Fish processed waste is an environmental problem for fish processing business in Kuala Secapah village, Mempawah Regency, West Kalimantan. This activity is an integration between the handling of fish processing waste into poultry feed and liquid organic fertilizer and efforts to improve nutrition and income of fish processors and marketers. Implementation of activities includes several stages: socialization, training, mentoring and monitoring evaluation. The indicator of the success of the activity can be seen from (1) the high entrepreneurial spirit for the fish processing and marketing group, (2) increased sales turnover through the management of production systems. The long-term goal of this activity is to become a model of eco friendly fish processing business and become a model of community development for related institutions.

Abstract: This article examines the effectiveness of making and stipulating regulations and legislation on efforts to increase economic development in Cilegon. Efforts to get achievements and progress for increasing economic development are necessary to conduct policy analysis on matters relating to political and legal policies and then to conduct a review of documents, observations and interviews. The legal political policy carried out by the Government of Cilegon can push for an increase in regional economic development. This can be seen from the legislative products validated by the Regional Legislative Assembly of Cilegon. Moreover, the quality and quantity are so good that the products can be carried out well by the executive and provide juridical power for the Government of Cilegon in increasing economic development as seen from the indicators of increasing economic development itself. Legal political policies that are processed and in synergy between government institutions in Cilegon indicate a strong and large commitment from these institutions to encourage and improve economic development in a sustainable and measurable manner. Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji tentang efektifitas pembuatan dan penetapan regulasi dan peraturan perundang-undangan terhadap upaya peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi di kota cilegon. Upaya untuk mendapatkan capaian dan progress bagi peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi, perlu dilakukan analisis kebijakan terhadap hal yang menyangkut kebijakan politik dan hukum untuk kemudian dilakukan sebuah penelaahan terhadap dokumen, observasi dan wawancara. Kebijakan politik hukum yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Cilegon dapat mendorong atas terjadinya peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi daerah, hal ini terlihat dari produk legislasi yang di sah kan oleh DPRD Kota Cilegon secara kualitas dan kuantitas sudah sangat baik sehingga produk tersebut dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh eksekutif dan memberikan kekuatan yuridis bagi Pemerintah Kota Cilegon dalam peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi, sebagaimana terlihat dari indicator peningkatan pembangunan ekonomi itu sendiri. Kebijakan politik hukum yang diolah dan di proses secara sinergis antar lembaga-lembaga pemerintahan yang ada di Kota Cilegon, mengindikasikan komitmen yang kuat dan besar dari lembaga-lembaga tersebut untuk mendorong dan meningkatkan pembangunan ekonomi secara berkesinambungan dan terukur. Kata Kunci: Politik Hukum, Pemerintahan Daerah, Pembangunan Ekonomi.

The study aims to determine the extent of policy effectiveness that comes from the polarization of executive and legislative relations can affect the welfare of the people of Cilegon city. To get the achievement and progress for the improvement of people's welfare, it is necessary to analyze policy concerning politic and law policy to be reviewed to document, observation and interview. thereby facilitating an analytical, constructive, explorative and documentative study. this is often called the data triangulation method. method is merging various methods of data collection. The research was conducted in Cilegon city using Qualitative research with Grounded Theory approach. data collection techniques is by data triangulation method. this is often called a method that combines various methods of data collection, such as observation, interviews and documentation. of this research is expected to increase the productivity of policies and efficiency of planning programs in the field of politics and law formulated by the regional government of Cilegon city can improve people's welfare. The results achieved from this research is the political policy of law conducted by the City Government Cilegon can encourage the improvement of the welfare of the people, this can be seen from the legislation product endorsed by Parliament Cilegon in quality and quantity is very good so that the product can be implemented properly by executives and provide juridical strength for the City Government Cilegon in improving economic development, as seen from indicators of improving the welfare of the people themselves. The political policy of law that is processed and in synergy between the existing government institutions in Cilegon City, indicates the strong and strong commitment of these institutions to encourage and improve the welfare of a just and equitable people.

In the future right now, thight competition not only happens to the economic sector, but have been venturing into the education sector. Improve quality is one of the business strategies that are used to improve customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction will be achieved if the quality of product or service to be fulfilled suit their needs. But giving satisfaction to customers is not enough and even requisite is customer loyalty. Customer loyalty in the world of education closely related to loyalty student. Loyalty student are necessary for survival and existence of a college. Student who have high loyalty is an asset to college because give positive recommendation and encourage friends, brother and other civil society to use education service that have been perceived and experienced firsthand. This research aims to analyze the influence of the SERVQUAL variables consisting of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy with variable SATISFACTION and variable LOYALTY at the engineering university â€œXYZâ€. This research was conducted by the method of survey, the data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to 125 respondent, but respond only about 112 student. Method of sampling using Random Sampling. Data analyzed by the method of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using LISREL 8.80 program with Maximum Likelihood estimation. The result of this research can be concluded there was no correlation between variable SERVQUAL with variable LOYALTY, while there is a relationship between variable SERVQUAL with variabel SATISFACTION, then there is a relationship between variable SATISFACTION with variable LOYALTY. it can be concluced that, if the quality of service improved then student will be satisfied and expected with that satisfaction can create loyalty which is positive word of mouth.Keywords: SERVQUAL, Student Satisfaction, Student Loyalty.

Industrial cosmetics growth has increased every year. This situation makes a tight competition among the Cosmetic companies. Cosmetic companies try to create customer loyalty so they could sustain their business. Prior studies have examined variables that affect customer loyalty, yet only few studies have examined the effect of brand image, brand love and customer engagement in creating customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, brand love, and customer engagement on customer loyalty of consumer Wardah Cosmetics in Malang. This study was explanatory with a quantitative approach and survey methode conducted on 150 respondents in Malang. Nonporbability sampling with purposive sampling technique was used. Data analysis process used by Partial Least Square (PLS). Results reveal that brand image and brand love has simultaneously significant effect on customer engagement. Brand love has significant effect on customer loyalty while brand image has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer engagement was also found to act as a mediator in this study. The results also reveal that customer engagement influences customer loyalty. The results of this study can prove helpful to practitioners about enhancing loyalty in their company based on brand image, brand love and customer engagement. The result of the research can also be a reference for future research.

PT. TSW (Tuban Steel Work) is a company engaged in manufacturing fabricated (make to order) with the commitment and the goal of providing effective services, convenient and timely delivery. But in fact, the company's commitment to the purpose can not be achieved that delays the project completion time is not in accordance with the order due date. Based on the observations made in the study, this is due to some events that can not add value or called by the waste (non-value added). This study aims to identify waste, analysis of contributing factors and recommendations for improvement as the system improvement efforts in creating customer value. By using the concept of lean manufacturing this study begins by describing the current state map and weighting of the waste system, waste weights were analyzed by matrix VALSAT used to identify waste in the system, to analyze the causes of waste by fishbone diagram to illustrate the root cause of waste and failures mode system analysis using failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) to determine the value of risk priority number (RPN) of the potential causes and potential effects of waste that occurs. The results showed that the waste that occurs is that there are waiting on purchasing activities (supplier), marking-up cutting and fit-up welding. From the discussion, the company recommended improving information systems internal-external (supplier) as well as improvements in the fabrication process activities.Key words: lean manufacturing, VSM, VALSAT, RCA, fishbone diagram, FMEA, SCRM, VMI.

This study aimed to determine the inventory control of Python Injection (IP) raw materials at PT. Victory Chyngluh Indonesia. The method used in achieving data analysis objectives is to use the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) form. Research results with the total cost of inventory using company policy are Rp. 2,622,540,500, - after using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method is Rp. 2,419,006.133,-, thus the company can save the cost of raw material inventory for Python Injection (IP) of Rp.203,534,367,-
