachers have been “Very Good” based on the personality, professionalism, pedagogy and social competency and also based on the results of the self-assessment, the principal assessment and the peer assessment. The details on the results of the post-certification teacher performance in this regard might be elaborated as follows: (1) personality competence 96.70%; (2) professionalism competence 76.40%; (3) pedagogy competence 83.30%; and (4) social competence 88.90%. Furthermore, the results of the student assessment assert that the post-certification of Natural History teachers belongs to the “Very Good” category with the assessment rate of 96.70%. Last but not the least, the results of the observation toward the teacher learning process also belong to the “Very Good” category with the following details: (1) pre-learning activities 93.30%; (2) core activities 93.30%; and (3) closing activities 73.30%.

Abstract

Tanam padi dengan tipe tanam jajar legowo merupakan pengelolaan jarak tanam dan pengaturan cara tanam sehingga diperoleh ruang tumbuh yang optimal bagi pertumbuhan dan perkembangan tanaman. Sistem jajar legowo adalah salah satu sistem penataan terhadap jarak tanam yang didalamnya terdapat tipe tanam jajar legowo. Tujuan untuk mendapatkan tipe tanam jajar legowo yang baik bagi pertumbuhan dan produksi padi rawa lebak. Perlakuan meliputi: tipe tanam jajar legowo 2 : 1 (dua baris tanaman mendapatkan sisipan (jarak 25x12,5 cm) dengan diselingi satu legowo jarak 50 cm, tipe tanam jajar legowo 4:1 (empat baris tanaman dimana baris pertama dan baris keempat mendapatkan sisipan (jarak 25x12,5 cm) diselingi satu legowo jarak 50 cm dan jarak tanam tegel (25x25 cm). Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi : tinggi tanaman, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah per malai, jumlah gabah isi per malai dan produksi. Metoda yang digunakan adalah pengamatan langsung di lapangan. Data yang diperoleh disusun secara tabulasi dan dianalisis dengan uji statistik yaitu uji kesamaan nilai tengah (uji–t). Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tipe tanam jajar legowo 2:1 tidak berbeda nyata dengan jajar legowo 4:1 tetapi berbeda nyata dengan jarak tanam tegel terhadap produksi dengan selisih 0,9 ton GKP/ha.

Abstract

The experiment was conduted at Kijang Ulu village, Kayuagung sub district during dry season 2006. The objective was to find information of several rice promissing lines. The result showed that there were 8 rice genotypes which have hight yield potential than local variety (Sei Putih). The productivity of them were 3.9 to 5,6 ton/ha. The yield potential of Sei Putih variety is lower than KAL 9414 F-M-2-KN-0 (30%), B 9852 E-KA-66 (53%), B 9833 E-KA-66 (60%), IR 70181-5-PM-1-1-2-B-1 (63%), IR 69502-6-SKN-UBN-1-B-1-3 (70%), B 10214 F-TB-7-2-3 (73%), IR 70213-9-CPA-12-UBN-2-1-3-1 (87%), B 7003 D-MR-24-3-1 (87%).

Abstract

Various efforts to increase rice productivity through technological breakthroughs that could improve the efficiency of rice farming. One of the alternative technologies of integrated crop management (ICM) is the application of rice cropping systems legowo. This paper is a review of some literature research and assessment of annual reports, and proseding . Based on the results of a review journal of the literature indicates that the application of ICM legowo rice cropping system provides several benefits including: increased production significantly for 25.7 to 26.9 percent and revenue of Rp. 1.480.000 - Rp. 2.121.500, - per hectare compared with the symmetric planting system (tegel) in lowland swamp land and irrigated land. This technology is economically quite profitable as indicated by the value of B / C ratio greater than one and deserves to be disseminated.
