Abstract

Dalam rangka penataan transportasi kota dengan memperhatikan keterbatasan lahan yang ada, berupaya untuk meminimumkan permasalahan lalu lintas yang ada perlu adanya penyusunan Model Tentang Pengendalian Tarikan dan Bangkitan Lalu Lintas di Sekitar Pasar (Mall), sebagai bahan acuan dalam mengatur kelancaran arus lalu lintas dan Analisis Dampak Lalu Lintas yang ditimbulkan. Pengendalian Bangkitan Lalu Lintas merupakan suatu hal yang sangat mendesak untuk segera dilakukan pada daerah pembangunan baru maupun yang diperkirakan dapat memberikan dampak lalu lintas pada jaringan jalan yang ada. Hal tersebut sangat dibutuhkan sebagai pendukung pelaksanaan manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas, sehingga dapat mewujudkan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan yang selamat, aman, cepat, lancar, tertib, aman, nyaman, efisien dan teratur. In order to settlement of town transportation by paying attention to land limitation, coping for the minimization of existing traffic problems need the existence of compilation Model About Attraction Operation and Awaken the Traffic of around Market ( Mall), upon which reference in arranging fluency of traffic current and Analyse the generated Traffic Impact. Operation Awaken the Traffic represent at very urgent matter to is immediately done/conducted at new development area and also estimated can give the traffic impact of at existing road;street network. The mentioned very required by as supporter of execution of management and rekayasa traffic, so that can realize the traffic and transportation of safe road;street, peaceful, quickly, fluent, orderly, peaceful, balmy, regular and efficient.

Abstract

The bus service in Surabaya is far from adequate and there is a need to evaluate the bus performance from time to time. The purpose of this study is to measure the bus performance on 21 service routes in Surabaya. The performance indicators used consist of frequency, headway, load factor, and travel time. The results show that only load factor and travel time are indicating that the bus service is good, while frequency and headway indicators suggest that the bus service needs to be enhanced.Keywords: service performance, frequency, load factor, headway, travel time

Abstract

Abstract Public transportation is very important to support community activities in a city. The Lapindo mud disaster in Sidoarjo has impacts on community activities and public transportation travel patterns in the area. The performance of public transportation services in Sidoarjo is currently quite poor, with an average frequency of less than 6 vehicles/hour, an average headway of greater than 10 minutes, a load factor of less than 70 %, an average speed less than 30 km/hour, and an average travel time of less than 60 minutes. The low load factors could result in decreasing the revenue of public transportation operators which implies a decrease in welfare. In the field, around 20 % of public transportation vehicles are not operating in accordance with the route. In addition, some fleets are not in operation, especially on the route that led to the Porong area, because of the declining number of passengers as a result of the Lapindo mud disaster. For that reason, it is necessary for public transportation route network to adapt to impact map of the Lapindo mudflow and the development of the road network in Sidoarjo. Key words: public transportation, performance evaluation, load factor, headway, route  Abstrak Angkutan umum sangat penting untuk mendukung aktivitas masyarakat di suatu kota. Bencana lumpur Lapindo di Sidoarjo berdampak pada aktivitas masyarakat dan pola perjalanan angkutan umum di daerah tersebut. Kinerja layanan angkutan umum di Kabupaten Sidoarjo saat ini kurang baik, dengan frekuensi rata-rata kurang dari 6 kendaraan/jam, waktu antara rata-rata lebih besar dari 10 menit, faktor muat kurang dari 70 %, kecepatan rata-rata kurang dari 30 km/jam, serta waktu tempuh perjalanan rata-rata kurang dari 60 menit. Faktor muat yang rendah berakibat menurunnya penghasilan operator angkutan umum yang berimplikasi pada penurunan kesejahteraan. Hal yang terjadi di lapangan adalah bahwa sekitar 20 % angkutan umum beroperasi tidak sesuai dengan ijin trayeknya. Selain itu beberapa armada tidak beroperasi, khususnya pada trayek yang menuju ke daerah Porong, karena menurunnya jumlah penumpang akibat bencana lumpur Lapindo. Untuk itu, diperlukan jaringan trayek angkutan umum yang disesuaikan dengan peta dampak lumpur Lapindo dan pengembangan jaringan jalan di Sidoarjo. Kata-kata kunci: angkutan umum, evaluasi kinerja, faktor muat, waktu antara, trayek

Abstract

Transportation problem is complex because the growth of road infrastructure is not proportional to the increase in the number of travels. This is indicated by the increasing levels of private vehicle ownership, numer of trips, insufficient of public transport services, and limited road infrastructure. In this study, the pattern of mass transit, as stated in Law No. 22 of 2009, was examined. Analyses were performed using Confirmatory Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed that the variables of Travel Origin and Destination, Travel Patterns, Willingness, and Ability to Pay explained approximately77.0% of the variation in the Guided Busway Needs variable. In addition, Travel Origin and Destination, Travel Patterns, and Willingness and Ability to Pay have positive and significant impact on the Guided Busway Needs.Keywords: mass transit, guided busway, origin destination travel, travel patterns, willingness and ability topay.

Abstract

Public transport is extremely important to support the activities of the community. With the disaster in Sidoarjo in Lapindo mud, then it will have an impact on travel patterns and community activity going on. Performance of public transport services in Sidoarjo shows frequency of less well under the average of 6 vehicles/hour, headway/time between above average 10 minutes, under 70% load factor, the average speed is below 30 km/h as well as travel time travel an average of under 60 minutes. Low load factors will result in declining revenue vehicle operator implies welfare decline mainly on a lonely stretch of public transport passengers. Public transport service system should be based on a route in accordance with the Department of transportation on the route permit Sidoarjo. Things happen on the field about 20% of the routes serving the route does not match the permit number, and also some of the fleet does not operate, let alone the routes leading into the area because of declining passenger numbers Porong as a result of disastrous mud Lapindo. In this case the required public transport route network tailored to map the impact and development of Lapindo mud road network already and will be built in the area of Sidoarjo are tailored to the development of the region.

Abstract

Abstract

No traffic-signal intersection located on Jalan Serang and Jalan Curug, Tangerang Regency often causes traffic congestion. Many side barriers activities of vehicles inhibit the movement of traffic flow. The toll-road access, which is not far from the intersection, makes the queue long enough to enter Jl. Raya Serang also affects the performance of the surroundings. The study aims to determine the performance of the above intersection this time, which is measured by the capacity, degree of saturation, speed, queuing opportunities, density, and level of services. Field surveys and further analysis of the calculations that have been carried out show the intersection performance. The peak traffic volume occurred on Wednesday, February 5 2020, at 3877 pcu / hour at 07.00 - 08.00 WIB, with a capacity (C) of 2937 pcu / hour. From the available data, the DS value is 1.32. at the Service level F.
