Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi professional guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survai dengan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap yang berjumlah 24. Penelitian ini tidak menggunakan sampel. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert. Teknik analisis data deskriptif persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kompetensi profesional guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling di SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap tergolong tinggi (78.71%). Semua sub variabel berada pada kriteria tinggi dengan perincian sub variabel yaitu  menguasai konsep dan praksis asesmen untuk memahami kondisi, kebutuhan, dan masalah konseli (77.58%); menguasai kerangka teoritik dan praksis bimbingan dan konseling (81.4%); merancang program bimbingan dan konseling (77.11%); mengimplementasikan program  bimbingan dan konseling yang komprehensif (79%); menilai proses dan hasil kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling (76.14%); memiliki kesadaran dan komitmen terhadap etika professional (81.4%). Simpulan penelitian ini yakni guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP Negeri se-Kota Cilacap telah dapat menguasai dan mengaplikasikan kompetensi profesionalnya dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling dengan kriteria tinggi.   This study aims to determine the professional competence of counselors in the implementation of guidance and counseling services in the Junior High School of Cilacap City. Type of this research is survey with methods of quantitative and descriptive approach. Population was all of  counselor  amounting to 24. It didn’t use samples. The instrument used was a questionnaire Likert scale models. Percentage of descriptive were used for data analysis. The results showed that the professional competence of  counselors is high (78.71%). All of the sub variabel is high with details are the mastering of the concepts and practices of assessment to understand the conditions, needs, and problems of the counselee  (77.58% ); mastering the theoretical framework and practical guidance and counseling (81.4%); design a guidance and counseling program  (77.11%); implement a comprehensive guidance and counseling (79%); assess the process and outcomes of guidance and counseling activities (76.14%); have awareness and commitment to professional ethics (81.4%). The conclusions of the study, counselors in the Junior High School of Cilacap city has been able to master and apply their professional competence in the implementation of guidance and counseling services with high criteria.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the efforts and success in improving students social responsibility through group counseling services. Type of research used action research. Subjects were 12 students who had low social responsibility and being. Data collection technique used were psychological scales and observation. Data analysis techniques used are non-parametric statistics with the Wilcoxon test. Based on the calculations for the Wilcoxon test, a small amount of levels or Z value was 78.0. While Ztabel for n = 12 with an error level of 5% value is 14. So Z 78.0> 14.0 Ztabel or imply hypothesis accepted. These results demonstrate social responsibility of students prior to obtaining counseling services group at 51.93% (low). After following the guidance services at 81.51% (high). Conclusions from this research is a social responsibility to the students of class VIII SMP Putra Bangsa Bantarkawung increase after getting tutoring services group.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts and success in increasing self-confidence through group guidance services to students class X1 in SMA 1 state Sumber Rembang. This type of research is action research. The research sample using purporsive sampling are 10 students who have self-confidence low, medium and high. Data collection methods used were psychological scales and observation. The data analysis technique used is obtained using the Wilcoxon test t count = 55> t table = 8. The results obtained, before getting group guidance services whose members have high self-confidence 81%, members who have medium self-confidence was 64%, while members who have low self-confidence 53%. After receiving group guidance services self-confidence increased student, members of which have a high self-confidence increased 83% in the category of a high percentage, members who have medium self-confidence increased 74% in the category of a high percentage of self-confidence, and members who have low self-confidence increases 69% in the category of percentage of high self-confidence. It was concluded that self-confidence in learning Indonesian can be improved through group guidance services.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengaruh media buku teks terhadap hasil belajar di SMA N I Marga Tiga Kabupaten Lampung Timur pada Kelas XII IPS Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain berimbang  balanced design or counter balanced design. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 siswa yang terbagi 12 siswa mengikuti pembelajaran dengan media buku teks dan 12 siswa mengikuti pembelajaran tanpa media buku teks. Adapun teknik sampel ang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling purposive.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dokumentasi, observasi dan tes. Analis data dilakukan dengan program SPSS. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh t Hitung =10,231 dan t tabel dengan n =24 diperoleh 2,064. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh media buku teks terhadap hasil belajar

Abstract

Abstrak Dalam dunia industri, teknologi memiliki peran yang penting dalam proses produksi. Salah satunya adalah perkembangan teknologi dalam bidang otomasi. Hal tersebut disebabkan meningkatnya permintaan konsumen terhadap barang-barang produksi dari suatu industri. Industri memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat bekerja secara efisien dan dapat memonitoring hasil produksi. Salah satu industri yang menggunakan teknologi otomasi yaitu PT. Kratatau POSCO. Prototype ini menggunakan dua belas input dan  sebelas output yang digunakan. Input terdiri dari sensor, push button dan limit switch. Output teridiri dari motor DC, buzzer dan solenoid. Hasil dari pengujian ini  adalah pengambilan volume material memperoleh rata-rata 100,45cm3 dan error rata-rata 0,25. Pengangkutan material mempunyai rata-rata waktu 21,11 s dan rata-rata error 1,8 %. Volume dalam pengisian material mempunyai rata-rata 121,3 cm3  dan rata-rata eror 4,6%. Masa material dalam penampungan akhir mempunyai rata-rata 192,5 gram dan eror rata-rata 2,86 %.                                                       Kata kunci:  PLC, volume pengambilan, pengangkutan material, volume pengisian material dan massa material  Abstract In the industrial field , technology have very important role in production process. One of this technology is in automation field. That event caused increase request of consumer to goods production from an industry. Industry need an system that can work in efficient and can monitoring production result. One of industry that used the technology automation is PT. Krakatau POSCO. This Prototype used twelve input and eleven output. Input consists of censor, push button, and limit switch. Output consist of motor DC, buzzer, and solenoid. The test result of this project was the average of capturing material  100,45 cm 3 and the average rating of error 12%. Material transport  had an average time 21,11 s and the average error 1,8 %. Volume in the contents had an average 121,23 cm3 and the average error 4,6 %. Mass in the last shelter had an average 192,5 gram and average error 2,86%. Keywords: PLC ,volume of retrieval, the material transport , volume filling of material and mass of materials

Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted based on phenomena that occur in grade XI IPS 1 Public high School Negeri Kerjo Kabupaten Karanganyar which has on premarital sexual behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of guidance service with discussion techniques on premarital sexual behavior. The research subject in this study were students of grade  XI IPS 1 Public high School Negeri Kerjo Kabupaten Karanganyar which consist to 15 students were taken using purposive sampling. Methods were using scaling assessment of premarital sexual behavior of students. The data analysis techniques was using wilcoxon match pairs test. The research result showed that sexual behavior before treatment included in in low category and after treatment premarital sexual behavior included in very low category. Wilcoxon match pairs that result showed that Tvalue(0) dan Ttable 5% (25)  so that Tvalue< Ttable = 0 < 25which meant Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. It shows that group guidance service discussion techniques influence on premarital sexual behavior. The conclusion of this research is no effect of group guidance services on premarital sexual behavior

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu meningkatkan peran aktif siswa dalam layanan informasi dengan pengembangan pertanyaan dari taksonomi Bloom. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Ungaran, dengan subyek 25 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan catatan berkala. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data kuantitatif deskriptif persentase dan uji wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian menunjukan peran aktif siswa sebelum pemberian tindakan sebagian besar pada kategori rendah (88%). Selama tindakan, peran aktif siswa meningkat. Pada siklus I  peran aktif siswa sebagian besar pada kategori cukup (80%). Hal ini menunjukan siswa sudah mulai berperan aktif dalam layanan informasi. Pada siklus II peran aktif siswa sebagian besar masih tetap pada kategori cukup (76%). Pada siklus III atau setelah pemberian tindakan, peran aktif siswa sebagian besar pada kategori tinggi (52%). Berdasarkan hasil uji wilcoxon menunjukan Thitung (0) dan Ttabel 5% (89) sehingga Thitung<Ttabel (0<89) yang berarti Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Hal tersebut menunjukan peran aktif siswa dalam layanan informasi dapat ditingkatkan dengan pengembangan pertanyaan dari taksonomi Bloom.   The purpose of this research is to improving students active role in the information services with development of the question of Blooms taxonomy. This research is action research. The research was carried out in class VIII B SMP Negeri 1 Ungaran, with 25 student subjects. Data collection methods used were observation, and anecdotal records. Data analysis techniques using quantitative is descriptive percentages analysis and Wilcoxon tests. The results showed the active role of students before giving the action mostly on the low category (88%). During the action, the active role of students increased. In the first cycle, active role of the students in a category largely sufficient (80%). This shows the students have started to play an active role in information services. Active role in the second cycle students remain largely in enough categories (76%). The third cycle or after obtaining action, active role of the students most of the high category (52%). Based on the results of Wilcoxon test showed Tcount (0) and Ttable 5% (89) so Tcount< Ttable (0<89) which  means Ha accepted and Ho rejected. It shows the active role of students in the information service can be improved with the development of the question of Blooms taxonomy.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebelum dan setelah memperoleh layanan Bimbingan Kelompok serta mengetahui perbedaan tingkat minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebelum dan setelah memperoleh layanan Bimbingan Kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 5 Semarang dengan subyek 10 orang siswa. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala psikologis. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji wilcoxon match pairs. Hasil penelitian menunjukan minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan sebelum pemberian treatment rata-rata pada kategori sedang (67,9%). Setelah pemberian treatment, minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan rata-rata pada kategori tinggi (79,1%). Hasil uji wilcoxon match pairs menunjukan   (0) dan   5% (8), sehingga   (0   8) yang berarti   diterima dan   ditolak. Hal tersebut menunjukan bahwa minat terhadap jurusan Teknik Gambar Bangunan dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan Bimbingan Kelompok. The research problems are include (1)  How is the cooperative model type talking stick which is helped multimedia quiz creator to improve the senior high school students’ folklore attentive skill. (2) how is the principles of cooperative model type talking stick development which is helped by multimedia quiz creator to improve the  senior high school students’ folklore attentive skill. This research uses research and development design (R&D), this research developes model which  have been exist that is cooperative model type talking stick into cooperative model type talking stick which is helped by multimedia quiz creator. The results of the researches are : (1) the teacher and students’ need toward to cooperative model type talking stick which is helped by multimedia quiz creator. (2) cooperative model type talking stick priciples are (a) innovative learning strategy, (b) innovative learning media, (c) assessment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa yang ditinjau dari pola asuh orang tua. Metode penelitian dengan penelitian kualitatif, pendekatannya studi kasus. Peneliti menentukan empat orang siswa sebagai subjek penelitian, DS dan MR, siswa dengan kepercayaan tinggi dan YB dan ZD, siswa dengan kepercayaan diri rendah. Menggunakan instrumen wawancara, obervasi, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek penelitian DS dan MR mempunyai tingkat kepercayaan diri yang tinggi, ditandai dengan tenang dalam mengerjakan suatu hal, memiliki kemampuan sosialisasi yang baik, memiliki pandangan positif terhadap diri sendiri, berpandangan positif terhadap orang lain, berpandangan positif terhadap kemampuan yang dimiliki dan berusaha untuk menghadapi kegagalan. YB dan ZD mempunyai tingkat kepercayaan diri rendah ditandai dengan gugup dalam melakukan suatu, kemampuan sosialisasinya rendah, berpandangan negatif terhadap dirinya sendiri, memandang orang lain memiliki banyak kelebihan dan dia mempunyai banyak kekurangan, tetapi sudah bisa menghadapi kegagalan dengan cukup baik. orang tua DS dan MR menerapkan pola asuh yang cenderung kepada pola asuh tipe demokratis, YB diasuh dengan pola asuh yang cenderung kepada pola asuh otoriter, ZD diasuh dengan pola asuh yang cenderung kepada pola asuh Permissive-indulgent. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa seorang seorang anak yang diasuh dengan kecenderungan tipe otoritatif atau demokratis akan mempunyai kepercayaan diri yang lebih tinggi.   The purpose of this research to determine students in term of parenting style. This research is qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Researchers determined the four students as research subjects, two students with high self confidence (DS and MR) and two students with low self confidence (YB and ZD). Instruments used interviews, observation, documentation. The results showed that  DS and MR had a high level of confidence, which is characterized by calm in doing a thing, have good social skills, have a positive perception of theirself, have a positive outlook towards others, a positive perception of the capabilities and do not give up easily when faced with failure. YB and ZD have low confidence levels which characterized by are often nervous of doing one thing, poor coping skills, sometimes have negative view of theirself, looking at other people has many advantages meanwhile,their have a lot of deficiencies,but their deal with failure well enough. DS and MR educated with democratic parenting, YB educated with authoritarian parenting, and ZD educated with Permissive-indulgent parenting. It can be concluded that a child who was educated by authoritative or democratic parenting type will have a higher confidence.
